It is an amazing resturants qnd please try thier fries and many things evrything is fresh and good.

This is not a Lebanese restaurant. It s run by Indian people. Even chefs are not Lebanese. They just serve the Lebanese food (looks like Lebanese, but taste not even close to Lebanese) for me it s is a typical restaurant that you can have sandwiches, wraps. I was too hungry and wanted to sit and eat, but I change my mind got Falafel wrap. I was going to eat Tabbouleh, fattoush salad, kebab. they don t have anything. Even though if they have those are not taste, coz my Falafel wrap is just like typical wrap.

Was the first customer in the morning. Ordered the half and half. The gyro meat was dry and chewy, obviously left over from the day before and reheated. Overall, the wrap was decent, but the dry crusty gyro meat ruined it.

Awesome food and great prices! My first time there and it wont be my last.

Our new favourite Shawarma restaurant in Fredericton. Quality is excellent! The Greek salad is absolutely delicious! The fries are seasoned well, topped off with the chicken shawarma and garlic sauce sooooo good!

Delicious fresh food!

Very overpriced food. 1 chicken poutine, 2 souvlaki wraps, 1 chicken shawarma wrap, my bill was $80. The wraps were 80% filled with veggies and small amount of chicken and sauces. Please increase the amount of chicken in everything. They weigh chicken. My suggestion, if you weigh the meat, please don t do it in front of customers. Thank you.

The skewers were perfection. I love black olives but these ones are pitless and soggy.

Very bad quality food. Ordered shawarma for there and it was ice cold, soggy, falling apart and mostly lettuce and pickles. The place was also quiet, so there is no excuse for the poor effort put in by staff preparing the food. You expect a certain standard from a chain, and this location did not meet that standard.

The food was really good, fresh ingredients prepared while you wait. We had shawarma and donair, salads and fries. Quick, friendly service. Atmosphere was a standard counter service restaurant, but it was very clean. Great food and a good price, we would definitely go again. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options available

Worst shawarma ever. Instead of mayo based garlic sauce (yuck) Invest in a food processor (they cheap) 1. Garlic 2. Olive oil 3. Lemon juice 4 . Kosher salt That s it!!!! And invest in a double sided hot plate (cheap) .They won t be soggy and will not fall apart. Chicken was tasty but small portion for a large order.don t cheap out and put more chicken on it. And Cut it from the spit when ordered lol so we know it s fresh . Watched guy measure my chicken from a dish like it was subway . Your serving Lebanese food, get it together . Do this and you will be the best in town . Your welcome

This is the most healthy economical food choice in Fredericton hands down. Order a shawarma box, ask for toppings. You will love it.

The staff at Mezza are top notch every single time. The food is always great, hands down; but I m always very impressed with the service. It s a great place to wait in line because the team doesn t seem stressed, the work well together, and it seems like they care about each of their customers. Such a warm environment!

Flavor of donair is ok.. nothing special.. Its the dryness an lack of sauce an extremely cold. Dryness made it hard to swallow. Disappointed for sure.

Always loved going to Mezza in Halifax. This place does an amazing job of recreating everything I love about Mezza Food was awesome and Fresh. With a good location like this and such a great atmosphere to walk into, Id imagine this place will be highly successful in Fredericton. Kid-friendliness: There are kids meals but also plates you can split if you have a few kids.

Great taste from nice staff. The big shawerma wrap is an excellent choice but the distribution of ingredients inside the wrap were not even, it is not a huge issue but wish next time they will take care of that. The fries is not as good as shawerma!

Mezza is quickly taking over the country but has dominated Atlantic Canada for awhile now with some good eats. Be sure to get a Donair poutine! Parking: Shopping centre parking lot. Plenty of parking usually. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance.

Loved it! My family has Lebanese heritage however the recipes that have been passed on to us are different than whats offered here. I had the half and half wrap and it was friggen delicious. The tabouleh Im used to is usually a little more fine, but this one was delicious as well. Ill be back for sure!

Dry tasteless chicken and stale pita, great tabouleh and slimy rice. They even managed t ruin the pickled turnip. Do yourself a favour and try our fantastic local places, Byblos and Mid Sea. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

Great food but careful with mods. They do not always follow through and this could be an issue for some people who might have an allergy or other dietary restrictions. I asked for no sauce and they still put sauce on it. (My mouth is burning now because Im not equipped to handle any heat. Even sirachia.) But I didnt notice until I was home. Still my favorite lunch place though. 4.5 stars.

Wrap was cold and soggy, chicken was flavorless, fries were ok. Mixed grill plate was underwhelming, and they forgot the pita. Its a nice and clean place, very friendly and accomodation, but I wont be back any time soon.

I ordered a medium shawarma poutine last week on 27 April 2023, for $13.79, and I just ordered today the same order on May 4, 2023, for $14.48. They also removed the small size of the shawarma poutine. I found that helpful to share. Thanks

Wonderful food, flavorful, fresh and something that I cant get back at home. I had the donair plate with tabouli and it was delicious!

Bought one of their $10 shawarma fry dishes. Was about a cup of fries with a handful of dry meat tossed on it. I would not have paid 5 for this. It was tiny, bland, and disappointing. Will not go back, as it was one of the most overpriced meals Ive ever bought. The restaurant itself was clean, and the staff were polite.

10/10 service 10/10 shawarma Portion sizes are incredible for the price. I ve travelled the world and have had Shawarma everywhere. This is in my top 5. Their garlic sauce is to delicious and made correct. I can t wait to go back!

Our family dropped in to Mezza Lebanese Kitchen in Fredericton on Prospect Street yesterday for the first time together. My wife at their last week for the first time. What a great experience! The vibe excellent. Restaurant atmosphere was fantastic. The story of Mezza was on the wall as you came in, a Maritime success story! We ordered the Sriracha Chicken Protein Bowl. This included: thinly shaved, slowly roasted, Chicken Shawarma, Brown Rice, Purple Cabbage, Kale, Feta Cheese, Tomatoes, Pickled Turnips, and topped with Crispy Chickpeas and their Sriracha Garlic Sauce. It really was excellent - you know when you go out, have a meal and leave full and feeling good about what you ate? We will be back again soon!

Disappointed, my coworkers constantly raved about the Chicken Shawarma wrap and how good it is, dont get me wrong it was very tasty. However the size is seriously underwhelming... I ordered a Large and it was hardly that.... for what I paid for a large wrap with nothing included... for two bucks more I could have gotten a whole platter and actually been satisfied. My advice, save your money and stick to the platters cause the wraps are very disappointing in size.

Absolutely cold falafel inside, like they just took them from the freezer worth falafel I have ever tried! And when i complain about it they just do nothing , told me they will check in the kitchen and no one replaced me the dish. Absolutely waste of money.

Boyfriend and I got super excited when we saw this place was opening! We finally had time to eat there and it was great!!! Refreshing atmosphere, amazing food and staff. The food was delicious and really well prepared. Super fresh and delightful experience.

The place is nice. Friendly staff. There are a couple of new workers, I assume, they dont know what they are doing. The manager is so calm and professional. The shawarma test was good, I had better, but this one is ok. The fries seasoning is awesome. The please is packed, be prepared to wait for a while to get your order.

The food isn t bad: the salad dressing mildly acidic, the chicken tender, albeit with some annoying connective tissue, and the rice fragrant even if it looks more like something from a frozen meal than from a middle eastern kitchen. What annoys me is everything else. That after spending 20$ and showing up to the opening period for this place they are weighting the chicken out (then not getting all of that onto my plate) giving me 2 small slices of pickle and about 3 mouthfuls of salad. That when I ask for a wrap, they re out of the size and fail to offer an alternative when they had the small wraps in supply. That the wall is covered in what appears to be a vanity project of the franchiser, complete with some old newspaper articles and family photos. Elements of this place are alright, in fact, I enjoyed the few locations of this place I ve been to in NS, but on the whole this was a bad experience. I ve been to many opening weeks of restaurants and there are always tired and helpless staff there, but They are always apologetic, trying their best, and being supported by management to keep the energy right.

I cannot tell you how excited I was to see that Mezza has opened here in Fredericton! It was so nice to have a taste of home! Food was deliciousand just as I remember it. I will definitely be back! Congrats on a successful opening, and I hope you will continue to have success in future expansions and bringing a taste of Halifax to the rest of Canada! :)

I went to Mezza twice and at both time, I am not happy with service. Staff was looking so serious with smile missing to greet people. On my first visit on second day of its opening, it was a take away order and one of the item, falafal bowel, ordered, even after getting confirmation for rice to be included I was surprised no rice was added. I ignore thinking its new and very crowded might had a miss. Today, we went again and place was not crowded at all. Server didnt check if we want to dinein or take away, got food packed for takeaway that we had after sitting there. One of plate ordered was taking more time than expected as lentil rice to be included are not ready. No body care about telling us why it is delaying and our plate half filled was lying for 10mins and we kept waiting standing there. The lentil rice in our plate was too much salted that cant be eaten. I will take some break now to visit Mezza again.

Awful service. After waiting for an hour didn t get my ordered food. I haven t seen so much confused at any takeouts. They don t seem to be tracking orders by either Order Number nor by Name. Just randomly asking people what they have ordered and handing over food to wrong people. I wouldn t blame the workers but management need to sort out basic restaurant management.

$11 for a shawarma bowl that was all lettuce and little over dry chicken. Shawarma bowls should be made with rice, not lettuce. Would be hard to tell the difference between a bowl vs a salad . Very small bowl (see pic compared to my hand). Food was bland and an insult to Lebanese food and Shawarma. Hoping Osmows opens in Fredericton soon.

It was a miserable experience. The staff has zero experience, they served us Shaworma sandwiches in frozen bread and we discovered that the sandwiches contain no Shaworma , only salad. The prices are unjustifibly high. Parking: The location is good. Free parking available.

Painfully slow service. Not even close to authentic Lebanese cuisine. Zero flavor.

The entire take out experience, starting with me calling was painful. Once I walked in 5 mins later to pick up, they proceeded to forget my drink, tell me they had no ketchup for fries and proceeded to let me know I was the only person who has ordered ketchup since they opened . The fries had a good seasoning but were cold and soggy, and I couldnt stomach the schwarma with the super buttery sauce and with the hard as heck pickled turnip. I have never left a negative review before, but had to write something as it was overall a disappointing experience.

Had a fantastic diner at this spot with the whole family, food was fresh, affordable, and delicious. Staff was very warm and the owner was proud, present, and kind!

It was lined up at the door both times I went and each time I barely waited, and if I waited a long time the taste,quality, customer service and amount of food would of been worth a long wait. Amazing place to eat. I suggest everyone go here.

Pickled parsnips, and hummus. All day, everyday.

Poorly built vertical cones, premixed donair sauce and gravy (according to the staff) despite this they have wraps that cost the same price as full entrees at casual family restaurants. It s terribly small space and I can t see it being very successful through the winter. All in all a very shabby place.

Food was 4 stars but customer service was somewhat lacking. I ordered a plant based bowl which on the menu said included pita chips. When I did not receive them, I asked if I would and was told, bowls do not come with pitas. I stated I m looking at the menu that says different and she continued insisting that was not the case. Maybe the menu board needs to be changed?
