I called on a drunken night to relay that ubereats did not have an option to add garlic Parm seasoning on my garlic finger crust.. the man told me sorry u can’t have it. 2am and disappointed to say the least..not going to be a returning tipping customer…#capitalism.
I frequently get delivery from this store and the delivery person Gulshan is a really good person and is very efficient and reliable. I want to mention that I have not had a good experiences with delivery before but he is very helpful and efficient. Thank you for your service!!!
I'm a little dissapointed with the service/poor communication I got from this location . I put a delivery order online and added a tip for the driver, however I realized after completing it that it was showing as a pick up order rather than a delivery. So I called the store right away to tell them I made a mistake and wanted the pizza delivered to my hotel only a 3 minute drive down the road. The guy I was talking to acknowledged and confirmed and said it wasn't a problem and after taking the hotel name they said they would call me when they were at the lobby 45 minutes later I had no news so I called the store and they tell me it's ready for pick up... I explained that I talked to someone to have it delivered and they said it was listed as a pick up, but that they could deliver it in another 10-15 minutes with an extra delivery charge of 7$ I wish the person I first talked to had communicated this to me, as I might've cancelled my order before the pizza was made had I known my medium pizza would cost me 32$ and not even be hot anymore. Whoever I talked to also failed to pass on the memo about the delivery. All in all a rather unpleasant experience. For what it's worth, the pizza still tasted good
Great garlic finger by as per usual!! Sad the prices went up, but that means I eat less and still enjoy garlic fingers! Marissa is an amazing employee and deserves employee of the month…every month!
Have ordered from this location 9 or 10 times since relocating from Ontario. Have not had a bad experience to this point, staff has always been very friendly and all orders have made to order each and every time. We had several location's in Oshawa that we dealt with on a regular basis so was happy to find this location only about 15 minutes from our home.
The last two times I ordered from here, the pizzas had so much sauce, it was all I could taste. I will never be ordering from here again.
For the pass month pizza has not been good here at all. Noticed its all different people working here, our pizza has WAY too much sauce on it that all you could was pizza sauce, it was like drinking a can of sauce and the cheesy bread was so small and burnt some as well. Pizza used to be really good here.
Dominos has some seriously good pizza, OH my God! Lol! Bought a Chicken Bacon Alfredo,(if I'm not mistaken)pizza and a 6 cheese with olives...🤤 Excellent! Thank you, you fantastic people! 😁

Ordered food around 530 and it was ready in 12 minutes. Had loads of toppings, service was friendly and the entire experience was better than any other pizza restaurant. Using the online ordering is simple and the deals are unreal. Will only be choosing Dominos when it is Pizza Night. Parking: There is shared parking for the entire strip mall, so it is free and there is always tons of parking here.

What do your staff mean we need 24 hours notice to make 6 pizzas when I have ordered the same many times before, and had no problem?? Your lazy staff all need to be FIRED.
The service was good and the process was speedy as well. But the pizzas were so dry that they remind me of the Sahara desert . 3/5 stars and would not recommend to a friend.
My Gluten free pizza was awesome, very tasty, cook to perfection! My boyfriend loved his donair pizza alot of ingredients, crust was tender! Ryan, the delivery boy was very polite and friendly and on time, even in a snow storm. Very good experience

I used to order from here all the time, spent so much money over the last year at this location. Unfortunately they have now decided that they are no longer delivering to new maryland which is a 12 minute drive from their store. Thank God for popa Johns, better pizza anyway

In terms of pizza specifically, Little Caesars is better, but Dominos really shines with the rest of its menu. All they need is pretzel bread and I am fully on board.
Im not sure what to say. Its bread with cheese and sauce, its always good. Pretty hard to mess up.

I might have misunderstood the ordering screen, but I thought all your deliveries were contactless. When he called, I asked him to leave the pizzas at the entryway and Ill be out to get them, but when I got there, he was standing there and handed me the pizzas. I said I thought this was supposed to be contactless and he said dont worry, Im not sick. Two things - 1) there are many reasons a customer might choose contactless that have nothing to do with illness and 2) I am sick. Quite contagiously so. I hope your delivery guy is ok. Pizza was good.

rude attitude and terrible customer service. Another girl and I were waiting for fifteen minutes in the store while we had already our orders ready (ordered online) and the guy working there just ignored us as if we weren t even there. Then the phone rang and he decided to answer the phone instead of serving the customers already waiting..

Fair prices, especially when sales. Not sure why I see people opening the boxes at the counter now. Havent had a single issue. Pizza in New Brunswick is nearly double that of most shops in Ontario though. So guess its a rich persons food here.
There s something about going to a chain where you can expect consistency in product. That means the order of ingredients is the same - dough, sauce, cheese, then toppings. Let s not forget about coupons. Dominos really entices the buy with great coupons. I even found a hidden coupon on a digital coupon app (tolerate the spam and save $2 more). But what I don t appreciate is being expected to tip when I pick up my food. Did you add a few extra toppings? Make it extra without me asking? Did you bless it or talk to it or not spit on it? These are all things that are part of the order. Why put a tip on the machine and make it difficult to skip it? I ll have to rethink my spending if this is a trend.

Quality is horrible. Worked at a dominos in Ontario and this is horribly run and super cheap. Last time I ordered I got pasta with no pasta sauce so it was burnt noodles and a cheesy bread that had basically no cheese on it. Just go to the other one, it HAS to be better
Worst service ever!! They dont deliver it to your doorstep if you are living in an apartment!! I ordered online, the delivery guy called me and asked me to pick up my order at main door. He was not ready at all to deliver it at my doorstep which is on the same ground floor. So, I called the store and the person said they dont deliver it to doorstep. When I asked him for a manager he informed me that he is the manager!!

Dominos is the traditional pizza place. You get exactly what you expect to get. Good pizza at a good price. Staff are fast and polite. What more do you want out of take out pizza.

The employee that took our order was rude, we asked for a combo with 2 med pizzas with 3 topping and breadsticks instead he just punched in 2 med pizzas, no breadsticks and when brought to the employees attention the cashier just argued with us about what we ordered, we even had the flyer in hand and pointed it out to them. Really disappointing. Their pizza isnt bad, just their cashiers
5 stars. Got a medium 4 topping Za on my Monday evening around 9PM (guy working by himself with multiple orders on the go was excellent) and it was the best dominos Ive ever had. Was ready in 13 min. More toppings than other pizza places.

Terrible service, placed an order late one night after work, apparently the were at the hotel (front desk agent never saw them), they never had the front desk phone my room, they never delivered it like a normal company ... by knocking on the door.... so I worked all day, and couldnt have supper because of the terrible service from this location... unbelievable. Phoned the store repeatedly to follow up, and they wouldnt answer the phone ...

Friendly service and almost always great food. Only negative experience here was quickly and effectively resolved by their manager without any complaints. Only issue Ive had a few times is that often the pizza tracker will update to ready before I arrive at the store, but on entering I find theres still time left for it to be finished.
