Boston Pizza in Fredericton

Was there this weekend. The French onion soup was beyond disappointing. Barley a scape of cheese and small sliver of bread. Taste of good.. but other then that no. The Philly cheesesteak.. more bun then fillings. Side on plate.. sad amount. I know prices have gone up in the restaurant industry , for consumers too. But with how prices are now days.m someone who goes out to eat.. its a treat. So to be extremely disappointed and spend almost $50 for 1 person.. sad. It used to be my favorite place to go. I highly doubt I Will be back.

There pizza is really good. But everything else Ive tried is a real let down. Overpriced for the Quality.

My favourite pizza place on earth!! Their cauliflower crust pizza is to die for and I d eat there much more often if it was closer to me. Highly recommend :) Dietary restrictions: I have Celiacs Disease and they are amazing with my restrictions. I have never experienced any contamination throughout the many times I ve eaten at their restaurant. I highly recommend Boston Pizza to others coeliac s.

I paid for my meal, I didnt eat anything on my plate really. It was a full meal. I got a take-out box. I left the restaurant and forgot my takeout. It was about 5 minutes later I realize I didnt have my food. I called Boston pizza and they said they had thrown out my food and cant make my order back, serve said this is coming from her manager and the hung up the phone.

It is exactly like every other BP. Kind of weird that my wife can order off the kids menu for skip the dishes but not in store... Kid-friendliness: Kids get a small menu which I isnt overwhelming and includes drink and dessert.... Awesome

ALLISON was a pure joy as a server..prompt,efficient,personable and knowledgeable. Didnt lack for anything. HUGE main course portions, cold beverages. Perhaps a bit pricey, but tolerable. Great evening and kudos from all 6 of us

We were visiting from Thunder Bay Ontario and were impressed with the service we got and the food OMG sorry Thunder Bay but food at this Boston pizza was the best I ever tasted. Hope to visit again.

Was busy and staff seemed overwhelmed. Would have been nice to be served some water upon arrival or offered a water. Had to ask for water, ketchup. I had a large pizza and had no stand for it. Had to ask for a plate. Was not asked if we wanted dessert. Waitress was friendly but it just seemed very rushed.

Our visit was amazing for one reason only and that was our server JENNA.F. She was super friendly and always checked in with us. It was my wife s birthday and on top of that she made my kids feel awesome. She should be cherished as her attitude and friendliness along with the great service will likely bring me back.

Great food. Prepared very well, service is excellent and the prices are perfect. Whenever I leave this place I feel that I really got what I paid for, which is why the wife and I have no issues going back when we want to. We know were going to have a nice eat.

Update: Bostin Pizza reached out and told me to write them a review on their website for them to do something about my experience. Never heard back. Wasnt expecting much but disappointed that they made me go through putting in a second review somewhere else an then went silent. Original review: First, the food was great. Second, we were a large group and they spread us down a line of tables rather than grouping us together. Third, the waitress was lovely. Fourth, there was an error with my order. Not a big deal except that, even though the restaurant was almost completely empty other than us, I didnt get my corrected order until everyone else had already been served and had finished eating. Last, it took 50 minutes from when I asked for a to-go box until I was able to pay my bill and leave. So, I would definitely go back but I would make sure that I didnt have a deadline to leave by.

Usual BP quality. Consistency and open late. Friendly but slow to return staff. Ok Parking: Lots of it.

Was there Sunday Feb 18th with my wife at 1:45pm and was surprised to be treated Really Really poorly by the hostess; When I asked her if they accepted VISA, she looked at my card and said coldly: I dont know! Then I asked her if she could try to find out, her replied was: I cant do anything about it! - , so I went to East Side Marios and had a great lunch and paid with my VISA card! (The one the hostess from BP rejected!)

We go to BPs regularly..so much so that our server already knows what we order for drinks. The food is bland, requires more spices for flavour. Making it spicy hot does not make it flavourful. The portions with meats ie ground beef or chicken strips on salads if your low on items in the kitchen, let waitstaff know to give other options instead of putting three thin strips of chicken on a salad or a tbl spoon of beef on nachos just to make a plate. Had a recent dinner date at Boston Pizza in Fredericton with my beautiful wife, it was a Thursday evening and moderately busy for the time of evening. We were greeted by a friendly young lady who seated us, it took about 15 minutes until a menu arrived and were asked if wed like a drink, after our drinks came we browsed our menus while enjoying them. Ten minutes or so later our waitress came, who was very nice and very friendly, and asked if we were ready to order, and we were and we did, our food came quite quickly and was hot and very delicious, dessert was very good too! Overall a very pleasant experience, I would totally recommend for enjoying a nice dinner out in a very nice restaurant atmosphere!

Awesome restaurant, good food good service, good value for your food. 15.$ pasta dishes are good for two meals.

Pretty standard Boston Pizza, you know what you are getting. Good place to watch a sport or two though. The food wasnt too bad at all, I find Boston Pizza to be quite hit or miss but this trip was quite lovely. The server we had was very pleasant and friendly. Kid-friendliness: Staff were more than accommodating towards the children we had, and also went above and beyond with their kindness and patience towards them.

Very disappointed, had to wait 20 minutes because it was busy. That was understandable. But wasnt sitting down for 5 minutes when was asked if I wanted my bill. Didnt even get to order. My pizza was cold. When they brought my granddaughter her dessert, they gave me my bill. Rushed out before my granddaughter could enjoy it. Wont go back there.

We had to wait 25 mins for a table. Our server was very good but the over all service was very slow. When the food arrived 2 of the dishes out of 3 were not at all hot. I wish the would bring back the Beef Dip with just the bun, the beef and the au jus dip. They replaced it with The Big Dipper, but I dont care for all the extra toppings on it. I thought I was the only one who missed it, but others have told me the same thing.

Had the chicken parmesan ravioli and my wife had the nachos and we loved our meals.

More food than we could possibly eat. Tasted great. The presentation was simple. No distracting food art, just great food.

Dinner was great while watching the hockey game. We asked for a replacement wine glass that was dirty. After 20 minutes I had to go to the bar and ask for one myself. Our waitress was too busy sitting at the bar talking with someone I guess she knew. This was disappointing.

Took the family out for late lunch/ early supper. Service was FANTASTIC! The server; she was so sweet and had a great sense of humor food was delicious & filling

One of the best restaurants in Fredericton. The waiters are always very nice and ready to help. The food is always amazing, the portions are good, and the dessert is great.

I ordered the Beet goat cheese salad and ordered and was charged for grill chicken breast with it and it wasnt there....I was a little disappointed.... second place that day that messed up....I have never had a problem until this time

Emma and chevy deserve all the praise! We went there for a dinner and ordered some pizzas and asked for no bacon because I can t eat bacon. Somehow, cooks made a mistake and made 2 pizzas with bacon. When the order arrived, I reminded her that i asked for no bacon and she was extremely sorry and took back the pizzas and got us new ones in a matter of minutes. The atmosphere and service was very nice so one little error like this can be neglected. Cut to the end, when Emma brought the bill, she told us that her manger, Chevy took 3 pizzas off the bill which we didn t even ask for. This is what you call good customer service and making sure that they leave with a happy face. Definitely recommend and will come back for sure!

I ordered the beet goat cheese salad, and what I got was a bunch of greens with a little bit of beets and a little tiny sprinkle of goat cheese. I have had this salad before at the Saint John restaurant and it was loaded with all of the ingredients, not just lettuce. In This particular salad the red peppers were all gone bad and shouldn t have even been been used. This salad was disgusting. This was a take out order and before I left with the salad I asked for a bit of extra dressing, I was told that this would be extra!!! Extra for salad dressing?? Really? Come on people? I could understand if I had asked for extra cheese or chicken or avocado, but balsamic vinegar??? These people! If I had been served this abysmal salad in this restaurant, I would have sent it back! And because they wanted to charge me extra for bloody salad dressing, I ll never step foot in another Boston Pizza ever again. That salad was the only reason Id ever go in and now there is absolutely nothing that this cheap restaurant could offer me other than grief!

Meant to dine in. Have an hour for lunch. Had to change the order to go Food took way too long and was mediocre.

We got seated right away. Our server was very nice and did a great job!

4 of us stopped in for a few pints and some food and we grabbed the wings and nachos, typical sports bar go too grub . $17 for 7 non crispy wings that came with only 1 drum and 6 flats ,,, we asked for the fried wings but got the steamed wings apparently. The veggie nachos were typical nachos nothing extraordinary but came with barely any cheese, like no cheese,,, total fail on such easy menu items. I could continue but...........

We are staying at a hotel nearby and ordered soup and salad to be delivered. After specifically ordering utensils, the food was delivered with zero utensils to eat it with. We have also discovered that not all of the order- which we were charged for- was delivered.

The Thai chicken wrap set lunch was delicious

Came here a few weeks ago for supper. I wanted a steak dinner, and they cooked it my perfection. The funny part is this place being a pizza place first and foremost, their steak tasted better than the one I had the week before at Montanas. The place is very clean and the service is just as good. I would recommend anyone ready for a good steak to come here first before the other steak place.

Door is what you expect. We had a very large group and the team could have been more organized. They forgot one of the kids meals and the process was just generally slow compared to what you would expect.

Great place to use the bathroom. Good taste in music.

Our server was young and inexperienced and they screwed up one of my companions meals. The GM and the floor manager both made a sincere effort to make amends. Its a Boston Pizza, so its pretty much EXACTLY like every other one.

My partner and I decided to enjoy a meal through takeout, and while the food quality was good, we were taken aback by the total cost of $75 for two meals without drinks. Its no secret that prices have been on the rise due to inflation, but it was still surprising to see such a significant increase. Additionally, our order wasnt entirely accurate. One of the sandwiches we received was not what we had ordered, and the cactus cuts were missing. While I understand that mistakes can occur, it did negatively impact our experience as we did not have time to turn around to complain about the order being wrong.

Food is just mediocre. Service was great and atmosphere good, so that helped make up for the only OK food.

Restaurant in commercial area with pizza and other options. We were hungry and passing through, so we went in without too many expectations. We got a couple of pizzas (the only ones on our trip to Eastern Canada). As Italians we obviously know that its a risky move, but we were hungry and didnt want to go downtown to look for a proper restaurant or go to the classic fast food restaurant. Moral of the story, if youre starving and even a subspecies of pizza without art or part (and at a high price) suits you, come in. Otherwise you can easily run away.

Prefacing this by saying how happy I found a chain restaurant I can safely eat at while travelling! The amount of research that goes in to finding a safe place to eat gets tedious. Boston Pizza has good gluten-free options, and I felt safe eating it. I wish they had more options without dairy, as lot of people who have to eat gluten-free are also lactose intolerant. Nachos were heavy on the chips low on the toppings. Pasta was lovely. Lasted night service was fast, friendly and efficient. Pleased they were open. It was the only table service restaurant open late night uptown after a Monday evening Playhouse show in Fredericton.

Excellent Food. Had the shrimp pasta with alfredo sauce with tableside freshly grated parmesan cheese.

Ordered pick up for a late night bite and was not disappointed! Food was ready right on time and was hot and delicious! The pizza and fries were great, and I was pleasantly surprised by my steak sub at how tender it was! The brownies for dessert also couldnt be best. Would definitely order from here again if Im back in town!

Great service, good meal

Working nights on a turnaround in Saint John and came here for dinner on my day off. The beer was flat and our meals came out 15mins apart. After calling the manager over she only gave excuses and offered a free desert. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant at all as all we ordered was a salad , pizza and a pasta. Very poor experience. Our waitress was spot on so kudos to her.

Disappointing. I came in Monday and ordered a 21 oz. Boston Size draft before dinner. The draft came with 17 oz. of beer plus 5 oz. of foam. When I complained, I was given the two fingers of foam routine and the glass was not topped off to what I was paying for. (I understand, the actual full size of this glass is 23 oz.) The bartender was very annoyed when I kindly questioned her. Poor customer service.

We waited almost an hour for our food and when we arrived the place was pretty much empty. We watched 3 tables who came in after us get their food while we continued to wait for our main meals. When we got up to leave after only getting a drink and appetizer, not once did the manager on duty or our waitress come over and address the problem or that we were leaving, they couldnt be bothered. The waitress avoided all eye contact and anything to do with us as we were waiting to leave. They left it all up to the hostess to deal with. And they still charged us full price for the drink and appetizer. We wont be back.

Spinach artichoke dip is a must. Try getting seating near the reception, anything by the windows and you may be waiting a while for refills or additional orders.

Waited 45 minutes for our food. Watched people come in after us get their food. Waitress was more interested in flirting with a table of guys than working. We left without our food. Paid for our drinks an appetizer. Manager on duty wouldnt even come talk to us. Only person in this scenario that was professional was the hostess raking our payment. We used to go here often. After this experience we wont be back! To many other options in town to put up with lack of service lile this.

I deleated my pervious review and am now putting this one. This use to be my favorite place to take my daughter when I came home. Not now. I went there last Saturday night with a friend, their son, and my daughter. We were given no cutlery to eat with, the condiments on my friends sons burger were forgotten, part of my order was missed, and there was a hair in my daughters meal. My friend and I both have cards for free meals for our children. For the mistake we got a free desert and I was not charged for what they forgot. Today my daughter went with her dad. Again there was hair in her food. I worked in the food service industry for 20 years. I was an operations supervisor for 10 restaurants. I have never seen such a terrible make it right and fix your guests experience as I did at this restaurant. It use to be my favorite place. Now I wont be going back. Really sad it turned out this was.

Went for supper this evening with my girlfriend, was very very disappointed when our food was given to us! The portions they have were very small I would have been embarrassed to serve to a customer! Safe to say we left still hungry! Never eating here again!

Worst spaghetti meat ball I have ever had in my life

Food was served hot, generous portions. Good service but a bit slow to come pick our plates when done. We will go back.
