Awesome service! I was in the other day and they didnt have any veggie slices ready so the worker made me a fresh mini pizza (Im vegetarian). Food was delicious and very good value! I will definitely be back

I dont like the pizza drunk or sober, maybe Im just used to quality food. Poutine is wicked Edit: The pizza got way better, poutine is still delicious, the chicken wings are my favorite by far.

First and only time eating from here. I was in the city for work, ordered pizza and garlic fingers. The garlic fingers tasted burnt, and the pepperoni on the pizza had a bologna taste.

Not the same as it once was they cheap out on the pizza and forget half your order andale you wait for them to make the rest when you pick up

Stopped in for an afternoon snack with the wife. Ordered the $18 Garlic Fingers, Pizza and 2 pop deal. AWESOME! The garlic fingers were very tasty, the donair sauce was perfect consistency amd delicious, and the pizza was also very delicious. A nice bang for the buck with great flavor. Highly recommended!

I hadnt been to Jacks in quite some time. Decided to go get a couple of slices for a late night craving. Went there just before 3am. Walked in and was rudely told by 3-4 employees that the store was closed. I said that its open til 4. One of the guys behind the counter very rudely told me that they were closed. I said okay then. I was leaving and told another employee that they need to change the hours online so people will know. He proceeded to tell me if they are slow on Fridays and Saturdays they will close early. Thats all good but again how are people supposed to know that? Ive worked in the fast food industry myself. My main priority was always customer service. With how I was spoken to this evening, I wont be back to Jacks again! Being rude and ignorant gets you nowhere in life. Need to do some training with employees dealing with customers. Theres a right way and wrong way in speaking to them.

I used love getting pizza at Jack s pizza but their customer service is so bad now. Don t order the chicken shawarma because they will refuse to make it. Also, they randomly just close early even though they have on their website and sign that they close at 11pm. As well, false advertising on their Facebook page. They advertise toonie Tuesday on both their story and wall but refuse to give you the slice of pizza for $2. I miss you Jack, come back :,(

Manager accused me of not paying when it was clear and I knew I had paid in full (confirmed with credit card transaction details). He tried to charge me again so he clearly does not know how his cash register works. I did not let him bully me and he finally said fine take it for free! Terrible customer service. Pizza was cold. And $11 for a slice of pizza, can of pop and tip is a rip off.

This place used to be amazing. Now it s terrible. Pizza was simultaneously only partially baked and wet, but also clearly was left out for hours. Service was strange too, the guy who worked there completely drenched the pizza in Donair sauce when we asked for some. The nostalgia has unfortunately died.

The pizza tasted old, terrible and was cold. Allegedly this place used to be better, it s certainly awful now. Save your money and eat elsewhere

Since the management has changed, this place has gone downhill. The service is usually bad, and the pizza isn t as good. The only good experience s recently is when the mother/lady is working.

Amazing food, amazing staff. Love the arab culture and music! Very kind service, awesome vibe and delicious food. Would 100% recommend for either a good full meal or a nice quick snack. Pizza slices are huge too for a great price!

Jacks is a late night staple in Freddy. The pizza always hits the spot. Ask for donair sauce on the meat slice do it. I swear to god Craig if you ever get a slice and don t get the donair sauce???? And I find out. There s gonna be troubles. The spot has been renovated a couple times and you could tell the contractor knew what he was doing cause the place looks great. I ll be back again soon. I haven t been out to Nicky z s in a while and I m lookin to make a comeback.

A typical pizza place you would hit up after a bar, but after standing in line for 20 minutes they allowed their friends to bud in front everyone, who were loud and belligerent, they werent aware of the pizzas at hand and to make matters worse there was a hair in our slice when we got home..

If you imagine an authentic NYC pizzeria with no frills, no wine and dine, and just a good slice of pizza this is it.

Pizza for a drunken night. It s hard to go out for a drink in Fredericton without going into Jack s afterwards. They sell pizza by the slice, a big slice, I may add, among other options. I would only go here for the slice. Previous experiences with ordering a whole pizza from Jack s have not been very favourable. Their whole pizzas are extremely expensive, and, somehow, it does not taste the same as their single slice. I recommend you add the Donair sauce to the top; it adds a nice flavour.

Horrible. We drove up from Truro (7 hour drive there and back) when we first entered the first thing i noticed was the insane amount of flys in there, landing on your skin, food, face ect. We got a donair pizza and garlic fingers. There was literally no meat on the pizza! The slices were so thin i ate over half of a 16 inch pizza and half a 12 inch garlic fingers. While that was being cooked the man started yelling at who i assume was his elderly mother in a foreign language. She didnt say anything back. The customers that were sitting beside us looked at me with their mouth open. We couldnt believe the way he was talking to his mom. Disgusting. The inside is dirty and infested with bugs. The pizza there was nothing to it, so thin and hardly any donair meat at all. We paid 38$ and left hungry! We are lucky here in Truro as we have acropole, some of the best pizza in the world. One piece your full, 2 you are stuffed. Completly horrible experience and Ill never be back to that dump. Vegetarian options: Saw one vegetarian pizza, and deep fried pickles Parking: Very hard to get into as theres only about 4 parking spots, the deliver driver parks right in front of the door and blocks other people from parking.

Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience with Jacks pizza. We ordered the 18 pizza with 12 garlic fingers deal, which was supposed to be $35.99 and includes a 2L drink according to the flyer and online, but they charged us $49.49 for the pizza and garlic fingers. I asked the delivery driver (who also told me there was a $9 delivery fee), and he said to call and talk to the restaurant about it. I shouldnt have paid for the food at this point, but I did, and I learned my lesson for the future. When I called Jacks, the guy I spoke to (apparently the manager), said I didnt ask for the deal and therefore I couldnt get it. I asked to be reimbursed for the difference between the quoted amount, and the deal price since I definitely asked for the deal, and he said he couldnt reimburse me because I didnt ask about the deal. I used to like Jacks and have been here twice before, but after this incident, I dont think Ill ever be back here again. This is a warning to everyone in the future that they are not an honorable business, and if you order from them, you are at risk of being ripped off. I hope my experience prevents others from being scammed by Jacks in the future!

It isnt very good. When I ordered the dough seemed soggy. Even Dominos is a better choice than this. One of the worst pizza places in Fredericton with online ordering.

The location is off the beaten path and Google maps takes you to the wrong spot. Pizza wasnt very good.

Jacks is just ok. They take the quality and taste of a normal slice of pizza and dilute it down in a huge slice. Sure you get a lot of quantity but very little quality. Its perfect for 2:00 am cravings after leaving the bars when you dont care about taste. I cant think of a time when I ever received polite, let alone friendly, service here. Very much a give me money, heres your pizza, now get out sort of vibe. Its always been mediocre food and lackluster service but with the open support of the so-called freedom convoy, I will no longer be a customer.

Don t order if you actually want to receive your food. Waited over an hour for delivery and called to be told the delivery guy hadn t even picked up our order yet and it s now been 2+ hours and they re closed and no longer answering the phones. Ridiculous

The big slice is really big.

Ill give them the extra star for how they used to be. From about 2007 to 2016 they were great and had great prices but about 2018-19 they jacked their prices up and for the quality its just not worth it anymore. Which is sad, because they were my no.1 pizza place for well over a decade but not anymore. The quality is now very hit or miss, sadly its more miss and I know they have cut back on toppings which is kind of shady considering the price increase. $36 for a 16 inch pizza and 12 inch garlic fingers without delivery is a rip off. Ive read the other reviews before I wrote this so I know I am not the only one who has stopped ordering from Jacks. I understand especially in these times how hard it is to be a restaurant. However Theres a point where quality and price meet and sadly Jacks quality and the price no longer are worth it.

Good pizza, period. No frills, just a good, tasty, quick lunch and friendly staff.

The peperoni cheese pizza is good. There are two tables for two and a counter on the wall for eating on site.

Wouldn t recommend ordering via Skip or Doordash. Food arrived quickly and the pizza looks like a pile of wet slop in the box. It has literally soaked through the bottom of the box!

Great Pizza to end the night

When our dinner plans fell through we needed something quick to feed the fam. Jacks had decent pizza! Nothing fancy but great when you just need some pizza to satisfy. Service was great!

Pretty good pizza! Theyre all reasonably priced and extremely tasty! I definitely recommend this spot if youd like a quick bite, well worth it Id say. Im definitely a repeating customer (been here a few times) and the staff are pretty nice as well :) Try them out if youre unsure! Its worth it! My whole family loves this place :)

Yummy but expensive at $6 a slice. I can get a yummier same size slice in Montréal or NYC for less than $3. This place is a rip off lol. Vegetarian options: Too much oregano that overpowered the veggies and cheese.

Awful place. Twice the pizzas were sloppy and tasted liked old. When I was there the staff were absolutely rude. Music was so loud I had to scream to get my order ready. Customer service doesn t exist. I won t go there again. Twice was enough.

The only reason I didnt give 1 star is because my other experiences with Jacks have been okay and the pizza is good. But this time, I ordered a pizza and waited an hour and a half, so I called the place to see what the status was and he didnt know what I was talking about. So he orders me another pizza and tells me I have to pay for it. Then the pizza shows up from the original order, but it is dead cold now. The second pizza takes over another hour to arrive, due also to the fact that the man I called gave the wrong address to the dasher and didnt get my name right either. So now I have way more cold pizza than we could eat and instead of spending the original $45, I spent $90. Terrible service.

Ordered $65 in pizza and garlic fingers. The bottom was burnt and really crunchy. Nearly no cheese on garlic fingers. Pizza was entirely inedible, so we had to throw it all out. I sent a complaint using their website and no response in two weeks. Used to be really good, but never going back.

Still as good as when I went to school a decade ago! Load on the donair sauce!

The service is off and on when it comes to poutines. Throughout the week and on weekends, I ve been denied multiple times due to what I was ordering. It seems to be inconvenient for those working at the time. This has made me feel as if my service is unwanted. Bottom line, great service and poutines when they re in the mood for it.

I used to live above this place and would frequent for food late at night and they memorized mine and my partner at the times order. They really care about people and have great food but sometime some of the younger staff comes off a bit rude later in the evening lately, but the quality of the food is great and the price is even better and they run specials throughout the week!

Large size delicious pizza

Horrible pizza. The crust was flavorless and had the consistency of a cracker. The sauce was really acidic and almost sour tasting. The cheese didnt taste right either. It was cold and soggy when it arrived - we had to put it in the oven before eating it. We wont be ordering it again. Staff seemed nice though.
