Luna Pizza 1990 Ltd in Fredericton

Don t waste your time. Ever since they switched owners this place has been trash and the customer service is horrible. Luna used to be my favourite pizza and town and now I will never order from them again.

A real Pizzeria. Generous toppings, great crust, and good value. Youd have to buy 2 large pizzas from a chain to be as full as one large from Luna. Highly recommend. Parking: The pizza is worth the parking hassle.

They passed the pizza test...I tried a no thrills one-topping pepperoni pizza to check their baseline, and it was delicious! Handmade, hefty toppings and they dont spare on the cheese. Excellent pizza The only lousy review is by someone who ordered what was lying around the kitchen instead of getting a real pizza. The pic she posted even looks kinda good.. Get an actual pizza and taste for yourself

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Its a very basic, small space, and the chairs were not comfortable. Unfortunately, we would not go here again because our two small 9-in pizzas and drinks came to $40. The food was good, but not worth that cost. Food

I recently got takeout here at Luna Pizza. I ordered a small ceaser salad and a small cheese pizza. The salad had way too much sauce on it and little red bacon bits. (Not the type I was expecting, since I ve heard multiple times that they had the best salad in town). The pizza however, was delicious! The customer service was impeccable and for that reason I will be returning.

Usually do delivery. This pizza is best in town, some may say different. If youre visiting or new to Fredericton you at least have to try this Montreal style. All the pizza in town is good, this is just better.

Not the best pasta, under cooked, meat balls so dry and to much salt. $40 for pasta and bread. Never again.

Take out reception impossible. Agent unable to understand order, not familiar with Fredericton region, had to spell hotel location!! Totally untrained. Order not what was requested, no utensils (specially ordered) food quality totally inferior!! Go to Costco for a much better meal

Luna pizza doesnt taste like luna any more! The sauce is changed(It use to be sweet and thicker. Double cheese use to have so much cheese you could is a large layer, Twice now I ordered it lightly cooked and didnt get it. I will no longer order from there Fadis pizza now taste more like the old luna.

By far, the BEST Caesar salad EVER! Make sure you have some gum :) love it! Pizza is homemade, authentic and delicious.

NEW OWNERS!! -Dined in the restaurant for lunch hour...(food was great four stars) -Three tables were sitting upon walking in...two tables already had meals served -one table w/ four people ordered before my party of two walked in > theses folks told us that info (they were waiting a lengthy time) -one person at that table returned the meal to be warmed up (arrived cold) Four minutes later it re-arrived -waitress served us our drinks seven minutes after asking -five minutes later our order was taken -twenty-five minutes of waiting, I asked if the lettuce for my salad is still growing in the kitchen -ten minutes later, (thirty-five minutes total time) our meals showed up -I asked for salt & pepper when my salad was brought out -ten minutes later it showed up (waitress took it from another table when those folks paid and left) -I ate my main meal first (still waiting for the salt & pepper shakers to arrive) -there was a lot of > Im sorry about that < from the waitress -great food...but never again

The pizza is great but pick it up. They rip you off on delivery. After we left the tip, we found out that they charge a 10 dollar delivery cost. We are 4 km from their restaurant at a hotel. Another reviewer said it best, you are sending your pizza in a cab

Luna Pizza has changed the Gluten Free Pizza Crust and it tastes like cardboard. Please change back to your previous supplier.

I ordered a small pizza and garlic fingers on skip from them. I received my order, and the donair sauce I paid for wasn t there. It was definitely needed to be able to eat their tasteless food. The garlic fingers tasted like dough and the pizza was not edible. I paid $30 for food I couldn t even enjoy, definitely not getting anything from there again.

I had a large pizza with the works and a chicken ceaser salad. The pizza dough was so tough we could hardly chew through it. And the salad. We couldn t find the chicken!!! Worse food I ve ever eaten there. I will never be back Sad the new owners can t keep the same standards the previous owners did.

food was great and our waiter, who was waiter and cook, was wonderful.

Finally a place that s good with reasonable prices. The only feedback I have is to give fresh rice since mine had a couple hard chunks, and if possible pitted olives with the Greek salad. Just could see one day someone biting in to that and breaking a tooth.

Amazing pizza. Don t get me wrong the place looks like a total dive. But the quality of the food is out of this world. The staff are nice and the place was clean. (And that s saying something since it s next to a bunch of night clubs and bars) Lots of great special pizzas for any dietary need. (Unless your lactose intolerant like me. But the upset tummy I got was well worth it for this pizza)

How does anyone make a Ceasar salad so good?

Overrated in my opinion. Sauce is good. Too much cheese, greasy. Crust soggy in the center. Save yourself some money and buy a frozen delissio pizza. Edit: Tried their spaghetti and meatballs, I really enjoyed it. Fantastic meatballs. Couldve sent a little more bread though.

The food is awesome, but you have to be willing to work for it, and be there at the right time. Show up drunk, and get what you deserve haha.

5-star pizza! This is how I like my pizza. The crust is airy. The sauce is delicious. The taste is rich without being too greasy. Ordered through Doordash.

Amazing food. Some of the best classic food around. The service is very varied, sometimes you get great and sometimes you get bad. My only recommendation is to focus on hiring good staff and training

Excellent pizza, best pizza in town in my opinion. Sweet sauce, with fresh amazing toppings. The tzatziki sauce is always great, comes with fresh warm nan bread. Must try.

This is not just my favourite pizza in Fredericton, but my favourite pizza anywhere! The quality is just so much better than the franchise places.

Used to be able to order a pizza at 10 oclock on a Friday night in fredericton , obviously not anymore. Says they are open untill 11 pm but wouldent let me order a za at 10 15 because they close in 10 minutes. Would have been a 1 star but they have the best pizza in town just absolutely trash service

Really good pizza and excellent service. We ordered for delivery and they called to let us know they were at the door when they saw we had no bell at our Airbnb. I recommend the Creta pizza, it was delicious!

Huge portions and great food!

Had friends visiting from Saint John and they wanted to try Luna. Great food and service (thank you Terri-Lynn for the service and the laughs). This restaurant is as good as it has always been. Generations have raved about Luna -- it is still rave-worthy. We had 9 inch pizzas (which were more like 12 inch). Toppings and crust were delicious. The ladies had pasta -- a generous portion and also delicious. Four highly recommended reviews from us. Keep up the great work Luna.

Luna is one of my favorite local restaurants to go to when I come back home. The lunch special are super cheap and affordable for everyone. I recommend trying this spot if youve never been. The pizza also tastes very good.

Horrible horrible service. My 10 year brother called to order pizza and was yelled at by whoever was working because he asked him to repeat something as he didn t hear. They messed up our order and we called back the next day and I assume it was the same guy as he was very rude and kept interrupting us and hung up on us. Definitely will not be going back, worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don t care who you are, yelling at a child over something like that is NEVER okay

We ordered our pizza to be delivered. The pizza was cold (cant always be helped with delivery). The works toppings were excellent but the crust was thick and tough. None of us could eat it. We ate the toppings and left the crust.

Best pizza in town. I havent eaten much off the menu but if I want a pizza, donair or even just a slice, this is the spot I prefer hands down. They are NOT stingy with the toppings.

Pizza dough itself was very chewy/cardboard like w/ sparse toppings. Garlic fingers were lacking any garlic flavour and burnt on the bottom. $2 for a tiny donair sauce and the included 2L of pop was expired by 6 months. Never again Luna!

Bought a slice and drove out. Started eating and all but the crust was uncooked dough. I was very sad since I was too far away to turn around and get a replacement or complain.

Nice little spot downtown Fredericton ,the interior like the exterior is a little dated , but the staff and menu more than make up for it .

The thick, chewy crust is the stuff of legend, lots of toppings. If youre not sure what to order, get the Luna Special. Also, the donairs (out of the back door) are probably the best in town.

The only place in the Fredericton and Oromocto area that actually uses a real pizza oven, pizza actually cooked the way it was always meant to be. The toppings are generous including the cheese.

Luna s pizza on the take outside is good but jacks pizza is a lot less greasy for a cheaper choice and is tasty but the eat in side of Luna s is delish I ve been going there my whole life they have amazing pasta and salad and the pizza is always better on the sit down side I don t know how or why that is but it s just less greasy and seems like more toppings in house and you get to sit down and enjoy it but either in house or take out it s a delish restaurant that I recommend you to give a try!

I used to love this place... why is the dough always uncooked in the middle now?

Staff was great, but mixed feelings about the food. Mozza sticks were frozen upon serving, marinara sauce was tinny, taste liked budget brand canned sauce, Caesar salad had imitation bacon bits. Mushroom caps with escargot were buttery and delicious and the garlic baguette was soft, crispy and flavourful. My friends report the pizza was quite good.

Slice of pizza for $4.5 which is worth it.

We are new to Lunas pizza and from out of town. I have to say, some of the worst service I have received. Not too sure if the man behind the counter hates his job or his life. Maybe some customer service training would help fix this. Regardless we wont be returning. Maybe go over to Jacks Pizza

Absolutely horrible, when I walked in I should have turned around and never looked back. It was dreadfully hot inside with no sign of air conditioning or ventilation, I was sweating bullets within minutes. I ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza with a Coca Cola and after waiting 30-35 minutes I got it. The pizza tasted like it was frozen and then heated in a microwave and the pop didn t taste anything like it was supposed to and there was no carbonation what so ever. Don t waste your time with this place. By far the worst experience I ve ever had in a restaurant.

You know its bad when 6 people share a giant pizza and nobody finishes a slice. Tossed the rest. They dont seem to care less what you think anyway. There are so many other places to get a great pizza. IMO, skip Luna.

Small place but excellent food and staff

Recommend by the staff at Hampton Inn. The food was delicious and they had no problems accomodating our travel schedule. However everything was extra greasy, even the salads had too much dressing. I recommend asking for dressing on the side.

Pizza was a bit soggy but still pretty good. We drove to Ontario from Nova Scotia and made this a stop because my dad has been talking about it since we went 10 years ago! Worth the stop for sure :)

Whenever I come in town, I stop at Lunas for its amazing pizza & ceasar salad. Full of flavor. Hands down my favorite in the maritimes (i travel alot).

Luna Pizza (takeout/delivery) has long been known as the place in town with the worst service, but it was well made up for by having the best food. Unfortunately, the food no longer makes up for the exceptionally poor service, premium prices and slow delivery. Too bad... Used to really enjoy this place. Give it a few years before you try it out - maybe theyll come back around.
