Pizza Delight in Fredericton

I ordered the nachos. The chicken was like little pink erasers and the cheese wasnt even melted. They were room temp. I took a bite and sent it back, and then they brought me my bill with so I could pay full price for the slop I didnt eat.

The waiter was very nice and understanding about our level of English :) he came several times to see if we were missing anything. The food was equally excellent. the only negative point is the somewhat old dining room.

Ive been to the Oromocto location and always enjoyed the food. I havent even gotten the chance to eat at this Northside location after visiting twice! Two weeks in a row Ive had a nearby mechanic appointment and tried to eat here, only to not even be acknowledged. Last week I waited 15 minutes to be seated with no acknowledgement. Today for lunch I tried again and my partner and I stood there for nearly 10 minutes. The restaurant looked mildly busy, and two staff members walked right by us, standing at the Wait to be Seated sign. No one moment, so sorry, be with you soon, we are a little busy/ understaffed, please bare with us. We just ended up walking out. I would have been understanding either way. Ive worked in the food industry. But to not even be looked at is ridiculous and frustrating. Will not be trying a third time.

Food was ok but I paid almost $15 for a side salad with my garlic fingers and my dates waffle fries were undercooked. I found it very expensive for what we got.

O tried the new chicken pizza, cant really say we were impressed. But will definitely be back as they have lots to choose from on their menu!

The food is delicious! However, when you ask for a modification, ie. no onions, this is never done. I feel bad for the folks that ask for alterations because they have allergies, not because theyre picky eaters like myself!

Came here to eat with a group. There were a total of 4 orders for the whole group. 3 pizzas and 3 Garlic fingers for the group of 10 boys and the parents ordered. A couple ordered Nachos and my brother and I ordered super donairs mine with no veg and add bacon and his no lettuce. With 2 side orders 1 being nachos and the other being a salad to go. Pretty simple order considering I can remember what everyone had. Everyones food started coming out with no utencils, or napkins. My brother and I had our orders come out wrong. Considering we waited a significant amount of time it was disappointing that we yet again had to wait . The 2 orders finally come out 15 mins later and mine was wrong again. I decided I would just eat it rather then wait again. We never heard from the waitress until it was time to pay. I get my bill expecting to possibly get an apology or some sort of discount for 2 wrong orders, and nothing . So that was a little upsetting, but I accepted that as she was a bit flustered. Its time to leave and the waitress is nowhere to be found, so I can pay and leave this mess of a place. I got to a point where I felt like walking out, but because of my morals waited as patiently as I could. Finally she comes out. I pay for my meal and the expected tip ( that I should not have given her) I remind her about my salad to go she says she will bring it right out. Waiting, waiting, waiting ....... waiting ... yes again still waiting. I finally just ask the first waitress I see if I can get the pre-made salad that I ordered to go . She then tells me she has to go back out and make me one. More waiting.... so finally I had enough I ask to speak with a manager a not so friendly masked person says Im the closest thing to that you will get tonight Speaking very short with me. I proceed to tell him all of the above mentioned and he sarcastically tells me that sorry thats what I get when they are short staffed. This guy is representing Pizza Delight Trust me there was no delight it was a disaster. This person is being a complete jerk after all the nonsense I had already endured . All I wanted was to bring it to their attention. Tyler was their name and they really shouldnt be dealing with any customer issues or customers in general. To the owner/ manager of this establishment you should be ashamed to let your staff down on a Friday night knowing a group was coming. To Tyler get a job where you dont deal with people. This will be taken further up the ladder as I will not be treated like garbage when I pay top dollar for 3rd rate food and no customer service. No I do not reccomend any group come here or anyone for that matter. **update** The head office called me and has apologized for the way I was treated. So I will add a star because someone actually cares about customer service.

Went out for dinner this evening on a Mother and Son date with my sweet boy ! We love this place ~ Always excellent food, service and prices ! We share a pizza and garlic fingers and I had the French onion soup as an app. Everything was delicious and the service was perfect. Then for dessert my son ordered the skillet brown with whip cream, ice cream and choc. sauce. It was gi normous ! and SOOSOOO good. AA++++ all the way. PS the pizza here can not be beat !

This location is likely the best Pizza Delight Ive been to! My pizza (Hawaiian) was the best Ive had in ages! Ill be back!

My wife and I had the Lasagna with garlic bread. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is amazing! Brooke is an amazing server. Always so kind and sweet! It was shocking to see some of the negative reviews of this place. Never been like that for us.

Birthday Partys or Get Togethers with friends or family is always a delight when eating here. The staff are kind friendly, and very courteous. Fast service always with a smile. The atmosphere is usually pretty quiet and relaxed though during busy hours the decibels can get more like a busy city street.

Rather busy when we first got there. Our waitress was very nice and patient.

I have always been pleased with Pizza Delight s food until this Father s Day. We ordered a party size pizza and garlic cheese fingers for takeout which cost $60 odd . Since I had never had an issue with their food I did not open the boxes to check prior to getting home. When we opened the box we were all unpleasantly surprised to see an over cooked partially burnt pizza. My husband, who says he has never had a bad pizza could only eat one piece. I will certainly think twice before ordering from Pizza Delight again. Very disappointed.

Pizza delight st Marys street Fredericton. Only about 4 tables occupied and waited 25 minutes when we finally left because nobody cared to even take our order. Absolutely garbage service. 6pm Thursday July 6 2023. Guy with long hair was supposed to be our waiter. When confronted said he was busy helping colleagues. DO NOT RECOMMEND wasting your time here.

Hands down the best food experience we have had in a long time. Everything was amazing! Also, the Texas Chipotle burger needs to be entered in a burger competition. UNREAL!

Not sure who the young lady was that took my order this morning but she was excellent! Food arrived on time and did not disappoint! We got a large order for our workplace and she was on the ball with it! Very happy with the service!

Pizza Delight on St. Marys is everything youd expect from a Pizza Delight. Their air-conditioning isnt great. Parking: Careful in the parking lot. There are numerous potholes bigger than my car.

Pizza was great, so were the knots. Really hearty portions of everything, especially the donair sauce. Just wish they didnt put the donair sauce in a paper cup, it breaks apart quickly!

UPDATE: They paved the parking lot!! Well done. Very impressed with Pizza Delight Pizza. Fresh tender crust. LOTS of toppings. Their sauce is the secret ingredient. Always fresh and hot. A little bit more expensive then some other pizza places, but the toppings and finished product is worth the little extra cost. Their super donair is excellent as well. Parking: THEY PAVED THE PARKING LOT!!! YES!

My husband really hyped the place up... I guess when he was younger this was the place to go for pizza. It was ok but I thought a bit pricey for what you got... I dont have a comparison but even he said its just not the same.

It was okay! Very generous with their toppings. Their takeout section was quite busy so I m sure they re popular, unfortunately it wasn t to my preference. Still hunting for pizza that I like in Freddy.

I wish I could give it a better score because theyre a great local Canadian business. Slow food and inconsistent meals when dining in has been an issue a few times. The one thing they do nail everytime is the pizzas and Donairs. They make some delicious pizzas and massive Donairs. Just dont be in a hurry if your sitting and ordering.

Its Pizza Delight, very consistent and good. Was a little slow for a lunch time visit, there werent that many people there. Thats our only complaint, it was a tad slow getting our food.

I arrived to this restaurant in what felt to be an internal famine in my stomach. I was not met my a server at the door and Hence found my way to my own sweet. It took what felt like ages to the server greet me at the table I picked myself! I decided to still give this charming looking young man with biceps the size of my head a chance. Though this chance was undeserving as I tried to place my order then and there as I had time previously during my long wait to be greeted to pick my meal from a limited and unclear menu. When telling him I was ready to order he followed by cutting me off to say he was only doing drink orders at the time. This was an outrage. I was on the verge of waking out of the restaurant but my hunger fought this temptation. Once finally placing my order I then waited for an around 60 full minuets for my order. I had a horrible experience at this restaurant and the pizza didn t even end up being any good .DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I love Pizza Delight. My experience at this specific location is always really poor though. Really long wait times, lots of errors, and sometimes the food is really bad.

The service was excellent, (so I will give 3 stars) but the food was just ok. I had the chicken alfredo and it was warm, not hot. The chicken was hard and had a lot of grissle.

Gluten free Chunky Vegetable Greek is my favorite. Good service. Bad coffee but amazing gluten free peanut butter chocolate pie!

Ive loved Pizza Delight for years so really happy to have this location on the north side. This is a nice, laid back restaurant atmosphere. Food is always consistently good and service good too. A favourite place to go.
