Really great food and lots for the price. They even threw in more sauces than we needed, so we use them later for other meals. The lady at cash was very friendly and made sure that we were quite satisfied.

Great and quick take out Canadian Chinese food. Food is good and the containers are reasonably priced. I enjoy getting a bite to eat here from time to time.

Chicken wings were raw with blood coming out of them and some of the pork dishes were extremely pink. We brought the food up to show the sever and she said it was normal. I won t be returning again

Honestly disappointed in the service received on the Northside location for the last time At 7:30-740pm on Feb 1 2022, I ve spent my Hard earned money here often, along with plenty of friends and family, I ve never had a problem until the past 2 or 3 visits, Walking through the door you are greeted by a woman that is obviously irritated at your very presence, Rude is an understatement even as low and childish as to roll her eyes at you, uses a sharp unwelcoming tone When tending to your dish she is extremely careless and inconsiderate with portions and presentation doesn t even include utensils in your bag , I ve seen a dogs dish served with more care and consideration, I understand we all have bad days here and there. But honestly as a polite paying customer you definitely deserve better and for obnoxious rude behaviour there is no excuse especially for a regular occurrence, I d make the trip to the south side location before ever returning at this point.

I love how quick and friendly it is, but the food, albeit delicious, always bites me later. Just had a great experience with my sons here. The staff were great and included both of them.

Food server was very rude because I refused to eat dried up noodles..will never eat there again..guess they dont want to keep customers

I love buffet to go. I think its the best deal for Chinese Canadian food in the city for cost and quality. However, theres this one girl who works at this specific location that stresses me and whoever I end up going with out every time. She seems super rushed and impatient. Shell ask us what we want next without having even put a spoonful of whatever we just asked for in the container and its stressful because she seems annoyed and impatient if you take more than a millisecondto think about it. So I end up going across the river just to not feel pressured into speed ordering my food.

I was to Buffet To go today ,love the food it is five stars , the young lady serving at 12 am Friday today has served me different times ,she is very nice very friendly and very good at her work ,sweet person ,I give her five stars also ,P.S will be going back again soon ,for the great food and also hope IAM served by same person! GREAT PLACE!

Great place to eat. Came in and the lady behind the counter was super helpful and got me my food, payment and bagged all very fast. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an easy take out experience with competent staff.

Usually amazing food and service but showed up today at 4:30 to get some Chinese food and it was closed, no sign on the door nothing!! Super disappointed.

The food is really good. The price is right for the portion size, and it s nice and clean. Staff is nice. If I had any criticism, it would be that the one older lady who came off a tad aggressive when she asked I put my mask on, when I just slightly pulled it away from my face so she could hear me. That was no problem for me at all, except I watched her twice pull her own mask below her nose to talk to a customer previously. I mean to be fair your mask was farther off your face than mine was, and you are on the side with the food, so it struck me the wrong way.

Decent food but a printed till receipt is not optional in this country. All transactions should be logged and come with a copy of the log as a receipt that includes the date, time, name, address and GST #. Please ensure your staff know how to provide the customer with their receipt. But seriously, good food.

I enjoyed my meal, but I did not appreciate your worker taking my dish from me and closing it up before I had the chance to finish filling my dish. Little embarrassing to have employees reminding you to make sure your cover fits ( As if to say you are eating to much) and then take your dish away from you.

this review is for the OROMOCTO location. the signs says its open at 11am. the last two times this has not happened. opened late and food not ready to be served. today Feb 22 i was there at 11am and it was not open. at 11:05 i phoned and they did not answer, at 11:10 i went back and the place was open but there was nothing out. i asked the employee why there was no food available when the sign clearly states the bussiness is open at 11 am. the answer i got was that it takes them 20 minutes to get to work. i suggested that maybe if they dont start work on time to get the food ready for 11am then maybe the opening hours should be changed. the reply to that was that it was mentioned to the boss but he wont do any changes. the food is good but if they keep operating like this they wont be around for long. lot of other places one can get good take out food

It used to be decent food for the price, but Im growing weary of being stared down when I fill by plate. They have also recently changed the size of their containers again. Smaller of course. They seem to be following the path of starting big and then skimping over time. Not really a good deal anymore.

This is not All you can eat, you choose some meals and they put them in a plate, the food is good for the price.

This NOT an all you can eat buffet even thought there most recent flyer says it is All you can eat buffet starting from $9.95 this is a clear case of false advertising since they charge by the size of the plate and you cannot go back for seconds. To bad as the food is about the best Ive had. WONT be going back!

I dont know what some of the people here who give this place a great rating are talking about but, it certainly doesnt match with our experience. We wouldnt cross the street to get to this place again! It might be ok if you want a snack but, if youre looking for a meal then this is definitely not the place to go. The Large plate or bowl (at $11.95 I might add) is 7 inches around and approximately 1 3/4 inches deep. Not much room for a Buffet. The only way to get a full meal is to buy a large AND a small which will run you a bit over $25.00. The rice was dry and, frankly, a bit like chewing sand, the Beef and Broccoli? - were still not sure what kind of meat it was but, it didnt resemble beef in any shape or form that weve ever had it. Its what we used to call, in the High School cafeteria mystery meat. It was like chewing on soft rubber and the broccoli, even though it looked fresh and tasty, was basically raw. With all the Chinese restaurants in and around the Fredericton area personally, we cant see this place lasting very long! We certainly wont be going back again!! The worst waste of 50 bucks that weve spent in a long, long time, thats for sure!! It makes even McDonalds look good.

I LOVE this place. It is a go-to for quick chinese. Always a good selection of typical favorites, plenty there of good quality, always warm. Staff and owner are so friendly and have no probem sharing tips on how to load up the containers. Love that they switched from foam to reusable containers. You can fill your container enough for two meals and staff are always ready to help you seal that lid on top of your load of food. I also like that its self-serve so you can put as much as you want of whatever you want. I obviously highly recommend this place.

The containers should be a bit bigger or add the 3rd one as an xl size

Absolutely pathetic offering. I have been here a few times before, each time the experience had gotten progressively worse. They didnt have any chicken balls, and were almost out of everything else. The food is all dry as a bone and has been under a heatlamp for ages. Cashier said they are sold out for the day, yet they are open until 9! On top of that, they always stare at you creepily while you gather your food. I will NEVER go back. Had promise in the beginning, but this place is a dumpster fire.

The food was absolutely delicious. Im very picky with my chinese food but this is at the top of my list of favorites now! Incredible service, the staff were all SO FRIENDLY! Woll definitly be coming back again soon.

Small not enough seating, then not even a notice like would be in a regular buffet. If you choose to eat in can you go for more as what the buffet implies. The food no complaints at all, however the tip jar at the till I found insulting! I serve myself everything and you want money for a service quality I didnt recieve. This places name is a false advertisement 100% if you only want 1 plate sure fine for you but I see buffet I want 3 or 4 plates doesnt matter. Change you name to buffet styled to go as I can get food for the same price and quality at any buffet in town and they will do you a to go plate....

Food is good and filling. When we arrived we asked how it works. The woman at the cash said we could take as much as we like as long as we could close the container properly. The flyer says all you can take all you can try, my friend filled it up. The photo shows food overflowing more than my friend took. The woman at the cash rudely said that she should charge him double. I would say that some polite customer service is necessary.
