Best spot in town for breakfast. Cozy atmosphere and great service, along with exceptionally good food. Eggs Benedict on a croissant - try it.

Absolutely spectacular experience at Claudines. We went specifically for their famous Caesars (The G.O.A.T) and wow did it impress! We also got the French onion soup, which was equally as delightful. Our server was kind, funny and knowledgeable. You could tell that he had been in the industry a long time. The restaurant was located in an unassuming strip mall, but inside is cozy and clean. Very impressive!

The waitress was great, she knew we were in a hurry and served us quickly.

Claudine never disappoint!

As visitors from BC, we recently dined at Claudines East in Fredericton and were disappointed with our experience last Saturday . Most of the food was bland, and some dishes arrived lukewarm. Given the positive reputation, we expected much better. I hope they can improve their food quality in the future.

Claudine was so nice and kind! I had buttermilk chicken avocado Benedict with home fries, and my husband had two egg with all three meat selection, he dip into the hollondaise sauce that is so smooth and tasty ( no too salty ) Congrats to a great restaurant, clean and quaint, well decorated eatery :))

I appreciated the effort that went into the food, but I found the flavors to be a bit muted for my taste. The wait time was about 25 minutes, which felt a bit long, and unfortunately, a few dishes were overcooked. I m hopeful that with a bit more seasoning and attention to cooking times, future visits will be even better!

Ate here on the weekend and had a lovely time. We were a party of 5 and we were very fortunate to get a table as soon as we entered considering how busy it was. The food was delicious. Claudine was our server and she was a delight! I only wish the restaurant was a bit bigger.

It was She thoroughly enjoyed every bite of it.My mother in law had the French Inion soup. Wow I love French onion soup and have eaten it many places in the world, but Claudiine s is the best. Had a taste and regretted not ordering one for me. This was Saturday last. Still regretting it. We will be back!

Came here for breakfast. Service was great, staff were friendly. Food was excellent and very fast, very reasonably priced. We brought our toddler and the staff were very accommodating, they had a high chair, and gave him orange slices to munch on while we waited for the meal. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Gotta say this is some of the best service and food Ive had in a long time. Great selection of food, even better service and a very cozy atmosphere. We will definitely be going back and shout out to our server Brandon, you made this a great experience.

It was positive Google reviews that led us to this restaurant. For anyone traveling through and want to stop for lunch I highly recommend this hidden gem. Decor super cute, place was packed, menu selections plentiful and service was prompt and efficient. It is in a plaza for those who rely on Google maps and navigation. Price, quality and quantity of food was excellent. I recommend the Club Sandwich.

The Atmosphere, considering the location of this restaurant. Was shocking how nice and clean even the washroom are. Its on the pricey side for food to dollar, but that seems to be everywhere these days. Staff was friendly, food warm, beer cold Kid-friendliness: I cant say, didnt see any. Has more of a mature environment

Delicious food. Had the club sandwich and hubby had the California club. We were told our takeout order would be 10-15 minutes and it was a 30 minute wait. So disappointed as the place came highly recommended by our host at our Airbnb and relatives that live in Freddy

Claudine s Eatery is an absolute gem! We had the pleasure of trying the seafood chowder and seafood fettuccine, both of which were wonderfully creamy and bursting with flavor. Each bite showcased the skill of the chef. The full house Caesar was a showstopper huge, fresh, and delicious. The cozy atmosphere and attentive service made our dining experience truly special. I can t recommend Claudine s enough for a delightful meal!

We were on route to Prince Edward Island and we stopped at this restaurant for a quick meal before continuing our trip ! Lets say it didnt disapoint us! The price/quality ratio was really good ! We barely paid15 bucks per meal and it was really good ! Meal was good, delivered quickly to our table and the all the staff was really sweet and they got sure we had all we needed ! Definitely recommand this place ! We will surely com back again soon !

Just had an amazing meal there. The lobster roll was fantastic the burger was amazing and had a maple bacon on it and my daughter had her first club and was quite impressed The owner,or who appeared to be the owner, was very courteous and asked how our meal was and made us feel very comfortable in her restaurant. The server was great portion sizes great. If your traveling to or through Frederickton stop by. All in all an A+ experience.

Went on a little roadtrip with the ladies and ended up at Claudines Eatery for lunch. Its s a beautiful little spot with awesome staff and Claudine herself! they were able to direct me to some safe menu items (I have celiac disease) and my club sandwich and side salad was so good! Not to mention the tasty iced coffee with Baileys! Id definitely go again! Merci Claudine!!!

I have been to Claudines Eatery twice recently, with many more visits to come! What a gem of a spot! Claudine is a Doll! My 2nd trip was to celebrate my 50th with a group of gals, and that sweet lady sent me off with a chunk of chocolate cake with boiled icing, on the house - and gave me a huge hug. I had the same dish both times, loved it that much the first go - fish cakes egg Benny A-Maze-Ing! If youve never been, and youre in Fredericton/willing to take a road trip, trust me - you will not be disappointed!

This restaurant is very deceiving from its location and viewing it from outside, but inside it is quite charming with a maritime flair. My hubby had a burger and soup and said it was the best burger he ever had. I had the grilled cheese and lobster sandwich with parm fries, very tasty. Overall we were very impressed with everything about this restaurant including the service.

Went with a group of 4 and it was busy but we were able to get a table. Breakfast would have been worth the wait!

As usual, we loved our meals at Claudines! I had the Florentine Benedict, hubby, a signature breakfast platter, and kid had the breakfast sandwich - all was hot and delicious. Only one little thing, I found the pan fried potatoes a bit on the hard side, couldve been a bit softer. Service was wonderful as well. Will be back.

This is REAL food not fast food ! When Im out of town i like to do my research and try restaurants that stand out from others. Claudine definitely hits the spot ! A warm welcome by the owner herself followed by the food that was just amazing and beyond expectation ! We were 7 at the table and nobody complained about the food or service ! Everything was on point . Clean restaurant and cozy vibe . Unfortunately we forgot to take pictures but we will come back . 10/10

Friendly service and very attentive to my need to be gluten free! Love this restaurant and I make sure to visit every time I come from Toronto.

This was a tale of two meals. My club sandwich was great, but it always is. My partner and her mom had the dine around Freddy meal, and at over 40 bucks, it was quite underwhelming. Tomato soup starter was bland, and the risotto was, well, not a risotto. If you can stand a risotto with a ring mold, it isnt a risotto. Also, creme brule needs a hard shell top. Cracking the caramelization is the whole point of creme brule. This was soft, like pudding. Firmly in the meh category.

What a vibe! The service was so pleasant and friendly, with the wait staff bringing such a welcoming, positive attitude to their every task. The restaurant is a small little nook, and every inch has been carefully crafted so that no matter which way your chair is facing you have something interesting and pleasing to see. The food was delicious and well-made, being the perfect blend of comfort food and fine-restaurant dining. The ginger beer mocktail was unique and dazzling and overall the entire experience was one I would relive if given the chance. Thank you for the fabulous experience!

Magnificent service, tasty dishes, and affordable. Loved Mushroom and Swiss breakfast, really noticeable the homemade touch. Maritime option was yummy, my husband was greatly satisfied. Magnificent service, the dishes are delicious and the price is fair. The Mushroom and Swiss and Maritime options are highly recommended. You can notice the touch of homemade food. This was our 2nd visit and it was just as perfect as the 1st time. The food is amazing! Definitely upgrade your potatoes to the pan fried with onions. From the warm welcome when you walk in, even with (well-behaved) kids, to the fast delivery of our meals and service during you wont find a better spot with a menu for everyone. Cant wait for our next trip there. Kid-friendliness: Our 1st trip inside showed that my kids were the only ones but our welcome was warm and inviting.

This place reminds of a restaurant that would be in Toronto. Literally, I felt like I never left that city when my hubby and I came in for brunch. We both had the lobster eggs Benedict and this was by far the best eggs Benedict we ve both ever had. This place satisfied our lobster craving. Enjoyed our lunch..French Onion and deep fried pickles. Service was excellent, waiter was friendly, only thing music was a bit loud, but all-in-all an enjoyable lunch.

Great eggs benedict. The only downside is its really cold there in the winter, the door opening often makes the restaurant really cold.

We went there for the first time today and it wont be our last! The food was excellent and reasonably priced. One us even got a complimentary piece of cake for his birthday. The owner is a very kind lady who makes sure everyone is taken care of. I highly recommend this restaurant. Merci!!

I went for brunch with a friend today and loved every bit of it. Had Eggs Benedict and it was delicious. We had the Benny special with mimosa and dessert, would highly recommend. The staff was very kind to interact with, will definitely be back.

THE best bougie breakfast in Fredericton. Eggs Benny? Best in the city. Want to upgrade and add lobster? You can do that. Mimosas - in a pitcher, you say? Of course. Chicken and waffles, etc. Claudine s brings bigger city brunch vibes to little old Fredericton. It s a tight space, but a great spot to treat yourself and bring friends and get whatever brunchy foods your heart desires.

Delicious egg-Benedicts are there in their food menu. I also tried some lobster dishes there which was good. Overall this place is satisfactory for food. Parking: It has enough parking space

My husband found this cute spot after the Fredericton Marathon yesterday. He called just as the morning (Mother s Day!) waitlist ended and we zipped right over there. Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was quaint and home-y. The boys devoured their shared pancake and french toast kid s breakfasts. We ordered one chocolate milk to split because I didn t want to encounter any washroom breaks on the drive back to Halifax, and the server took the initiative to split it for us. As someone who used to serve, I really appreciate that sort of attention to detail. It makes dining out that much more enjoyable! My husband could barely finish his maritimer s breakfast and the boys had to help out! I guess we aren t true maritimers yet, until we can finish that massive plate! I treated myself to the steak and eggs and it was just perfect. Thank you for a great brunch.

We had an enjoyable dinner here on Friday, May 12 before going to a show at the Playhouse. The Covered Bridge potato chip crusted halibut was so crunchy and tasty! The lobster roll was pretty good, but not the best I have had, a bit lacking flavour, so would choose something different the next time. The shared piece of chocolate cake with boiled icing hit the spot! Service was efficient and the atmosphere really nice. Will be back!

The place was way better on the North side. I think personally its not as good as good as it was on the north side.

I ate the jumbo lobster roll, which was very tasty with plenty of lobster. I wasn t a huge fan of the bun choice, I found it a bit dry - and the lobster is placed on the top as opposed to buttered hotdog buns I grew up on. Just personal preference. My friend had fish and chips which he devoured, but a real talking point was the sweet potato fries which were possibly the best I ve ever had. Crispy, wide and served piping hot with this amazing dipping sauce that seemed to have a curry flavour or something similar. I thought I was picking up on maple as well. Either way, delicious! A bit on the pricey side, but it s a very nice ambiance and the service was good.

Went today for first time. New to area and my friends love it. Ordered the Eggs Benny smoked salmon with deep fried potatoes. I want to end on a positive so Ill start with potatoes. They were way over cooked, dark and some had loads of seasoning that were super salty. In fact, a third of the potatoes bordered on burnt. I left most on the plate. I would have taken a pic, or said something but I didnt want to offend my friends who brought me there. I wasnt a fan of the strong bitter coffee either. Was horrible really. That was my first cup of the day and I refrained from top ups. English muffins underneath were soggy and pretty thin and small. I like a good crisp on edge of the bread under my Benny. Now for the positive, the eggs were cooked medium and the way I like them and the hollandaise was good. You could taste the lemon. However, for $18.00 there was a super thin single layer of smoked salmon, barely distinguishable. My second egg had hardly any. Service was good, personable staff. Cute atmosphere. When we left there was a line waiting to enter. What my friends had looked good. Maybe it was a one off, idk. Ill try it once more, perhaps order the fried potatoes with onions and go for regular Benny with ham, and order a cappuccino if I want to pay over $30 total. However, with a tip coming to almost 30 dollars for 1 person, no juice, no special coffee, I might have to think about it. Disappointing really.

First time eating here, had the lobster roll and lobster poutine with homemade coconut cream pie for dessert. Poutine: taters were overcooked to point of almost burnt, the cheese curds were very cold and it just had 1 lobster claw laid on top (chopped and mixed throughout was expected). Lobster roll: overall okay, but as someone else noted the bun to filling ratio is way off. If theyd scooped out a cavity in the center to put the filling, it would eat better and have a better ratio between the two. Homemade coconut cream pie: Looks homemade, doesnt taste it, portion size is extremely small for the 7$ price tag (comes in a square small container, for takeout... i was expecting to see a brownie inside when i opened it LOL). Overall experience was underwhelming and no interesting in returning. Service WAS good, and theyre known for theyre eggs benedict also... so maybe if youre looking for some eggs benny its worth a look. For a 50.00+ meal, I dont feel I got the value I paid.

Top notch service and a top notch breakfast. We loved everything about our experience. I had a fried buttermilk chicken benny rather then with any eggs due to a sensitivity and that hollandaise sauce and chicken together I could eat everyday. The food is extremely salty. My drink was salty and gross(black currant margarita). French onion soup was also salty, my wife had the same and it was also extremely salty... seafood risotto was undercooked and also salty, shrimp in seafood risotto where covered in so much seasoning they were unpleasant to eat(I was hungry so finished it anyway) my wifes seafood chowder was also not great and tasted like it was made with seafood mix from grocery store. Over all a waste of money. If you are diabetic or smoker you may enjoy it as your taste buds are fried.

We ate at Claudines Eatery last night. Fish cakes were awesome. Lobster roll was to die for. The roll which was made in house was delicious. Our server ,Cole was professional friendly informative and very accomodating. A big recommendation for Claudines Eatery in Fredericton.

I ordered the Falafel Salad, and I found the falafels bland and overcooked. But the owner saw me put them to the side and immediately took them away and brought me some chicken breast for my salad. I probably wouldnt have said anything and just left it at that, but I really appreciated the swift service. I did have a bite of my sons burger and stole a fry, and both were fantastic. I do look forward to trying again because Ive heard rave reviews!

Nice little restaurant, nice decor and really delicious food!!! Everything is homemade, so really tasty. Varied menu, excellent quality of service and a really welcoming waiter. Do not trust the facade of the restaurant located in the parking lot of a mini shopping center...which does not do justice to the quality of the restaurant. We were a group of 6 and ate fish, fried cockles, a shrimp risotto and seafood pasta. We were all very happy with our choices. We recommend this restaurant without any hesitation!!! Congratulations to the owners!!!

Parking: This restaurant has everything to please, from the welcome to the plate. The children ate a real burger and the mussels au gratin. I dont have the precise name of the dish.. but a real delight! I recommend you! We took a detour to discover this address, it was definitely worth it.

The food is absolutely delicious, had the lobster egg benny 10/10. Atmosphere is amazing and the owner is so pleasant. Frist time dining here. Staff were friendly, and accommodating. Tried the special menu #40 that included 3 courses Cauliflower soup with crispy onions rings- good portion, well seasoned, clean, and simple presentation. Papillon salmon, with creamy gnocchi - big salmon portion and gnocchi, cooked perfectly. Micro greens were a nice touch. Could not appreciate the appearance of the salmon under all the bruchette. Chocolate cake with boiled icing - it was really good, moist, icing wasnt too sweat. Would liked to have seen more creativity with plating. The portion was disproportionate to the lemon tarte. Overall, still happy, will be returning.

Wow, can t compliment enough The place was packed, (I can see why) sat us at the bar until a table was available. The bartender was super attentive, got us coffee, took our order. I ordered the east coast Benny my husband, ordered the steak and eggs (he loved it) we upgraded the home fries to be grilled with onions $1 So delicious so worth the price All the staff looked after us, topped up our coffee, which was delicious and the home fries superb. Every restaurant should take notes from this place from the service to the food. I would give it 10/10 stars. I saw some Caesar cocktails with it looked liked fried chicken as a topping. Next time I m getting that.

Might be the best meal we had on our visit to Fredericton. Food was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dont get me started on the dessert. Do yourself a favor and try the chocolate cake with boiled frosting. We would be regulars if we lived there.

This was our first restaurant on our 12 day Eastern road trip. It set the bar for the days to come and no restaurant came close. Everything was delicious, well prepared and service was quick and efficient. Waiter was great and spoke both French and English. 10/10 would recommend! FYI their fish tacos are the bomb!

tacos were pretty good, service was great. my friends and I were taken aback by the gender neutral bathroom sign saying unicorns I assure you, non binary and trans patrons are very much real, unlike unicorns. it feels infantilizing and inappropriate. hope this gets changed!

Always make a point of eating here atleast once everytime I visit the city. Best breakfast in Fredericton by far and great atmosphere.. Can tell everything is make from scratch and pride is taken in every dish.

The google maps pictures is what got me there. Once in, I felt the decor and vibe. It was difficult to select just one dish. I decided to try the fish tacos cause they looked amazing and wanted to give the lobster roll a try. The fish tacos were great and the lobster roll was Amazing ! Picaroons red ale is also a great choice.

Fantastic food and good service however they need to turn down the music. Very hard to talk with your friends or family while eating with the music so loud.

Found this place after finding our usual breakfast spot in Fredericton lined up out the door. Its a small place but there were tables available when we arrived. Really enjoyed everything, I found the portion sizes to be more than I was capable of eating. At the same time its not a truck stop type place where theres enough food on your place to feed 2-3 people. Parking: Its s strip mall parking lot so there were plenty of spaces when we arrived.

Had always heard great things about the food here, but that wasnt our experience. I wouldnt suggest this restaurant for breakfast. We were a party of 6 who ordered a variety of breakfast/brunch items and none of us liked our food. My avocado on the vegan breakfast was black rotten. The baked beans were bland. The falafel was dry and tasteless. I question whether anything was homemade. Service was great, atmosphere was okay, and I really wanted to like the food, but it just wasnt very good. Maybe just an off day. Vegetarian options: Not a good restaurant for vegan options. Maybe okay for lacto ovo vegetarians who will eat eggs. There was only one vegan item on the menu, which consisted of dry toast, half an avocado, 2 slices of tomato, 3 falafel balls and choice of baked beans or salad. It felt like they just looked around their menu for vegan items and grouped them together as a breakfast. I could have assembled my own avocado toast if the avocado wasnt scary black. A bit of vegan margarine or jam or peanut butter would have been welcomed. Dietary restrictions: There are gluten free options. Parking: Restaurant is in small strip mall, plenty of parking in the lot.

We stopped here after reading google reviews. The food was fair, but not great. The grilled potatoes were heavy on the onions, and the omelet was cooked too long (almost rubbery). The highlight was the croissant which was very tasty.

This place has potential but when I was there I couldnt think for the loud music and it wasnt even good music service was good food was good but unfortunately I wont be returning

Always a great experience when I eat here. Love the atmosphere, the food and service is exceptionally well also. Great staff and very friendly, they treat you like family here. Highly recommend.

The food is always good, but todays visit was mage exceptional by the sensitive, empathetic service from Scott - thank you! He understood how to handle our group perfectly when one of the small people was having a tough time with overstimulation. He gave her space, checked in on her with kindness and a gentle approach, and made the time to reassure us as her parents. Thanks to him well feel comfortable bringing her back there and continuing to enjoy the place. Thanks again!

What a GEM! A few friends recommended Claudines Eatery to me, and Im so glad I tried it. Drinks, wonderful. Food, delicious. I cant wait to return!
