We had a very nice lunch as a family of seven. Mikaela was our server, and she was very attentive and kind. For a large group, we didnt have to wait long at all for them to set up a table for us, and the atmosphere was very fun. The food was tasty, though their salad quality was not as good as we have previously had (cheaper bacon and croutons, smaller portions,etc.). Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! Our 6yo spilled water all over and they were quick to respond and very kind, didnt make him feel bad at all.

Obviously the cook has no pride in their work and there is no quality control.Doubt if I was dining in I would have received this. Took pictures but dont see where to add them. Spend $60 plus dollars to treat your family and you get burnt offerings

The server was very nice but we waited along time for soup, salad a s bread. Also, there was hair in the soup and the bread was way overcooked and hard. I have had bad experiences here before and was giving them another chance. Was a disappointment.

This evening our family of 5 ( 3 young kids ) decided to have an early supper at East Side Marios. The food is always hot and tasty. Our server Makayla was amazing! Very fast and friendly service. Makayla was extremely professional and is absolutely the type of personality that East Side Marios should be searching for to represent the company and resturant chain!! It is because of the level of service she provided we will always be return customers! Thanks for filling our bellies!!

Our family went out for a meal here, first time in a while and had a good experience last time. We waited 30 minutes for a seat even though the restaurant was half empty and they said their wait staff was just starting ( at 5 pm) we gladly sat at the bar to wait. The waiter didn t know anything about drinks available- there were fruit flies everywhere around the bar area and on the taps- the server had to swat them out of the way to pour my beer. Once we got our table we sat for 20 minutes without anyone tending to us. We ordered everything at once knowing the service was going to be slow. Asked for water to start but didn t even recognize my two year old daughter who needed a drink. I had to pour my water into her juice cup she got from the bar as we didn t see the server again for 20 minutes. Once the food came it was sub par- I could have made the same meal at home- noodles with some sauce we didn t order and pre cooked chicken thrown in. The salad was made with Mayonnaise it seemed. It was and overall terrible experience and I won t be back- paying over 80$ for a meal and experience that was horrendous hurt me. As I was paying the debit machine asked if I would recommend to a friend absolutely not!!

I used to love going to Eastside Mario s. However, I went there recently on a Sunday afternoon and all you could hear is yelling and screaming from the kitchen and foreign music playing. It sounded so unprofessional. I don t really want to go to a place where people like that are hired. Anyway, I won t be going back and I don t usually leave reviews, but I highly suggest that you check in on your staff And take a good hard look at the people you hire to run the restaurant . I will say, though that I ve never had any issues with your waitresses.

We were seated at 5:32pm, made our drink order, followed promptly by our food order. They didnt bring bread to the table, half the salads didnt arrive, along with 2 of the drinks. We had to ask for them at least 3x until finally a manager was summoned and she was able to bring us the remaining 3 salads, one drink, and bread at 6:25pm. And a bottle of water about 5 minutes after that. We waited for our mains, and my daughters order was wrong. It took them 20 minutes to fix it. We were all done eating by the time it came back out. The entire time, we watched as the tables around us were promptly served drinks, bread, and salads within minutes of being seated. The food was a pretty big disappointment, too. Dont try the ravioli soup. It tastes like Chef Boyardee canned pasta.

Loved every bit of our meal ! Especially being served by meatball the robot! Servers were fast, friendly and capable! Would definitely recommend & will be returning next time we are in Fredericton !

Actually didn t even eat. We arrived at an almost empty restaurant with all the servers and hostesses standing there. We were told we would have to wait while they figured out how to move a table for another party. We waited 15 mins and then when they came to seat us we asked for a booth we could see an entire row of empty booths but they told us no because they didn t have enough servers for us to have a booth anyway ended up being seated in a small dark room at the back of the restaurant, we ended up just leaving.

We had a terrible experience there tonight. We went for a birthday supper. The restaurant was half empty, and we were told we had to wait until 530 to be seated. Our server was extremely slow. Waited 30 minutes just to get drinks. Waited another 20 minutes to get our salads. Waited an hour for the meals, only for them to be wrong and returned to be corrected. Once corrected, the corrected food was cold. We were here 2 months ago and had a wonderful experience. But after todays experience, I have no desire to return. No apologizes were made for the wait/delay for the food as well.

We had a terrible experience tonight. We came for my friend s birthday. We had a reservation for 5:30, we arrived at 5:20 and were asked to wait until 5:30. The restaurant was half empty and the table we were sat at was empty when we arrived so not sure why we were asked to wait. Waited 30 mins for our drinks and another 20 for salads/soups. Food came out 15-20 mins later and it was wrong so had to be remade. Waited 10-15 more mins and the food (besides what was fixed) was cold. The service was not what I expected based on previous experiences, slow service, poor knowledge on menu items, and just generally unorganized. After this, we will not be returning.

Have to give it 2 stars and why you ask. When you see the hostesses wiping down tables then using the same rag to wipe down chairs, and booths then back to the table, returning that same rag in a bucket to do it over again, sure there is bleach in it but wiping someones ass sweat then wiping the table with same rag is NASTY....DO BETTER.

We had a lovely experience. The waiter was very nice and checked on us often. The food was good, even my picky toddler ate enough food. The washrooms could be cleaner, the floors were sticky. We received a free appetizer for next time. So all in all we will be back as a family. Food

Very bad experience. Waitress was super racist. Waited 15 min for table at empty restaurant, then 15 min just for water. Food came in great. But the aggressive waitress was back again while we were having our food and asked if we need boxes for our food. She was just trying to kick us out while eating. I am a great fan of East side marios and their garden salad but this particular experience was 0/10. I dont know her name but she was young thin blonde girl. Hopefully management sees this and put some table waiting wisdom into her.

I was at east side Mario last night with family asked for ceaser salad took 15 mins I ordered meal that comes with all you can eat salad and bread and soup my daughter did same we got one salad and 2 bread thing I asked many times to 2 waiters that asked if anything else I said more ceaser salad and refill of pop my 1and half I got 1 refill and 1 salad we were very discourage if their busy leave big bowl salad and picture of our drink choice

The manager of the food delivery from kitchen to table was the worse I have ever experienced . The server was overwhelmed and management failed big time to give her the help she needed. 3 hours from start to finish for 4 adults and 3 children, one which wanted to celebrate his birthday at ESM. We went to East side for supper tonight and I feel the need to warn others of our experience. I see other similar comments and wish I would have checked this first! Our first red flag should have been that we were told we had to wait for a seat even though there were many empty tables. We ordered our drinks and food, got the drinks and bread nothing seemed out of sorts. 40 mins later our waitress said let me check on your food? After an hour of waiting the food finally arrived. My food was barely warm I returned it pretty much immediately (without much of an apology) She did offer to remake it but I did not wish to wait another hour. Then I decided to try a piece of my son s pizza and was also barely warm. Onto my other child s chicken nuggets also cold. My husbands meal however extremely fresh and hot! When she asked how everything was she said well his is hot, referring to my husbands meal. I believe the waitress already knew the food was sitting for a long time and I can t belive they thought it was suitable to serve to us. They did comp my meal and discount the kids but this is warning to others to avoid it!!! Don t waste your time and money what a terrible experience

Very slow service on my last visit, tried again today and was there for over 20 minutes, ordered after about 10 minutes and after another 10 minutes I still wasnt after getting any bread or salad for my all you can eat order. Cancelled my order and walked out.

Had a wonderful meal and looking forward to coming back. Brandy was friendly and checked on our table often to make sure we had we needed. Food was delicious and portions so large we had more than enough leftovers for another meal at home. Yum!

Heres the revised review: --- We went to East Side Mario s on Thursday night around 8:30 PM, and there were maybe five tables seated. We sat there for almost 30 minutes with no one coming to take our drink order. We had to fetch a server ourselves. Upper management only offered one free appetizer for the three of us. Even after that, we sat for another 20 minutes before being asked for our full order. Finally, the food arrived on a robot with no waiter to actually serve us, so we had to get it off ourselves. When it was time to pay, the waiter took another 10 minutes to bring us our boxes and bills. By the end of it, we were there from 8:30 to 10:10 PM. This was the worst service ever. I will never eat there again.
