I recently had the pleasure of dining at Harvey Restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly polite, attentive. The food was simply delicious. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. It is one of the best places to eat and will definitely be returning for another wonderful meal.

I came in during the middle of the night, hoping to treat myself after a long and tiring day. I ordered one single burger and a combo, and I made specific requests: I asked for onion rings instead of fries and no ice in my drink. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem to pay attention, and I ended up with fries and a drink filled with ice. It’s really disappointing when you take the time to make your preferences clear, but they aren’t honored. Late at night, when you’re already drained, mistakes like this can be especially frustrating. I expected better attention to detail and customer care. I hope the team improves their service, especially during quieter hours when it’s not as busy.
This use to be our favorite place to eat but recently this place has bad communication skills. Friday nigjt I ordered a 4pc buffalo strip meal. I asked the cashier a young man who couldn't speak English barely for my chicken strips to be well done, dropped in the fryer twice. He nodded and proceed to tell his employee in his language something. I asked again if he understand my order and what I asked he said yes. I also ordered rings, jr burger, and gravy Missing brings and when i got home my chichen was pink inside and crunchy. I immediately called the restaurant back. Explained my situation, told her to look up my order, she said she couldn't and there was nothing sje could do but offer us a coupon price for new strips. She expected me to go buy more after these were raw. Very disappointing afyer spending $40 and being served raw chicken. She took my name and number and said she would have her manager call me. No one ever did and here it's Tuesday. Harveys lost a loyal customer.

I typically don’t give five stars to fast food restaurants, but I got a fresh burger made the way I asked, and the fellow at the service window was super friendly and thoughtful. What I was quite pleased about from the man at the window was he was very concerned about making sure I had napkins, and that my order was satisfactory. He seemed rather new, but it was refreshing to be thought about as a special customer. I decided to eat my burger and onion rings in the parking lot and it was very tasty. I didn’t eat the whole thing, but every bite that I had was worthy of another visit at this location.
Harvey's is one of our favorite restaurants. I've been coming to this particular restaurant since the '60s. I love the Angus burger. And the onion rings have always been a favorite, best onion rings! The restaurant was very clean and the staff were very helpful and listened carefully to the ingredients I asked. I have been to several Harvey's restaurants across Canada and this one is still my favorite.

I am regular customer at harveys. I went in today around 5.45pm although they very busy everyone did great job, but the girl Jasmine was extremely helpful and provided great customer service.
An okay experience but the restraunt has a greasy spoon vibe, Ive been to many Harveys across Canada and the US and this location doesnt seem to be at the same standard Ive come to expect from the brand.

Love the original burgers and fries at Harveys! Includes fresh toppings you select yourself. The only negative is the fact that the street is now blocked so you can only exit on one direction.
Theyre not playing with the Ghost Pepper sauce. A lot of places have Ghost Pepper and its nothing. Harveys is the real deal. My burger was freshly cooked and even the value menu items come with whatever toppings you want for free. Easily beats A&W and McDonalds.

We stopped for lunch and had the double Angus bacon and cheese combo meal and a grilled chicken wrap. The service was outstanding from the beginning to the end. Jarwinder took our order very well considering it was his 1st day on cash and only has been working there for 1 week. His customer service was excellent and he was very friendly. Marwinder was the person on counter putting the topping on rhe sandwiches and she was very professional and kind. The manager was on the grill and cooked our burger and chicken perfectly. It was nice and juicy and tasted delicious. It is so nice to see everyone communicating behind the counter. The manager in this restaurant even came to our table to ask how our meal was. We will certainly be back! Keep up the great work all. You guys are awesome!

Door dash order: submitted review on there but need to submit one more. Ordered 2 burger combos, How can you only put onions and a pickle, and leave 5 other ingredients left out not just one burger, but TWO with no warning you ran out of ingredients? Laziness from the staff and unacceptable for any franchise. Fries and onion rings are ok, but not happy overall. I know the quality Harveys should be, keep it consistent throughout the day.
We came to Harvey s at 9pm on Sunday night. They dont close until 10pm we walked in, they had all of the chairs up, so only a couple boots were open. We asked if we could put a couple chairs down and were told we could. When we started doing it, another worker complained that we were doing so. We also waiting 15 mins before our order was even taken, and did not receive our food until 9:39pm. Very poor costumer service

The 4 women on Regent St Fredericton on February 15th over the lunch hour were shorthanded and managed a very busy environment with smiles, pleasure and worked in a highly efficient manner together as a team. It was impressive. Please let them know how much they are appreciated.
Dining here was made special because of the service at the cash. We asked Jasmine to explain their Family Special. It was on their outdoor display but not on the indoor menu. She explained it, helped us order and was so nice and energetic it made us glad we asked. And it saved us money. Thanks Jasmine.
Harveys truly does make a hamburger, a beautiful thing. My experience at your Regent St, Fredericton NB, location was awesome. The line up was crazy long but got through it very quickly. Like many other have said the food is good. Typical fast food for a decent cost. The service is terrible. Many workers there are really nice but one lady with short grey hair is extremely rude (I think she might be the manager). She yells at the other employees and is very rude to customers. I will probably stop going here because of the negative experiences I had with this employee alone. It seems I am not the only one who has noticed this. Today I saw her rudely yell at a customer because she couldnt hear them. I had no problem hearing them and even if she couldnt there is no reason to be so aggressive to a customer. The most shocking part is this seems to be a regular thing.

Burger was cold.
I asked for a plain cheeseburger with extra cheese. The lady at the counter said extra cheese is added by the person who makes the burger. When the burger was ready they asked me what I wanted on it and I said just two pieces of cheese. She said cheese is extra and Id have to go back to the cash and make a second transaction for $1.85. I said that the cash lady told me everything is added at the end when I requested extra cheese and she didnt charge me. Didnt matter, had to go back and do a second transaction. This was my first time in Harveys and was a terrible experience.
The food is absolutely delicious here! I am a buffalo eater so I can definitely say, if you like spicy, Harvey s has it all! My favourite meal I ve gotten from Harvey s is buffalo chicken sandwich with buffalo poutine . BUT if you like the pickle pickle Poutine, you should definitely add a strip of chicken and with buffalo sauce on it definitely good!

I was out East visiting friends and stopped in to grab one of Canadas Best Burgers and was NOT disappointed. Great food, amazing hospitality and oh those pickles!! Asked for extra and was NOT denied! Love what youve done with the recent renos and happy to see the parking lot cleaned up. Dont get to visit often but glad I did.
