Upscale gastro pub serving up a diverse menu, local brews and unique cocktails
Just trying some foods in the down town while waiting for the bus schedule and this place is really great and makes my cravings satisfied. The staffs here were all nice. Thumbs up for the foods and service.
Great meal at this place, Lexus, our server was great, and we had a quick lunch. I had the Fish Burger which was delicious. I will definitely go back when I am in Fredericton again.
Let’s talk about the food - it was really good. Down below the survey ask you to click on things that you would recommend to people and I didn’t click any because I feel people should go here with an open mind and try everything. Have an open mind going - if it sounds good I’m telling you it’s going to be good. Let’s talk about the service. (I wish I remember her name) She was awesome. if it helps the manager of the restaurant to figure out who I’m talking about she was working Canada Day at lunchtime and she was serving the people outside. Very polite, very professional, treated my son great, she was quick and she came back to our table more than once to see if we needed anything which I feel in restaurants lately is a rare occurrence. Now let’s talk atmosphere. It was Canada Day but the streets were empty. People were partying further away which was nice. I’m not saying I wouldn’t go back and I’m not saying that people shouldn’t come here but people should know that if you choose to eat outside there are homeless people on the streets near by, there will be loud cars, there will be loud motorcycles and a lot of foot traffic. Overall this restaurant is great. If you go I would recommend sitting inside.
The food was incredible! 100% recommend and would go again. The carrot cake was the best I've ever had.
We had 3 orders: buger/lattice fries, Thai noodle bowl, and hummus with Naan bread platter. Everything was delicious. I had the noodle bowl and found it had a bite to it (chili coleslaw in it). Hubs had the burger and fries and said the burger was hot and delicious. Kid had the hummus platter and was blown away at how good the dipping oil was. Only issue was that it was so cold inside....ac was cranked. Will be back - definitely enjoyed our meals!
Food was ok. I had a Thai noodle bowl with crispy chicken. The menu says it had cilantro (which I love) but it seems to be that it needed more than the few leaves I found. In general, I expected to have a bit more flavor. Otherwise, I enjoyed the evening.
We won't be going back. I asked the server for recommendations on three bowls I was debating between. She recommended the pork bowl, but later returned to say they couldn't provide the sauce it came with, but could offer an alternative. I stated that any non-spicy sauce would be fine with me. The bowl I received consisted of a mound of cold, old, unseasoned rice, a small amount of chopped cucumber, a little shredded carrot, and a piece of very fatty pork. Everything was smothered in one of the spiciest sauces I've ever had. The pork was very tough and flavorless.
Great vibe! Went for dessert (had the peanut butter jar and the carrot cake - both amazing) hit the spot! Saw about five drinks I want to try on the menu so definitely will be back! Great staff there too - very friendly and welcoming.
I ordered food from here and was thoroughly disappointed. The butter chicken nanchos were incinerated, the carrot cake was missing and the shawarma was mediocre! It was a total waste of money!
10/10 top notch food and the best service in Fredericton! Our server Darcy went above and beyond making the stay all the better!
