Wish I could have had a nice thing to post but unfortunately I cannot. Took my Little Brothers to Montana s for our Christmas celebration dinner. They love this place but not sure if that will be true anymore. The boys order their meals from the kids menu, the burger (with cheese and bacon) and the cheese pizza. All meals came and looked delicious, that is until one boy pulled a really long blue coloured hair half from in his burger and the other half in the fries. I called for a server who I showed the hair to. Oh, sorry she says. I will get the manager and your server. None of which ever came to our table until about 7-10 minutes later when our server comes over and all he says is we have fired up another burger for you. No asking what we wanted done or even if we wanted another burger. The second one came with no hair or other additions. O my one more time did the server come to see if everything was ok. Fast forward to the bill and he places it down, with the kids desserts (he brought an extra small ice cream sandwich) and tells me that for their mistake he decided not to charge us for the cheese and bacon on his burger. No offer of no charge for the disgusting error or and even the manager could not make or take the time to come and apologize for what happened. Not to make a scene in the restaurant in front of the kids I just paid, smaller tip. I just am wondering when things like this happening changed from an offer of the meal at no charge to oh we will not charge you the $3 for cheese and bacon. Sorry Montana s you have just lost two families as customers. Bad customer service.

I dont know if its a coincidence or luck but everytime I dine at Montanas I get Nic as my server and Im not complaining! Hes always fast to get to the table and very charismatic. He even made me aware of a promotion going on that won me a free app! Ill have to come back now!

Keli was our server, again at that! She was very welcoming and greeted us with a smile. She was quick to bring our drinks and very personable. Keli was very knowledgeable on the menu and made some excellent recommendations as we were quite indecisive to start. Montana s is one of our local favorites so it s always appreciated to have great service.

They were super busy when we were there but our sever Nicole never once made it feel that way. She checked in multiple times and made sure everything was good. Food was awesome.

It used to be good. There are empty tables, and theres still a 20-minute wait. The fish and chips used to be too big to finish, now its a light dinner and occasionally the fish is undercooked. Food : 2/5

I went to Montanas today for lunch. I had a lovely server named Zoey. She went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions. I had the Canadian burger with a gluten free bun and ceaser salad no croutons. It was delicious! Best GF bun I ve had at a chain restaurant.

Was up in Fredericton for my son s hockey tourney, stopped in at montanas between games. Great meal, very quick service which was perfect as we were in a bit of a rush. I have the double Smokey burger wife had the burrito bowl. Everyone enjoyed . Servers name was Robyn.

We had a great visit here in Fredericton. The waitress Savitry was a delight. We had the opportunity to talk to Nick the manager from Dartmouth. We were asking about the possibility of a Montana s coming to Truro, NS. our home town. We go to Montana s in Dartmouth a couple times a year. Nick was great to talk to, we will look for him on our next visit to Dartmouth.

Love this place. The BBQ brisket is great, and so is the all-you-can-eat ribs. Great atmosphere, and friendly staff.

Was 1st time at this location, food was good, actually delish, servers friendly, was pleased with our visit. Tried a new spin on brisket sandwich under hand held, but let me tell you, utensils will be required . One thing to point out, there were many empty tables both inside and out and all cleared and ready to go, yet they still make you wait 10 min to be seated, not sure if this is something new and expected as normal. As summer here, we did the patio. Thanks for the experience!

Nice place, good food and good service

Had a pretty bad experience with takeout at Montanas recently. Gina, the server, took way longer than expected to get my meal ready. When I asked about the delay, she was really uncooperative and unhelpful. Not cool. Hopefully, they can sort this out so it doesn t happen to others.

Food was fantastic and the service was great , I definitely recommend this place.

Stayed at town few days and tried different food. Walked in there by chance, very happy with their food and service. I am not a fun with sirloin steak rather than tenderloin. But they made sirloin very tender and flavour. This s a good experience.

I recently called the store in Fredericton, twice, letting it ring over 20 times each call, and no one answered. I wanted to ask if it would be possible to place an order for dine-in, in advance, because my time was very limited. When no one answered, I ordered on-line. My order came to $75.94. I was meeting my two grandsons there. So when I picked up my order, I asked if it would be okay for us to sit on the patio, I was told she would have to check with the Manager. So the Manager came out. He said Im sorry but the patio is for dine-in customers only. I said okay, I will change my order to dine-in. He said but the server would not get a tip....I said I gave a tip. He said that would go to the staff who prepared your take-out order. I said well, I tried to call, twice and no one answered your phone. He did apologize for that, and said he would look into it. However, he did say our patio is not very busy right now, so you can go out there, but if it fills up, you will have to give up your table. Are you kidding me, I AM SORRY, it was not like I had a bag of food from McDonalds asking to use their patio!! I just spent over $75. for lunch. I can appreciate that may be a general rule of thumb, but use some common sense here...not a great business decision!! Talk about not being made to feel welcome. Hi there we were there on Saturday which I was told no reservations so I went at 5:00 and they called me by 5:15 saying my table is ready wasnt supposed to be ready for 45 minutes but anyway then I looked on the menu and I saw what I wanted and when I asked for it of course they dont have it and also I tried to bring in a cake I didnt want it lit I had no candles I just wanted my friend to have his cake with everybody but they refuse they were rude about it and I dont know if Ill ever be back and I love Montana

One of best places in Fredericton. Great good ,friendly and lovely staf. The food arrived to our table in less than 20 minutes. And they have a nice sunny patio in the summer time .

We were greeted at the door by two very friendly girls, very polite and were seated right away. Our waiter, whose name was Nic, was very kind, courteous, and friendly.
