We are regular customers at Swiss Chalet and quite frankly were considering not going back after 3-4 bad experiences, but this visit was the Swiss Chalet we love! Kathy, our server was amazing! It was a busy Sunday evening and they were quite busy, but service was prompt and food was hot and delicious! Our faith has been restored! Fingers crossed!

Fantastic family chrismas dinner experience, Arielle was our server for our group of 8 and we were so impressed with her- she did such a good job of taking care of us and was so pleasant also!

WE ORDERED FOR OUR BUSINESS, THERE WERE 12 MEALS. THEY WERE ORDERED PREVIOUS DAY SO THEY HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO ACCOMIDATE OR REFUSE THE ORDER. WE GET A PHONE CALL DAY OF PICK UP, 40 MIN BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY STATING THAT THEY WERNT GOIING TO BE ABLE TO DO OUR ORDER FOR THE TIME SPECIFIED BUT THEY COULD HAVE IT READY FOR 2 HOURS LATER. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. WE WONT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. WHEN WE DID FINALLY GET OUR ORDER IT WAS COLD

We had a great experience in Fredericton! Our waitress name was Ani and she was so friendly. We are from Ontario and needed advice on what meals and she suggested a special they had on. It was delicious. She also recommended a hotel as we went to several and they were all full. Ani went above and beyond her duties that night. Thank you Ani!

Kendra is an amazing server, always engaging and makes me laugh. She is friendly and does her job with excellence. Dietary restrictions: I am celiac so finding out that Swiss chalet has fries I can eat was a real treat. I have always thought it would be nice to have something else on the plate . A vegetable or small salad included.

The new Chicken Parmigiana was excellent. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The pasta was very good/ sauce was excellent. Our waitress Kendra was exceptional. She is an outstanding employee. We will return again soon.

Our server Emma was very friendly! However, she failed to check on us during our meal. I ordered breaded wings with my meal (as pictured in the menu) but when I received my meal, they werent breaded. When I inquired about this I was told that they dont offer breaded wings... After getting our food, the wings were cold! The table runner that brought our meals was incredibly rude and we seemed to be bothering her! (I believe her name was Kathy) This is the worst service weve received here! So much so that we may not return to this location in the future....

We received excellent service from Kendra on August 29th. She obviously enjoys her job and has great interpersonal skills. A keeper for sure. With so many uninterested employees nowadays, Kendra was a breath of fresh air! Well done Kendra!

Update... My colleague submitted a report, and this issue has been resolved. So the issue that day was with the waiter and not the brand Swiss Chalet My colleague and I were impressed with the action that was taken by management, and also, the apology note and coupons we received were awesome. Our experience there the second time was very fast and professional. Our sever knew her job and served us very well. Thank you so much ! The food too was very delicious . I was there on July 31st, 2024, with a colleague around 7pm ish. We were offered a booth to sit and wait for a waiter to attend to us with menus provided to both of us. We sat and waited for close to 30 minutes with no one attending to us. A waiter passing by noticed we had been sitting for a long time approached us and asked whether we had been attended to and we said no. She then told us she was going to call our assigned waiter to come attend to us. He came after 7 minutes and asked us what drinks we wanted. We gave him our orders (food included). He served us the drinks, and it took him forever to bring us our food. We had to call him to tell him we could no longer wait for the food and that we wanted to pay for the drinks and leave. It was then he told us our food was ready. He finally brought the food and made a mistake with my order. I drew his attention, and then he brought me the salad I ordered. Fast forward we finished our meal, requested for our bill and that also became a problem for him. We watched him pack crates, clear tables, take orders from other customers, and serve them, while we waited for him to bring the bill. We called a colleague of his to help us get our bill. It was until then that he brought us the bill. We were very patient that day but vouched never to visit the place again. We were served very poorly there that day.

The worst waiting experience ever.I was sat for almost 30 minutes waiting for someone to attend to me only to see a staff who all along was ignoring me walk up to me that hed been assigned to tend my table all the while. He now asked what drink I needed.The meal was where more confusing started.Took my order but left out salad that was the main dish.Food came when I told him I was leaving. Time to pay....a colleague had to remind him to atleast attend to my request for my bill. First visit......possibly last.

Was visiting from out of town with my 4 kids 12 and under and met up with my sister and her daughter so we were a big group. Jackie was super attentive to our request for refills and extra sauce. She was so very lovely and pleasant and did a fabulous job while we enjoyed our meal. She was very patient with the kids and even brewed me a hot fresh pot for my coffee at the end. Hands down the best sit down dining experience Ive had in Fredericton. My little boys were so impressed with how welcomed they felt that they remarked about it on the way to the car and insisted this is our new eat out spot; Im inclined to agree!! Kid-friendliness: We had to wait for 20 mins for our table which was completely reasonable. It was abnormally busy the evening we went. The hostest was so kind. She gave my boys a balloon to play with, as well as extra coloring sheets, and a couple of toys each. When we got seated our waitress was so kind to them. She didnt rush them to order or get frustrated if they didnt speak loud enough. She was very sweet to them. Definitely a 10/10 experience for my family.

July 12th, 2024 Who was cooking? Or who had cooked food for the 12th days prior? The service was fast and friendly but thats where the positives end. Atmosphere: everything was sticky, the table, the seats, and my clothes after sitting there. Food: Ribs and chicken were beyond dry, you know when you leave cooked chicken out for a day and the meat starts to harden and look translucent? I couldnt get these results if I cooked and froze something 3 times over before serving it. If cooking the food yesterday was how they managed to serve us so quickly Id of rathered go for fast food knowing it was cooked within the hour. The gravy and dip sauces were oddly more salty than Id ever experienced at a Swiss Chalet before. Perhaps they had been cooked too long and got too concentrated? Not sure how else powder mix sauces can go wrong unless they didnt follow measurements on the packaging..

We were at the Fredericton, South Side location. Vicky was amazing. Her table service was impeccable. Very nice person, made our dining experience a pleasure.

Was at Swiss chalet yesterday and Jackie was our waitress. We have had her several times and she is always pleasant friendly and provides great service to us.

We have always been pleased with the service and very friendly staff. Last time there we had Jackie she was excellent. Parking: Plenty parking in front, back and side.

Always told folks that one of my very favorite restaurants was swiss chalet because good price, good food and i never had to look for the closest MacDonalds when i left because i was still hungary. Well, not the case tonight.Ribs and chicken portions very small. Disappointed.

Very busy Saturday night but we were seated immediately and our server Audrey was at the table instantly. She was attentive, efficient, friendly, and full of personality. Exactly the kind of person you want serving your clientele. The food was delicious and hot and Audrey had a good knowledge of the food we were about to be served. The food and sweet Audrey are two of the reasons we will be back.

She was pleasant and although it was obvious she was busy she always had a smile and came promptly to our table to find out if all was fine.
