We stood awaiting to be seated. 3 ppl behind the bar, and manager there, and not one person acknowledged us or asked if we wanted a table. After 5 minutes, we left.
Haven’t been to the country yard for a few months. Today I went in to order my usual. After 30 minutes of waiting the server came back out and told me the chef will not make my food as it’s not on the menu. I asked why as it’s on the menu just want it on a wrap instead of bread. The chef denied my request. We ended up leaving as we already waited 30 minutes and to find it our food wasn’t even being prepared yet. Will not be back
Ordered Nachos with chicken They were very dry , and had a ton of not melted globs of cheese on top 1/2 an inch thick in places . Did not enjoy them at all. I feel like they should have some kind of sauce on them. Had an hour lunch during a meeting at the hotel and ended up being 10 mins late after waiting more than 10 mins to pay
Very rude server , we decided to give the restaurant a try instead of going out , so as we arrived they asked how many we said 9 then she asked if we had a reservation and we said no she said let me check the Waite time , my uncle went to say we have a room hear and before he got the rest of his sentence out, the rude server, looked at him very sarcastically and said ok dont matter … if she would’ve let my uncle finish his sentence he was going to say we have rooms here so if there’s a wait time, we don’t mind going back to our room and waiting, We were not saying that we needed to go ahead of anybody because we had rooms there. So we decided to order pizza and go out to eat the rest of our two day stay ..
Used to go here all the time but not anymore. The new owners have just destroyed it. Raised the prices 30 to 50%. Staff are amazing, wonderful friendly feel bad for them
Food is good, restaurant is clean, but outdated, most of the staff are nice. My Gripe- the recent price increase is insane…wings- went from $17 for 12 wings to $21 for 12 wings! $14 for 6 wings, Come on, their wings are good but they’re not that good and def not worth almost $2/wing. Also- $14 for a basic garden salad!? 2 lbs of wings, and some sweet potato fries was $58+… see photo They now offer Wednesday wing night, $.79/wing, but my must buy a drink, Wing sauce is extra $1.50/sauce. Catch- it’s Dine-in only, even if you’re staying in their hotel. They wouldn’t budge on the “dine in only” thing. I stay at the Ramada for 1-2 weeks every 2 months(visiting family) and have ordered food from here 1-3 times every time when I’m here, but after this price increase, I go elsewhere . St Louie’s= 2lbs of wings, 2 flavours of sauce, fries and 2 dill dips is $30
Great Hotel. Great stay, huge King room, great jacuzzi tub, amazing restaurant, beautiful courtyard, great artwork and theme. Pool was closed for maintenance, but looked great. It looks like it must have been an amazing Hotel back in the day. The exterior looks plain, but the interior is very interesting. I would reccomend having a hair dryer. I would also recommend they use the same light bulbs throughout the hotel. The bright white and warm lights clash together when mixed. Best price and value we've had in a long time! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!
Went here the other night for supper. My wife and I ordered from the Dine Around Freedy menu. Overall it was very good. The appetizers were very tasty, while the main courses were also very good. I would say that the Seafood Risotto was OK, and lacking a bit in taste (seasoning). My wife's Chicken Penne was great - taste and serving size - I was jealous hahaha. The dessert Chocolate Mousse was OK as well. I will say that the presentation was a bit dated, but taste is the most important part of a meal. Thanks.

I have been a regular customer for over 10 years there lately things been changing hours,prices,and now service,the last time I was there I said to girl waited on me was not happy all the changes.i said wont be back I find new place ,I ate there some times twice a day for years.today I was in a hurry to work stopped in waited 15 minutes before opening,met worker at door with two ladies waiting as well infront of them she said to me I thought you was not comming back no more ,so I turned walked away and am eating elsewhere now.

Dated atmosphere like a 90s Italian chain restaurant. Server was excellent even tho the kitchen couldnt figure out an egg when we went for breakfast. This restaurant gets 1 star from me tho- as we were staying in the hotel and they refused our business for dinner. They were busy so apparently that meant Hotel Patrons didnt matter. Like we are in a HOTEL from our of town and WANTED TO HAVE SUPPER from the restaurant IN THE HOTEL. But they wouldnt seat us, never even acknowledged we were standing there for 20 minutes. Called them and after nobody answering for 15 more minutes THEY ANSWERED AND HUNG UP! The hotel desk..of the hotel building they are located in couldnt even get us food service from The Courtyard. Like how can you miss the entire point of where your restaurant is? We went hungry BC they cant figure out theyre located IN A HOTEL. SHAME ON YOU
Excellent experience! The Courtyard is one of our go-to places for breakfast/lunch. Annie is a wonderful server!

Very Good Service
This is a classic favorite restaurant since moving to the Fredericton area, was suggested to go once and have gone back religiously since. This particular visit we had a birthday going on and the staff were very accommodating and extremely Friendly. The food was spectacular, I got the Hearty breakfast 2 which is exactly what the name implies. Will be continuing to return to this restaurant as its consistency remains

This is the lowest this Ramada can go. The scallop platter is overpriced for frozen scallops, and steak sandwiched is so paper thin cook like shoe leather. Baked potatoes taste like they were reheated. I have never been so lost in words. We were here three years ago. Its unfortunate to see how this restaurant and hotel has gone downhill.

Does not honour reservations. Does not apologize for wasting your time. Our group made a reservation in advance, and then called to confirm the night before. When the first people arrived there was nothing set up. They tried to split the group into different rooms of the restaurant. Food had highs and lows. Chocolate chip pancakes were delicious. Sausages were fine. Potatoes were bland - they were grilled but there was no spices added. Food was prompt but after waiting 20 minutes for a table that should have been ready when we walked in with no apologies I would not recommend. Best wing night in town, Moose lite on tap, bucket of beer on special. The waitress are great. Hot honey with blue cheese for the win!!

Wheelchair accessibility: The door that leads into the restaurant has no push button to open the door and the washroom facilitates are definitely not accessible, as the door to the washroom is very heavy and hard to open . The washroom for anyone disabled has been out of order for sometime now. Food : 5/5

There is a strong pool smell. Food was good but order was only 40% right (2 wrong items and 1 missing). Im sure Connie and Zelda are great if youre a regular, but if not, I doubt youll receive better service than we did. As a minimum, I would expect a server to check in at least once to see how the food tastes or if additional drinks are wanted. Unfortunately, we didnt receive that. First visit and will be the only visit.
Good breakfast, decent prices. Wish they offered maple syrup instead of table syrup, but thats probably a bit nitpicky for most folks. Only downside is the overwhelming pool smell when you enter the building, because its inside the hotels ground floor as well.

Server was good. Food was not. Poor value for the quality and portions. Garden salad had no tomato or carrots. Grilled cheese had one slice of not fully melted cheese. Club sandwich bread burnt so badly the crust cut my cheek and was dry and bland. Would not recommend.

Prices arent bad, the drinks are actually better than we anticipated, food is good, nothing to write home about but you likely wont be hungry afterwards. Very palatable and friendly staff.
My friend and I had our Thanksgiving dinner there.....it was absolutely delicious. The pumpkin pie was the best I have ever had. Our server was delightful and so gracious. We definitely will be back.

A favorite of ours. We are on a first name basis with some of the waitresses. Shelley always provides great service! Wings are great, poutine is great, salad is great, etc. Cant pick a wrong meal choice.

We ordered our meals and our server Crystal was very professional and friendly, when we got our order and my meal was fine my wifes was not. Our server inquired why she had not eaten much? Wife explain she was unhappy how the item was cooked, the server offered to replace the meal, told the chef and the chef apologies. We were taken back by the great service rarely seen in New Brunswick. Our replacement meal was awesome too!
Went in for breakfest, after waiting for 25 min to order, we gave up and left. I even asked for someone to come to table to take order. After a few minutes, someone come by and said she will be right back....then nothing. Sad, because I heard they have good food.
Food came fast, but very disappointed in the main. Very small portion of protein, a large portion of boiled carrots and a slice of both tomato and orange put me off. We waited a while for our bill with our dinner plates in front of us.
Lots of free parking on site. Restaurant inside is a bit in the dark side in decor and a little dated. Menu has a variety of items on it. Also have a varied selection on the buffet for $20 on the night I went. Lots of seating. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Pricing is what you would expect.

The place is awesome. Clean and nice, with each room having its own balcony area. The atrium area is amazing with gold fish even in the waterfalls area. Beds were comfortable and the rooms are very nice. Great experience!

food was pretty good - breakfast was standard - I DO like that they brought full pots of coffee and left them on the table.
I had a steak sandwich which was actually just a piece of steak sitting on top of one piece of bread. There were no toppings on it and it was missing the top piece of bread so Im not sure why they called it a sandwich. The fries that came with it were good and cooked perfectly but the steak was a little tough and I think I could have made a better sandwich at home.
