Great spot! Visiting Fredericton for 1 night with my gf and dog. what a great find in the downtown area. The staff is attentive and even provided with a dog water bowl. Would recommend engaging more with their clients but great overall. It’s a bummer that they mostly use single use plastic for most of the beverages served on site. Wonderful place with an amazing vibe and atmosphere! We had the mushroom flatbread - simply delicious 😋 The side salad with beets and feta cheese was really good! Our server was really nice and friendly! Definitely recommend!

They have amazing vibe and ambiance. Wonderful place one of a kind in the fredericton downtown. Their service is super. Always a go to place when I want to chill with friends and few drinks and talk.

Absolutely phenomenal and stunning location, atmosphere, service, prices, uniqueness of menu and layout of seating. Our server was out of this world attentive, funny, helpful and friendly. She was busy this evening, but always came to check in with us whether we needed more drinks or anything. We will definitely be back to try some of the food. We were too full tonight after eating elsewhere prior to coming. We planned to stay for a drink, and ended up staying almost 4 hours. Thank you so much for an amazing and unique experience.

Fantastic ambiance, great music, drinks are awesome. Fredericton really needed a place like this and they have delivered!

I enjoy the Lot but find the owner too unsmiling to work at the entrance....very unfriendly. Also, consider a softer style of music as techno music doesn't match your soft tone....(fire pits, romantic lights, flower beds, etc.)

When we walked-in The Lot it seemed to be a cool place. I was expecting to close my Sunday afternoon with good food, service, beer, etc. However, my wife and I were disapointed by the quality of the food. The flatbread was tasteless. The BBQ sauce tasted like some cheap tomato sauce you can buy at WM. Although I can't blame on them, one of the beers served was horrible but the waiters didn't even care to ask why I didn't touch my beer. Besides the nice environment nothing else stands out.

I have some choice words for this place: "Surreal," "Twilight zone," "Jimmy Buffett Bushwick". THE LOT is the SUR of Fredericton (for my 'pump heads'). So... Is this place a five star? Well, why not? THE LOT resonates at the frequency of five gold stars. It has the airs of greatness, deserves fame among the ranks of the city's finest high concept, lowly executed bev establishments. It even serves drinks in plastic cups. And pizza from a toaster oven. Perhaps it was built atop something—a giant quartz rock? Go find out. THE LOT is waiting for you.
