The Squeeze - Salad and Smoothie Bar in Fredericton

Was so excited to try but ended up finding a little black hair in my food! Will not be going back.

The perfect - and almost unique - place to eat a good salad / healthy option in Frédéricton. Great discovery Rather generous portion and ingredients that seem to be of quality. Vegetarian options: Plant proteins

Stopped by to get a lemonade and ginger shots and they were so delicious. The inside was very nice as well, with a living plant wall on one side and a beautiful mural on the other.

I have been here twice now. The first time I thought maybe the service was an anomaly. The first time I came in it was a little busier and the person working appeared to be stressed so I let the shortness slide. This second time I attended this place, they opened 5 minutes late. (Which in a normal interaction would be fine). As I was ordering my food the person interacting with me seemed less than impressed to be talking to me. As I don t frequent this place often being from away, I had questions. It honestly felt like they would rather be doing anything other than serving me The food was ok, it was expensive everything is. But better customer service would be great.

Ordered through skip the dishes. When my order arrived I was missing my smoothie. When I called, I let them know about my missing item and they told me they still had it and was wondering what was going on with it. Hopefully they are able to make sure all of an order leaves with the Skip Driver in the future! Other then that I love this location and food and atmosphere. Thanks for having so many options!

Went with 3 coworkers, 2 are vegetarian so it was perfect. Weirdly, I didnt love my smoothie, I found it lacking flavour. However, my bowl was delicious. If I lived in Fredericton I think Id be back regularly for the bowls.

The Squeeze is literally my favorite place to eat! It has the best food ever and its healthy. It is my go-to when I want to treat myself! Every food Ive tried, whether it was a peanut butter cookie or a salad- the absolute best!

The squeeze certainly has a fresh feel to it; from the layout to the range of colours both on plate and around. The salads are so fresh and tasty with a huge range of options. The juices are great too. Perhaps a little bit on the pricey side for salad/juice but good none the less. Vegetarian options: Huge range of salads and wraps

Awesome place for breakfast ! The cofee was perfect the smoothies refreshing and the food was really good. We wasnt sure at first but the staff invite us too com in et we didnt regret it at all

This was a great place to eat. The blend of flavors in the smoothie and salad I had went wonderful together. Will definitely be going back to try more that they have to offer. Would recommend.

I got the crunchy Tai peanut salad with chicken and it was very dry. The service was great but the salad could have used more dressing.

Superb service, great food, and the gf said it was a cute shop at least 4 times; a winner. The tart lemonade with peach added is a great thirst quencher! Vegetarian options: A few options for the non meat lover.

When this place first opened, I went a few times and it was decent. Smoothies were pricy but the feature smoothies were good. Unfortunately I went here with a friend a few weeks ago and the lady working the cash should not have been left alone. She was all over the place, slow, didn t seem to know what she was doing. We ordered 2 smoothies. The place was not busy at all, but if someone walked in the door she would stop and serve them instead of making our smoothies. And I don t mean takeout orders. People were ordering coffee, snacks etc and she served 6 or 7 other customers before making our smoothies when we ordered first. We waited 20 minutes and ended up being late to an appointment because of it. The staff need to be trained to multitask, or at least serve customers in order. it was ridiculous and the smoothies we got weren t great. Mine was ok but my friend said she couldn t finish hers it was not good. Very disappointed.

Can t recommend this place enough! I m currently following a pretty strict diet and I called the squeeze ahead of time to discuss what ingredients went into their salads and dressings. The woman on the phone was super helpful, answering all of my questions. The staff are always so friendly and efficient, and the food is amazing! My favs are the Cobbs Your Uncle salad and the Glow smoothie. 10/10

The Squeeze was absolutely lovely, both in terms of food and service! We purchased a catering order for 11 people, ordered the day before. They were responsive, friendly and timely throughout the whole process. They were quick to respond to last-minute order changes and had everything ready to go on time. Because we paid in advance, we didnt need to wait in line - the order was ready on the counter when we arrived! Thank you again to Sonya and your friendly team for providing such a wonderful catering experience. 5 stars!!!

Had the spicy summer berry salad and it was delicious. Easily ties with Isaacs Way for best salad in Fredericton. Atmosphere was great. Nice bright and clean place to sit and eat! Food

Newly opened restaurant with delicious well bodied dishes, friendly atmosphere and thirst ending drinks. The slight saltiness of the Thai Salad paired superbly with the Nourish Smoothie! The decor is beautiful however the service is slow and everything is quite expensive. The smoothie I ordered was good but very watery and came in a very small cup for 8$.

Salads extraordinaire. So many different salads to choose from - bright colours, fresh vegetables, and so much flavor to the dressings. Smoothies are quite tasty, especially my favorite - Glow. I asked a manager if they d consider adding more ginger, and they said they decided to implement the option of add-on to any smoothie, so that people who like more ginger (for example) can ask for extra ginger, while people who don t like it as spicy, can enjoy it lighter, with the original recipe. What a great idea! I ve been three times: tried four smoothies, three salads, and one juice. The smoothies contain 100% Whole Foods - no syrups and no processed junk. All of it keeps me coming back. Haven t tasted anything I didn t like except for a crunchy noodle, and that was an error in the noodle that was being used, and has changed since then. It makes sense that kinks happen; there s going to be some ironing out for the first few weeks, at any new resto. Something unique about this place is that the staff are so happy looking! Where else do you SEE THIS? Love this place!

i loved my vegan bfast sammy - lots of avocado, 2 big slices of tomato and the scottage cheese added a really good salty flavour. Loved the sesame bagels as they were great it seemed like the ones from the market Americano was good too! My kid loved the Play smoothie and also the Stella juice. Great environment too! I have been twice already

Kinda expensive for salad and smoothie, but the salad was a good size and filled with great nourishing foods. Over all happy with my food, and their customer service was great :)

The worst juice/smoothy mixes I have tried. The flavours were really terrible and it is extremely overpriced incomparison to what it offers.
