Awesome experience. The Fredericton store on Prospect St. providedd the School Lunch program for our 102 cadets. Very impressed with the size of pitas. The drinks and the cookies was a double home run...I highly recommend this store!! Vegetarian options: An abundance of choices for vegetarian to Vegan options.

Very friendly service. The person working was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend. We were originally going to a Pita Pit closer to our house(northside location) but when we got there the doors were locked even though it was the little of the afternoon and the sign displayed said open. So we decided to go to the south side location on prospect street and even though it was out of the way for us and a little inconvenient we needed up being glad we had to go to the other one because of the fantastic service and friendliness of the worker Vegetarian options: Options listed along counter to let you know which items are vegan/vegetarian Dietary restrictions: Vegan/dairy free options. The Pita Pit experience was remarkable, particularly due to the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. Although it was my first time trying their offerings, the taste was delightful. Jay, in particular, demonstrated outstanding customer service skills.

Upon walking into the building it seemed like we were being rushed. The gentleman making my pita was incredibly rude. Floors were absolutely disgusting, the table we sat at was broken so you had to balance it while you ate. Windows looked dirty.. beyond finger prints. Garbage area had food scattered and caked onto it. We got 2 pitas, 2 drinks, 2 bags of chips and was $39 was not worth it. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible bathrooms, big open area.. easy for a wheelchair to get around

I visit this pita pit location very frequently. I pretty much always get the same order, and by now the staff know me! They are always so pleasant and up for a good chat if they have time. The service is quick and my order is always made correctly! The location is very central to many hotels, the highway and main streets making it very accessible. I would highly recommend this establishment!

My celiac girlfriend asked one of the workers if he would change his gloves to help eliminate any chance of contamination so she doesn t get sick, his response I m not going to accommodate your allergy . Pretty messed up. Will not be back.

Enjoyed their salads for take out

I placed a 500$ order to be picked up for a lunch for a group if workers who have been going non stop. They counted on this lunch. 35 min before it was to be picked up they called and said theyd need another hour and a half to two hours longer. Ummmm, so you mean long after their lunch break is over. I asked him to get off phone and just make them. I got to store gave them extra time at this point he said maybe an extra 30 mins. Nope still not ready. And they proceeded to take and make more orders and kept putting mine to the side as new people came in. Beyond disappointment and youve not only let me down but the 25 people who missed lunch. To make matters worse he told me reason it was late was because he didnt see order when he came in. Id placed online and paid before they even opened. If they cannot handle that level of business they shouldnt accept it. Their own app let me pick times and some were even earlier than I chose. Complete failure!

Great selection of vegetables and portions.

The food was okay the fresh vegetables were nice. But the person serving me rolled their eyes 2-3 ....all I did was place a simple order. Also I cannot understand how you can make a falafel without sesame seed/tahini dressing????????? Like really not a real falafel and tasted like well...not great. So I cant believe that these pita pits are that cheap, corporate folk not with it.....unaware of what a real falafel is?? So I give up....not going back. Just saying a real falafel has hummus and REAL tahini dressing.

Wont recommend Pita pit in the near future. The company has changed the pitas and they are far too thin. Went there last night and the staff was very ignorant and rude. Flat out refused my request to put 2 items in a small take out container. Rotten customer service.

Garbage. I threw it in the garbage. My pita had all of the toppings segmented, not distributed. They put raw mushrooms and green peppers when I asked for them to be grilled. The chicken was mush. Terrible. The chicken was all at one end and the olives were in a single pile and the sprouts and the peppers and mushrooms the same. Even the romaine was in a huge lump in the pita, not evenly distributed. Never again.

The staff is unfriendly and doesnt speak English. I had to repeat everything 3 times, from choosing and paying for the pita, ending with the choice of toppings. She also has no idea what give me the package means.

I usually go into pita pit quite frequently to get my chicken caesar and there was this one worker who was named jade. she was so kind and thorough with my order, she always gives me extra of everything and never complains. i also love the other staff.

Absolutely rude and condescending employees. I tried to order but ended up being to butt of some inside joke. I left with out getting anything. I am sure this is not representative of all pita pits but stay away form this one.

They really stepped their game up, originally I rated them at a 3, but it was because we got rotten lettuce on our wraps, but they quickly responded and gave us free pitas to make up for the bad ones we had got. I was a tad reluctant, but gave them another shot, safe to say we havent seen rotten anything on our wraps, but we always have to check them now.

Usually this place is awesome but I dont know what happened today... service extremely slow and so loud in there from fans and stuff, could hardly hear what workers were saying. Pita dry and bland (southwest chicken).ordered a large but seamed small and I was still super hungry when done. I might give er another shot sometime, stay tuned.

The drive thru worker was awesome and gave great recommendations (adding protein to the smoothies). Food came out fast and the order was perfect! Best pita pitt around.

Nice fresh pitas and friendly service.

This place has become a dumb over the last few months, it s always so filthy inside. Could see finger prints all over the protective class by the vegetables, the greens were more brown then green. The workers never change their gloves any more between pitas. (Major cross contamination issues). Also took them 1 minute and 25 seconds to cook the meat on the grill. It was still cold in some spots. They didn t even chop/dice it up like they used to. Complained to the manager and was informed it was bought by a new owner and changes were made to cleaning supplies, and veggies. Loved eating here for years! No longer!

I ordered one was chicken souvlaki and one chicken swamara yesterday. The chicken was not fresh at all, it was brown and it looked and tasted old. The two wraps came up to 22 dollars. My wife and I felt like throwing up after eating and we were still very hungry. I would not recommend this place.

Well it started off good. But my pita had a tear in it after making it just right. So she just scapes what she could onto another pita but lost like 75% of my meat and other toppings in the process. I was pretty much rushed into taking it as is. Not even noticing that it had zero tzatziki sauce on it. After taking one bite. I was like screw this I want a new one. Went with a smile and asked for a new one. And got a tzatziki sauce in a cup and no new one. Found the price way to high for what you get when its done right. Havent gone in 6 years. Now I remember why.

Love the huge variety of toppings and sauces to go inside my whole wheat pita pocket which was free on my birthday using reward points with the app.

Just before your staff member was about to prepare my pita, she moved the garbage bin while wearing her sandwich prep gloves. I asked if she would please change them which she kindly did. After picking up my pita and before getting my meat off the grill she scratched her face while wearing this new pair of gloves. I wanted to run for the hills! I strongly suggest the owner/manager reviews kitchen practices with the staff because that was nauseating.

This was the first time I have had a less than stellar experience at pita pit. I sincerely hope it was her first day and if she stays working she learns how to listen and move a little quicker. The 3 stars is for this time specifically.
