Nice place to enjoy a micro brewery beer. The service was good and our server was knowledgeable about his products. You could see he was passionate. The atmosphere is OK, nothing extraordinary at this level. The brewery is located in a building in the heart of the city without a nice terrace.

We had no wait and quite surprisingly it was great and delicious. Great service thank you. I recommend it

The atmosphere and the beer are great. But check before you go there to eat. The kitchen does not have the same opening hours. Im in the area for work, taking an Uber to get there and eating is frustrating when the food runs out.

Excellent beer. Werent sure where it was when we turned off the road and drove by well signed businesses, and after looking a third time,.say they there was a sign above a doorway within a non discript 4 story office bldg. The servers seemed Curt at first but then blossomed when discussing the beer. Suggest microwavable kid snacks.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Not possible to eat on site (no mention on the website that they no longer do meals) and not many of their beers available unfortunately...

I already knew they had great beer, but the food was surprise. Delicious plates, I highly recommend for lovers of Tapas and modern bistros. The atmosphere is industrial with plenty of punk and alternative rock music. Not suitable for quiet conversation, but it does drown out everyone elses. Will go back. Food : 5/5

It s a very nice microbrewery, but too one-dimensional in its beer and food offerings. A little variety would be greatly appreciated. The service is good and the location adequate, but its difficult to explore with such a limited palette. The products are good though.

Excellent beer, with a large rotating selection. Their IPAs are particularly successful. If it s available on tap, try its Los Tabarnacos, Milkshake IPA.

We are visiting Gatineau and this Brasserie is A DISCOVERY! The beer is amazing and so is the food. The prices are very reasonable which means that it will be our #1 address for all our future visits!

Unbelievable world class beer and food to match. The beer is on the same level as places like Tree House, Trillium and Hill Farmstead, and the Clandestin food menu is fantastic. French toast with foie gras, beef carpaccio, tikka masala, fried chicken and waffles, theyre all excellent. Plus the best NEIPAs, smoothie sours and pastry stouts that you can get in Canada.

Best beers in Quebec, the chicken/waffle was very good and the staff very friendly, a must stop if youre in the area.

Beers were amazing. Staff was not. Didn t ask how the beers were or if we enjoyed ourselves. Zero emotion. Ruined the entire thing. Curly haired guy with the flannel shouldn t be working customer service.

Very good experience. The food was exquisite. The beer was perfect for me who likes IPAs, but less choice if your genre is different. In the end it was a good experience with attentive employees.

The beer was honestly sublime! The Cuo Cuo stout was one of the most unique beers I ve had (almost a dessert, but in the best of ways). As a spot for food, the fried chicken is worth the try (either with the waffles or the poke)

The stouts and barley wine are pure delights. I hope one day they will be bottled or available to take away. The service but especially the awesome servers!

Great place and delicious beer

Im not a beer fan but my husband liked the selection. I ordered the grilled cheese and it was really good. Nothing to do with the traditional cheese sandwich; It s much more sophisticated! My husband ordered the charcuterie platter as a main course and it was enough for him. He liked the selection that the platter offered. Its a small place but with lots of atmosphere! I will come back with friends for sure.

In a place where I thought it would be almost impossible to overshadow the cold, hopped, malted offerings in liquid form. The food was INCREDIBLE. PERFECT menu size. Nothing big and clunky to try and appease the masses. One page nicely spaced. Id argue to say the chefs are holding up their standards to the beer. The beer, well. If its not the best brewery in Canada its close, were arguing over millimeters. I just cant get enough. I left with 48 cans yesterday and my only regret is not buying more.!! A MUST visit if youre a beer fanatic. Even if you need to drive 6 hours. A day whatever. Get in your car and go !!

Absolutely incredible beer, amazing and friendly chef, but I cant give five stars with how rude and inconsiderate the bartender was at a brewery. After I had spent over $40 on booze, $20 on food, this man wouldnt offer me a sample of another beer I was debating trying, as if I was imposing on him and trying to get a handout.

Their product is exceptional, the double and triple IPAs have few equivalents, their marketing causes a bumpy ride (internet). With the economic situation perhaps they will have to lower their prices to improve their distribution (sell in service points near Montreal)

We tried to have a few drinks here but wasnt able too due to the restrictions. Was able to grab a few to drink at home before heading to another brew pub for a few at their sit down option.

Best brewery in town. Absolutely epic stouts, delicious IPAs, delectable sours, and many other wonderful delicacies. Super friendly staff, knowledgeable brewers, and very cozy place to go out for a beer alone or meet up with a friend for awesome beers, tasty food, and a relaxing yet hip vibe that makes you forget all about your day and invites you to live in the present moment. Honestly if I could give it more stars than 5 I could. Much love to all the staff for so many great memories, once in a lifetime beer experiences, and for so brilliantly bringing Québecs beer scene at a whole new level.

I have reviewed over 1400 beers on YouTube and have been to many many breweries and this might just be my favourite so far. I love dark beers and they have plenty, great food service and nice decor. I will bring my sleeping bag here next time.

Excellent beer and food

Very friendly staff and clean place with actual decor. Very modern. You can tell the owners do their best to stay actual and introduce dynamism into the place. The fruit smoothie beers are out of this world. Very nice and refreshing. The beers are very Citra hop forward, which plays into actual trends, but for someone like me who doesnt like India pale ales and the likes, this brings down the selection to basically nothing. Even the pilsner reminds me of an NEIPA. The stouts are tasty but very sweet. If you love citrus hoppy beers, IPAs or PA and such, youll be in heaven. I love the place. Heres to hoping theyll give me a reason to go often with wheat beers or a white or two!

We visited four cities in Canada and this was hands down the best spot for craft beer. The beer was amazing and the staff was great. Make sure you go here when you re around.

omg, these people are incredible. Hands down, some of the best beer in Canada. Beautiful, rich, desserty stouts. And some really incredible sours.

We visited on Saturday December 3rd. Patrons there were helping us out on what to order as the menu was in French (of course). Thank you to our waiter who, with the other patrons gave us great selections We took quite a few home. The pale ale was too hoppy (my opinion). Animal hybride was really nice and enjoyed the nelson sauvin hops (from my husband). The premiere batch (from my husband) was his favourite though. Stout lovers......I give the highest review to their Jour et Nuit. I had quite a few stout tastings tonight. We are from Ontario and wanted to try Quebec beers. The Jour et Nuit is sooooooo perfectly balanced. Not too strong.....not overly flavored on the palate. Its amazing. I give 15/10 on this stout and am stocking up the next time I am in Quebec. Well done.

It seems almost unfair that you can have the best beer in the country and also have food this good. I think Ive had two of the best stouts Ive ever had tonight. Brilliant stuff!
