Ridiculous, we order a chicken skewer which ALWAYS includes rice... the order arrives, no rice... we call, they tell us Ahh we had more so no there isnt any... so I pay for it, but who cares? Worst restaurant in Masson, the quality has become low-end since the change of ownership. I strongly advise against it, there are several other good restaurants nearby that I suggest and that you will pay for your products!

There is a piece of plastic in the order. I look at the other comments and there is another one to whom this happened a month ago! I could have suffocated to death alone at home because an incompetent person made my wrap Dont answer me with your Generic message to contact customer service. 1 hour to get our meal. Cold. Serves the club sandwich with sour cream? We had to ask for our coleslaw because otherwise we wouldnt have had any.

Every time I go to pick up my order, they always get the order wrong, even if you repeat the order 20 times or you get completely wet fries, I dont recommend it to everyone.

Nos assiettes sont arrivés froide, l assiette de mon conjoint est arrivé 20 minutes après les nôtres et aurait dit qu une personne avait mangé une partie de son assiette avant de lui amener. La quantité de St Hubert qu il a à Gatineau, c est certain que celui de Buckingham plus jamais! De plus le côté bar n était pas rempli de monde .

Service does not exist for counter orders. The cooks are incapable of reading orders and assembling like anyone else. Having already worked in a St-Hubert in the past, I dont understand how they can be wrong in their orders. Unfortunately, after the third incomplete order in a row, St-Hubert de Buckingham lost another customer. I figure giving them 3 chances, including an internet order was too much to ask. Updated Oct 2024, more people in the kitchen and still not able to do anything. An internet order takes longer than if I order by car. Whats the deal?! Stopped hiring young people who just want to fool around and chat, then hired staff who work. 45 minutes for my. Order that the app tells me its ready in 15 minutes.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I called at 1:08 p.m. for a delivery. It s 2:27 p.m. Still nothing. To get me to respond that oupsy we have scheduled your delivery for 4 p.m. this evening... THANK YOU I DID NOT HAVE DINNER THANKS TO YOU!!!

Super slow service. We had reservations. There were few people in the dining room. We received our salads well before our utensils. We had to ask again a few times for a fork. We also had to ask several times for our drinks. Second course of salad? It arrived at the same time as the childrens dessert. Our plates were not cleared. We would have liked to have a beer but no one came asking.

I wanted to go eat inside however no one came to welcome me after 10 minutes I decided to go to the counter to take away. Best decision 5 minutes later I had my hot meal in my hands.

Terrible how we get scammed. It cost us $50 plus tax for two garochee skewers at the bottom of the box with 2 tablespoons of rice. The manager tells us, well yes because that s what it is. Nothing comparable to the photo on the site. No compensation, see for yourself, this is the condition we got our takeaway.

I find that the food is of better quality than before the pandemic. The waitress was very attentive Dietary restrictions: There is a gluten-free menu available.

Every time I order from St-Hubert in Buckingham, there is always an error in my order. No matter the mistake, they always want to give you a credit for the next order. Even on an order of $60 or more, even if you have to pay for the extras. For a few years, they have had a lot of problems with the kitchen, management or the person who packs the orders. Also the service is very slow. I do not recommend this St-Hubert on the food side, speed of ordering, ordering correctly with what you paid.

The only reason it even deserves a star is because the server was nice. They lost our reservation and it took two hours to even get our food.

They have a real talent for forgetting certain sauces (They forget most of the time). If you order the Chicken Piri-piri or a salad, be sure to check if they included the sauce or vinaigrette.

We had a reservation. We clarified them that we have 5 kids once we arrived they cancelled it telling us somethings wrong with their kitchen yet theyre still people eating inside and saw some crews with plates of foods giving to people inside I dont know if they discriminate family with a lot of kids. We had good service last time when its only me, my husband and a baby. Terrible service and I do not recommend, if its discrimination this restaurant is very bad and not familial.

5 stars for Chantals execution and a big 3 for the kitchen team who neglected our order... After ordering 2 piri piri burgers and receiving 2 normal ones including 1 burnt bread, 2 dry chickens and old fries reuse... Ok fries reuse, make at least the middle of the fries is hot... 1 minute in the fryer is not enough... Chantal took my complaint and reacted as appropriate for her team, keeping follow-up is important. She redid my order from A to Z. Then took my meal as an example to watch... Little message for the kitchen. I have 14 years of experience in catering, I know very well everything you can experience. You are a team, monitoring food and its qualities are part of your main tasks. Dont give up and help yourself, I experienced this kind of problem that I can read in the other reviews. The main problem is your team spirit. It is your responsibility to make your shift pleasant and efficient, and your team leaders responsibility to maintain harmony. Sure, I give you a fry and dont let go.

Update 09/06/2023 first off let me say we frequent this restaurant often and usually have a good experience however todays experience was to say the least disappointing. Waitress was great very friendly. Food was served with two plates having moldy buns. This is unacceptable at a restaurant and when we mentioned it they tried to say it was the toaster. I was with my in laws or I would have said more at the time. Apparently there was a manager at the restaurant, we never saw them, they took 20 dollars off our 144 dollar bill like serving food with mold wasnt a big deal with zero apology or accountability. We were 3 people, Saturday 2 weeks passed. The food was good but the waitress was quite absent even though the bar/terrace side was empty. I expected better but its okay.

Its happened to me twice now, I go there, I order a leg meal to take away, I arrive at home, I have the bone dry in the box without fries... its frustrating, its so expensive too! !!

I placed an order online, the site located my location, the payment went through without problem and the order was confirmed at 12:31 p.m. by email. At 1:15 a.m., 3 minutes before the scheduled delivery time, an employee called me without leaving a message so I called back at 1:20 a.m. The employee told me that she called me 20 minutes ago and that my order was sent to the wrong branch so I would not receive it. Unfortunately for the employee, I had the time of her call in front of me so I knew she was lying, she could have called me when my order was received or contacted the other branch, but no, she waited until delivery time to call me and lie. In addition to the fact that the site located me, the fact that my order was sent to the wrong branch is not my problem. In short, 2 hours of waiting to receive my order because their site sends orders anywhere. Fortunately, I was able to make a complaint and receive my box for free which is the least I could do after 2 hours of waiting but we will order elsewhere in the future.

It was my first time eating here. It was a long waiting time before you could have a table, plus they have only one waiter that would get your order and bring it to you. She is taking all the orders and all the services for customers, ah she is the restaurant ambassador. It was not a fun experience she made so much mistake in my order. (According to the invoice which was provided to me with her only smile of the evening) and this is the 2nd time that I have been disappointed with her service. 6 tables in charge... dont look at my 3 and 5 year old children who are trying to give their order... barely listen to them... in short... we all have bad days, but we can still do it make a little effort to offer your customers who come to spend a small fortune a great experience! For the food... nothing to say! Always so good! And I will come back, but I will definitely ask to be served by someone else next time!

Its Saturday night and Im hungry for St-hubert....I went through the drive thru and I must say that I was very happy with my meal. I had the 6 piece chicken meal with fries and everything was great. The fries were hot, the chicken was crunchy, the cole slaw was good and I had enough bbq sauce to dip my chicken pieces. It looked like a young crew working the cash and kitchen and they seemed to have a good atmosphere. With all the negatives that is being written in the restaurant industry, this was definitely a 5 stars experience. Like they say in some fast food restaurants, Cest beau la gang, on lache pas!!!!!!

I asked for rice instead of fries, but they gave me fries. He will give me rice later. We ordered desert with coffee and tea but we had to remember to get our coffee and tea. We asked for thatched pudding. But he didnt have any.
