Yesterday I was at this place with my family for dinner. The lady who took care of us was very disrespectful. We already waited 15 to 20 minutes to make our table. And when we were at the table, she came to take orders, she told us we smell like a friend, we were really shocked because none of us even smoke cigarettes. And even if that were the case she had no right to behave the same way. In addition, her face was wrinkled throughout the service as if she was being forced. Hypocritical service from start to finish. Let her know that black is not synonymous with friend.

I called to see if there were any chicken pies on delivery. Not only in the dining room. Very ill and not out for days, we went to the dining room. Awhhhhh no chicken pie, only at dinner time!!! Yet I had just called someone could have told me. . Shrimp skewer, no garlic butter. There is no garlic butter in full lobster time. Sauce that accompanies the shrimp at room temperature. Chicken parmagiana very small but very good and hot served on room temperature pasta. Very very very disappointed. We chose a restaurant, paid and were really disappointed. Never again.

We returned from the restaurant after 30 minutes of waiting for a takeaway meal, to receive our very cold dishes. The entire order is incorrect, with a poorly prepared chicken wrap and a club sandwich containing only 2 of 4 parts with no chicken or bacon. Its a rare thing, I could have let 5 year olds do a better job. Plus, prices are higher than anywhere else.

I spent yesterday with my husband to eat we had 2 different dishes, the chicken was not good like what I asked for and unfortunately we had severe diarrhea I dont know why knowing that it This is the first time this has happened to us!!!!!!!

No! Thats not what it was. It has become too expensive for what it is. Chicken is too often undercooked. I dont recommend eating here, either at the restaurant or through delivery (its even worse).

In general, its good. However, I find that the portion of fries is more garnished than the rice. The sauce remains excellent. As for the desserts, I dont find them that famous. Kid-friendliness: Booster seat for benches. Packaging (car) to serve their meals.

Great service tonight. Busy restaurant with a couple of parties. Leah (our waitress) apologized for the wait (it wasnt any worse) and still checked on our table quite often. Do not order online on the internet!!! Better to go to the drive-thru... I placed my order on the website, went to the location 30 minutes later as instructed, got out of my car, went inside, to wait another 18 minutes before receiving my order. Meanwhile, cars were receiving their orders with a wait time of 12 to 15 minutes. Mismanagement!! Avoid!! Plus, the chicken pieces were miniature... Very disappointed!!

If I had to put -1000 on customer service I would! We ordered at 5 p.m. 6:20 p.m. still not our order the delivery girl called us at 6:40 p.m. to tell us that they made a mistake in the address! So the delivery girl tells me she can be at my house within 20 minutes . We waited 2 hours for my children (3-4 years old) and I so I called at 6:45 p.m. the manager confirmed their errors and offered me a discount on the next order! I told him I wasnt going to pay $60 for an order two hours later on top of the cold food. He tells me he cant do anything more since the bill is already done. I told him if I cancel completely you lose $60. He tells me that if I cancel he will throw the food in the trash!!! Instead of making 3 customers happy and giving the discount now he prefers to throw it in the trash this gesture is unacceptable so customer service a big -1000 I would never encourage this kind of behavior! So I strongly advise against this restaurant because when they make mistakes they prefer to throw food in the trash than offer good customer service for their mistakes! Its pitiful

I ordered online... 1 hour 45 minutes later I called and the lady told me it was on its way... 30 minutes later I called back... my order wasnt even registered but they billed my credit card . The young girl told me my order was gone just to shut up.. I am very insulted and angry.

I have been disappointed with meals several times. The ribs are always cold. I once asked to make them hotter and it was the rest of my plate that was cold and the ribs a little warmer or even lukewarm. This restaurant is my son favorite place to eat because of the car box design other than that im myself doesnt like this restaurant,first is because pricy,2nd is because chicken doesnt taste really good and why the price is ridiculous, 1 chicken thigh served with fries cost $19 , 8 chicken wings $19, St-Hubert famous with the special saoce but this time the saoce like soup very watery.. Tikka masala chicken skin salty but inside no taste.

We ordered for a group of 10 people, 3 wraps, 2 wraps with Poutine, 3 childrens croquette meals, 1 brisket meal and 1 meal etc... we live 7km from the restaurant and our order was delivered 1h14 later... we called after 1h00 and they answered us it had been 20 minutes since the delivery man left with your order he arrived 14 minutes later!!!! So it took 34 minutes to travel a distance of 7 km (which should be 11 minutes) to receive our order, which, as expected, was cold, the fries were soft and cold as were all the meals!!! We were so hungry that we still ate we had asked for utensils etc we received 1 fork lots of packets of ketchup, vinegar very very disappointed with the organization of deliveries why a large order of almost $194.00 wouldnt go alone? NO, the delivery man made 2 other deliveries with ours in his car!!! What service and above all what a disappointment!!! A good lesson to learn and not too happy.

Delivery service is very fast , and the st Hubert poutine is absolutely delicious . A bit expensive but I have enough for 2 meals, so it s not that expensive when you have enough for 2 . Just thinking about it I am craving for a st Hubert poutine :-)
