Our takeout orders are always late at this location, but I was thinking that ordering in advance for delivery might be better. Well, no! I ordered around 4:30 p.m. for 5:45 p.m., and at 5:40 p.m. my order said On the way. However, at 6:05 p.m., still nothing. I called the counter to get more information, but the friendly clerk I spoke to didnt have any more than I did. He had to call the delivery guy to find out what was going on. Ten minutes later, I called the clerk again for news: apparently, the delivery guy was in my area and would arrive shortly. At 6:25 p.m., he finally arrived. In addition to having received my order 40 minutes after the estimated time, I have the impression of having been cheated, of having thrown the tip out the window. Fortunately, nothing was missing from the order and the food was good, if a little lukewarm.

Bangkok salad is good but about twice too big, I would go for a half portion

The food itself is comparable to other St-Huberts. My problem is with delivery: 2 of my last 3 orders had missing items. Its really disappointing when you order a limited time item, like fried chicken with honey and piri-piri sauce, and the sauce, which makes up half the recipe, isnt there. I was impatiently awaiting the return of this recipe, lets say that it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively) for the next time.

I had a coupon for 4 free wings with pick up of my order. 2 quarter leg combos and a chicken burger combo for $47.62. Went to pick up at the time requested. Not ready. Waited another 10 mins. Then my free wings werent with the order. Had to wait another 10 mins to cook them. Got home. Chicken was really dry. Very disappointing to say the least! Not ordering again!

I m a frequent client order once a month, usually no issues but every time I order half rack of ribs and 4 chicken filets combo, I only get the ribs and have to call back for them to deliver the filets. I have never had issues other than this, my family loves the food, service, delivery is great. No complaint other than before delivery orders should be checked. Having to wait half hour to get your missing food, is not a great experience. That s why I m giving 4 stars.

Wonderful service! Bilingual! (I was out with a friend on Family Day, and travelled from Carleton Place, Ontario to Gatineau, Québec.) The service was kind, helpful, prompt and professional! The food was really good and they accommodated with precision my restrictions! The best Rotisserie chicken by far! The place is beautiful, modern and has a clean, intimate, and warm feel! I will be back! Dietary restrictions: It was easy to state that I wanted no skin, no sald dressing, no sauce, no bread, no fries and no coleslaw.

Great place for family. If not dining at the restaurant I recommend takeout instead of delivery as delivery is usually 1h to 1h30+ and we live barely 10kms away. Food

Had our order wrong 3 different times! The first time I understand. Second, you d hope management would do something to avoid this. But third?! How can you keep mixing up a chicken breast for a full rack! Do yourself a favour, and avoid this place at all cost.

Totally ignored despite getting the attention of the hostess (who clearly didnt want to be there, even if I get that 100%, it sucks to be at the receiving end of quiet quitting). Immediately told the waitress that we only had an hour for lunch, and she pointed the express items on the menu (that young would end up being the only redeeming value in this experience). Well, the kitchen staff managed to eff up the simplest order, and we left with take out boxes, as we had to run to be on time for the appointment across the street. 75 minutes of pure &%$@#/=×_[,%. I like to order a Bangkok salad with Crispy Chicken and most of the time it comes very small portions and all soggy does not look tasteful. Last time I ordered I had to wait an hour for my order to arrive and I asked to get another salad because it was very tiny. another hour past and no salad. I called them and they say that the delivery guy forgot to pick up my order.. that it was still at the restaurant.. I just ordered again well see what it looks like. Waiting for my delivery.

Terrible experience. They ran out of their most popular soup, cream of chicken; only had enough for 2 people out of 3 at our table. All our meal items were cold; the fries, the sauces and cheese sticks. The chicken seemed to have been cooked for a while or was leftover chicken from the night before. The service was subpar. The restaurant was not busy if I may add..

There are many choices when it comes to places to eat when you cross into Quebec but you really cant go wrong with St Hubert. Consistently excellent food and service. Crispy golden brown skin and that tangy sauce... so darn good!

Food generally is ok. Twice my ribs are so overcooked. Generic excuse..they wont listen or accept our experience. Tonight they put sauce tho order specified no sauce. I have to wash off the ribs. They wont take responsibility for their errors. Hung up on us...repeat customers will take our order elsewhere from now on. Cant rate them with stars. Bye.

Super fast service, fresh cooked chicken, crispy outside but still most inside. Great Coca-Cola soda selection. Poutine had the best gravy and fresh crispy fries. $85 for three was expensive but our lunch was very good. My family liked it so much we went back two days in a row. Much better experience than I remember a few years back. Kid-friendliness: Great menu variety for teenagers.

I had previously reviewed this restaurant a little over a year ago and felt that I needed to update it. They have definitely improved service, take out is very fast. Orders are well done without mistakes. If you went in the past and it was very slow, try again they ve improved :)

For decades St-Hubert rotisserie chicken was and still is our favorite place for hot, juicy, and plump chicken. Unfortunately, today was not the case. I picked up a family 4 pack meal around 5:00 PM. I was disappointed as the chicken was either reheated or overcooked. The skin stuck on the drumstick very dry, I was not able peel it off, and I couldn t chew the meat, so it was the breast: very dry. St-Hubert rotisserie has good reputation, and we would like to see it preserved. It did set a high standard in roasting good chicken and that standard should be maintained.

First off, the music was too loud, I requested it be lowered so I could hear my guests. Second, the servers should advise patrons that the lunch menu includes soup, drink, and dessert. Most importantly, patrons should be advised that they can order from the regular section of the menu, where the prices are far reduced in price. Most would automatically go to the lunch menu where you expect smaller portions of food at a lower price. After telling our server that our guests spoke English, the server kept reverting to French. I dont care what province Im dining in. That is just rude. Il faut parler dans la langue, demander!

Family ordered 4 half cooked chicken, not cut into 4, we had to cut the chicken ourselves to separate the thighs and breasts and almost no fries. Very disappointed, Next time Ill order from Bennys!

I had forgotten to what extent Aylmers St-Hubert does not live up to the banner. Half empty sauce, undercooked fries, pale and bland chicken. There is clearly a management problem at this branch. Really sad :(

The order was placed at 6:22 p.m. She arrived at 8:23 p.m. I am aware that there is a lot of traffic on Saturday. It appears the system had a crash as well. A 2 hour wait is unacceptable on Saturday evening. There should have been a price reduction for such a long wait. More precisely, a simple 10% discount would have already been enough to bring a smile back to our faces. The meal should have been an occasion for happiness, but it did not happen because of this excessive expectation. Someone should have contacted us to warn us that the wait would exceed 1 hour 15 minutes. Your management is very approximate and unprofessional. I will never order from St-Hubert again, and will never go to your restaurants again!

Excellent service, good rotisserie chicken and the kids loved the fish and chips. My only problem was with the steak today, I ordered it rare because I love a good meat but unfortunately the cut I got was hard to cut and hard to chew. I know that steak is not their signature but they could select a better cut.

At the beginning of March we ordered from the Aylmer branch. We received the wrong order. To compensate, the operator offered us a credit for the full meal to use later. She assured us that everything was recorded in the computer system. We tried to use this credit this evening. We are told that there is no trace of credit on our file and we refuse to honor this offer. It goes without saying that we did not order this evening and will never be customers at St-Hubert again.

The location is fine but we are all disappointed with the head office menu changes regarding the table lhote. I suppose they we trying to wring more profit from the order but ended up turning some of us off as we dont go as often and dont order table lhote anymore either.

We have patronized this particular St Hubert for many many years (15+). When we called today regarding a missing part of our order, they offered to send the missing component in 45 - 60 minutes, or to credit us approx. $1.50. So, wasted $9+ kids meal (cant preserve a fish meal for that extent of time). Brutal. I guess they dont realize people have other options. Two stars only because the two other meals they provided were accurate.

Went there on a thursday evening around 7:30 - 8:00 pm fir diner. Omg i was in for a surprrise when i got there!! Usually i enjoy the bar area. The place was empty, bar area closer, at most 6 customers where there, horrible service, ordered à Ceaser, wow the waiteess or whoever did the drink doesnt know how, my wife ordered à White Meat hot chicken sandwich but received the dark meat version, so I was almost done with my meal by the time they came back with the right hot chicken sandwich, terrible, terrible evening out, almost 100$ bill for this....nope not going back there anytime soon. Like spending that kind of money for chicken, youd expect at least some service. Management needs to be changed if they cant keep a place running !!

Service was sublime!! Excellent! Superb! Garden salad is as big as it can feed your whole family and neighbors. In an unexpected twist, the chicken meal was served with bread like a sandwich (but really wet with sauce). Still, the sandwich tasted really delicious. The wine was tolerable but (reasonable for the price; we bought the cheapest wine on the menu) The premises are strange but suitable. There is a good assortment of desserts in Saint Herbert but if you are vegan there is a Dairy Queen to cross the road where they serve bare dilly (dairy free. The bathroom was quite elegant than the Ritz and clean well For you to associate with your friends in the booth you have to crawl on the seats, but its all part of the fun, its a good enough establishment for the Queen or Jeremy Clarkson.

I pre-order in advance to have it delivered by a certain time but after 30 min late still no delivery . I called the restaurant to see if my order had left the restaurant at least and they told me it was the next to leave. I told them I would just go pick it up instead as it was 30 min late and their response was since you ordered online you have to cancel your current order and re-order something for take-out . Absolutely ridiculous!

I always order take out on their website. Amazing quality. They always follow directions perfectly. Yummy food, ribs fall of the bone, always comes hot and fresh. Definitely a place I order over and over!

At 3:50 p.m. I placed an order to receive it at 5:30 p.m. The delivery arrived at 6:35, over an hour late and it was cold. We reheated our meals. 40 minutes before receiving my order, I was left a voice message telling me that my order had just left, that it should (!!) be good and hot, but to call back if necessary. I called to say that it was cold and unacceptable to receive my order so late, especially since I have young children and had planned everything accordingly. The manager called me and all she said was that she didnt understand that it was cold because she lives 45 minutes from the restaurant and when she brings meals home its still hot . I was offered a $10 credit at Montreal customer service and I refused. The manager also offered me a credit for the next one, but also refused since I will never return/order from St-Hubert again.

This St-Hubert looks good. Our server was friendly, but forgetful. The dishes were delicious. The Piri Piri roast chicken and steak with goats cheese and bacon were excellent, although the PiriPiri was a little oily and the steak had a little too much cheese. The creamy sauerkraut salad, fries, bread and sauce were all good as usual. For dessert, I always suggest pudding chômeur - its a hot/cold mix. Its super good!

I wish they stopped giving people desecated mumified chicken, its like eating chicken jerky. Went there in person waited 20 plus minutes for takeout and got horribly dry hard chicken. I have also ordered in the past and its the same. I think its disrespectful.

Had amazing service last Thursday, I m pretty sure my waiters name was Alex, he deserves a praise. Especially now when it s been difficult for employees in the food service I was very impressed by his professionalism and manners. Regret not keeping the receipt as I may have had a different guy. Love the food. I ordered my food online and got a pickup time. Twenty minutes after that time, I received my order. Then when I got home, I was missing a meal and had an unordered poutine. I have to say, I was not overly polite when I had to drive back to the restaurant to get my meal. I was offered a free dessert for my trouble, which I did not accept. It is just not good enough. Restaurants want us to support local, but it is pretty hard to do sometimes.

Honestly had the greatest service even though it was really busy for a Tuesday night. The lady who served us was attentive and came back quickly everytime with our coleslaw and requested condiments. But the food is just sooooo bland. The fries are horrible, no flavor, no crisp and always served cold. Same for the club sandwiches. Cold, untoasted bread, with barely anything between. Not sure if this is throughout the chain or just this location but we were really disappointed... it should taste better in restaurant than as take-out after travelling for 30 minutes.

We order regularly, this evening we ordered a delivery, after a 20 minute delay in waiting we had the store, which did not try to correct the situation or give us a more precise estimate. Finally the order arrived 45 minutes late, without any attempt to collect from the companys customers and to add to the insult the food was not at all of the usual caliber. We understand the traffic, we understand that it was a Friday. But for an order of two items when we are only 8 minutes away and no attempt at repair, I am very very disappointed. Someone who orders dinner at 6:30 a.m. should not sit down at 8:30 a.m.

Poutine had a clump of cheese in the corner of the fries like thats how you make it, wings were dry (my wife likesem dry so not a huge issue) but we were missing her plate, when we called they claimed we made a mistake, after tanking that insult and insisting we were missing a plate they suggested I get a refund by calling Montreal or waiting for another delivery guy. On a not very busy night they took 2 hours to make and deliver the first meal and now an hour after the call they have yet to arrive with my wifes meal... very poor service.

It was ok, but the employes that use to work there before in the bar and dinner are long gone because of covid( probably found another work) and at the dinner it was all new young severs that would rather talk among themselves instead of doing what they should do.
