We ordered a poutine with extra cheese and we got a poutine with no cheese and no sauce. We called, was left on hold for an hour to just be hung up on. Great job guys 🙄
Ordered a chicken wrap meal for over 20 dollars not including a drink. Wrap was alright, but the portion was tiny especially for the price
Had to wait for over an hour to get my delivery. food was cold. ordered a club sandwich, bread was soggy and barely had any bacon in it. paid 3,29$ for an extra tiny caesar salad with no dressing and the other meal, chicken breast and fries were cold. Had to warm in microwave before eating. It is very disappointing after paying almost $50. I will not be back and will definitely not recommend.
I'm a frequent patron of the 164 rotisserie. We enjoy coming here for the ambiance and great chicken, and the friendliness of the Owner and staff. I remeber that day, I was enjoy my meal ,and a quick.conversation with the Owner, when he suddenly run to the kichen as we herd screaming. As a retirees,and businesses owner, i learn that we are quick to point fingers and jump on conclusions. He apologized to the patron and was able to bring the situation quickly under control 5 stars .
The girl at the counter was great. What I can't understand is they had NO COLESLAW! Never saw that before. I put one star because of the manager screaming loudly at the staff. We did not need that floor show. He was horrible to his employees.
Horrible! Dry Chicken I ordered 4 Times! Repas Poitrine version poutines they gave me 5 fries with tiny gravy with little cheese ?? Like what is this a Homeless Dinner Very sad It Just Opened too! The Manager Was Amazing And Understand But the employees are big zero!!!!

First time in this beautiful new dining room. On a Tuesday at 6 p.m., there were 3 customers at the tables. Nice welcome at the counter to order a Roasters Choice. Kind and polite waitress. Received a cabaret with my meal, very hot, good portion of chicken and fries. I didnt like the very/too thick Benny sauce as Ive never had it in another Bennys! This restaurant is very clean.

Make no mistake, Rotisserie Benny is not Benny et Co. A completely different franchise. Benny and Co still have their good fresh and wavy fries.

For years I have ordered from the one located on Grande-Allée in Longueuil and the portions of fries and meats were larger, better cooked and much tastier. It surprises me that the banner lets this branch operate because the food is so questionable...
Very dry chicken and limp fries. Not the best rotisserie in the region. Im adding a second comment because I regret giving this restaurant a second chance. I had a white meat club but the chicken was dry and crumbled inside the sandwich. It was also lacking in toppings, half of the sandwich had no tomatoes or bacon.
Nous sommes allés le 2 mai 2024 pour dîner, frite tiède et la sauce froide, nous l avons dit à la caissière, elle a répondu qu il avait un problème avec le réchaud pour la sauce. On lui a demandé de le chauffer dans le four micro onde. Nous n étions pas les seuls qui leur ai demandé. Mais le cuisinier a continué de servir froid la sauce. Imaginez vous ceux qui nous avons vu sortir avec leurs repas.

Very disappointed with our order for 8 people. The original Benny wavy fries were replaced without warning us by tiny dry julienne fries. Much of the meal was dry and cold. False representations compared to the menu image.
My partner stopped to pick up 2 thigh/breast meals for dinner. Since when did Benny change their fries for mini julienne fries? Yet the menu photos still show the same fries as before. Very disappointed, next time we will go to another Benny.
I ordered (and paid) online at 5:13 p.m. It was a Mega brown chicken poutine. I live 4 minutes away according to Google map. It estimated delivery between 5:28 p.m. and 5:58 p.m. I called at 6:05 p.m. to follow up. The manager confirms that my order is leaving immediately and that the delivery person will arrive soon. I called again at 6:30 p.m., she told me that she was mistaken during my first call, that I never ordered there, I tried to make her understand that it was the telephone numbers that I have on the receipt in my email, which I got immediately after paying online. I wanted to speak with someone else and she told me that even if I spoke to someone else it wouldnt change anything. When I tell her that in this case Im going to get a refund, she tells me that I have to go online... I looked and there is no such option. The delivery man called me at 6:35 p.m. telling me he had arrived. With him, I telephone once again to the branch at 164 Greber where the Manager tells me ok but I am not in my system... I find this a shame because we often go there in person and the service on site is excellent.

Opened January 9, 2023 after very long renovations. The place is clean and modern. The staff were in training when I visited on the first day. My meal (brisket) was impeccable and above all delicious. Café Second Cup (in the same location) was not yet open.
Very ordinary service. 5 employ looking at each other behind the counter. I had two meals for me and my son and when I asked for an extra cup of Benny sauce, I was told I would have to pay $3.50. Ive never had to pay extra for a sauce in the past at any other Bennys restaurant. It seems that the renovations for this restaurant were very expensive. Jocelyn.

Poor service I was Wednesday evening I took 2 choices from the chef my I wanted a large format of coleslaw but he told me that he didnt have that my to the other benny he had he give me 3 small format the one that comes with normally and the service before you have to repeat several times its been 2 times that I go there and 2 times I was disappointed I went there Because I know close to my house but there Im going to go back to the other benny further away on greber I have what I want without being refused thank you

I recommend people not to work or eat there because the manager of this restaurant treats these employees like inferiors. He doesnt know how to live with people and uses degrading terms to describe or talk to these employees. Plus, I think he has an anger problem (he once threw the phone on the counter because he was frustrated) and many others. And then, he is incapable of taking responsibility when there are order errors; he prefers to point the finger at the cashiers and cooks instead. Finally, since he cannot be fired from work without a valid reason, he removes you from the schedule or takes away your hours to force the employees hand in order to resign. I currently find myself unemployed since the manager cannot MANAGE. The restaurant has only just opened and there are so many people who are not happy...you have to ask yourself some good questions. By far my worst experience with a restaurant. I placed an online order on Sunday March 12 at 7:45 p.m. to receive two regular poutines via delivery. On my confirmation email, it shows that the order will be delivered between 8 p.m. & 8:30 p.m. Around 8:35 p.m., the order still has not been received, so I contact the branch who tells me that the delivery person is on the way and that they only have one delivery person. I wait and call back 15 minutes later, at 8:50 p.m. (10 minutes before they close) so that we can rectify the situation considering that I did not receive my order after more than an hour and that I live only 10 minutes away of the branch. The cashier tells me that the delivery man left 30 minutes ago & I ask her if it is possible for her to contact the delivery man to find out if the order is on its way and how long it will take for it to arrive, because I live only 10 minutes from the branch. She puts me on hold and after about 5 minutes of waiting, she hangs up the line on me. I called back at 8:59 p.m. (before closing), but to no avail. I was on hold for 10 minutes and I didnt get a call back even though they had my cell number, my email address and my name. The next day, Monday March 13, I went to the branch to obtain a refund, because not only was my order not delivered, but they never called me back as if nothing had happened. was!!! When making the refund, the manager never apologized for the whole thing and had an air of I dont care. It was the cashier who had to apologize for him. This was my first experience with you following receipt of an advertising pamphlet received via post & I will NEVER do business with them again. If I could give 0 stars I would for the lack of professionalism & waste of time. Be vigilant!!
me and my family tried Benny for the first time. I have to tell you how impressed I was, very tender chicken and hot at a reasonable price and clean environment. hats off to the management we will definitely be back

Following an incident that occurred on April 5 (our order was unilaterally canceled by one of the rotisserie employees) I wrote a negative review of Rôtisserie Benny. Following this, I received a first message of apology from a manager of the company who immediately put me in contact with the manager of the rotisserie on Boulevard Gréber. So I received an email from the manager Paulo who wanted to understand the situation and who took the time to ask me to contact him by phone in order to better discuss the situation and to express his regrets about what I had experienced. . Immediately after learning of this incident (this had never happened to me before), he offered to correct the situation by offering me 2 courtesy meals of my choice. The good faith of the manager and the honesty towards the situation mean that I will not hesitate to recommend Rôtisseries Benny on Boulevard Gréber in Gatineau. Thank you Mr Paulo and we look forward to recommending it to you. THANKS

Jai essayer une deuxième expérience tantôt à 16h aucun chat dans le resto et jai été 20 minutes à attendre au service à lauto. Pouette pouette ! Je vais aller à lautre sur greber ou maloney . The cashier is nothing to compare, very nice but the manager is harsh. The policy at all the Bennys I have been to has always offered unlimited sauce, plain and salad if you eat there. But not in this Benny you have to pay extra even the ketchup for the fries that my wife asked for was an extra.
