Here is my experience, advice do not take poutine to bring it is really disgusting no fries Average fresh only fries so reheated they are black and no taste and as for the chicken Burger I think she forgot the patties in the fryer so dry and the worst is that the cook who worked there this afternoon is aware of what she is doing at a given moment there are limits to the price it costs for the reheated potatoes xxx number of times you can put them in the COMPOST chives The worst if you eat there it is certain that you will have good fries fresh and delicious for take out FORGOTTEN IT WILL BE BLACK AND DRY FRIES NOT TASTE A POUTINE THAT YOU WONT EAT BUT RATHER PUT IT IN THE COMPOST THATS EXACTLY WHAT TO GO TO COMPOSTING

I want to highlight the exceptional honesty of the employees of this restaurant!! Sunday June 9 I forgot my handbag on a bench at the restaurant, the next day I was able to recover it intact. It was collected and put aside. I wanted to reward $ and they refused. Thank you to this wonderful team. And obviously I also have to say that they make the best poutine!!!

Large bacon poutine and can of pop is 20$ with tip. A bit pricey for a take away meal. New containers are environmentally friend including utensils so thumbs up but prices also went up & the containers seem to hold less. The food & service is always excellent.

The white sauce here is truly unique with its texture and taste reminiscent of Hollandaise sauce. In a Montreal poutine (smoked meat and pickles) or all dressed up (tomatoes and onions), it tastes like heaven!

I just received a call because itS IMPOSSIBLE to add extra cheese for $1.75. on my large poutine because I had paid online and could not add this request... (the extra cheese option on a vegetarian poutine was not available). I ask to pay at the door $4 or whatever would be best! But IMPOSSIBLE because I already paid online! IMPOSSIBLE to cancel my payment and pay again for $1.75! 14 minutes of WASTE OF TIME. Finally, the owners wife was so unfriendly and hung up without me being able to say a single word! WASTE OF TIME for 1.75 of cheese that I wanted to pay by all means. I dont know whats going on at the poutinerie. I order regularly. And never had any problems (one or 2 items forgotten in 4 or 6 years and credited) Im so disappointed If the service remains like this... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE ROOF TO ANYONE...

Simple the best poutine I have had in years. Great service too. The curds were super fresh and they layer them in so they are not just dumped on top. A choice of 3 different gravies. I went with the standard but they let me taste the other 2. One is a delicious peppercorn sauce that I will definitely try next time. If you are in the Ottawa/Gatineau area and you need authentic poutine this place will satisfy.

Great sauce, great fries, but you served me a poutine with COLD cheese that didnt melt as intended, youre supposed to keep the curds at room temperature, dissapointed :/ Parking: Plenty of parking, this is a mini mall and there used to be a movie rental place there. Wheelchair accessibility: Its accessible by the sidewalk.

The service was really fast and the cashiers were super efficient. The pogos are disappointing, soft... the poutine was okay. The line was super long and you have to wait for your order between the tables of people eating, literally sticking to them, I wasnt very comfortable... I would NEVER eat there because of that!!

In addition to charging delivery costs for a distance of 4 km +. It dares to sit down with the customer and laugh in the face of the world.... you order combos and you mention the type of liquor then it asks you to wait to give you the price and it asks you again what kind of beverage then it charges you.... The fries are almost undercooked and I had the pop curt. (Fried St. Albert cheese) It costs 7.50 for a dish almost quickly. I called (super stupid man) who told me it was taken. Loulou potato in Aylmer does the same thing for the same price and a much more sufficient quantity!

The poutine is so good: two layers of Saint-Albert cheese curds! They are doing their pogos. Good little snack bar, a classic in Hull. Big disadvantage: closing time! They close at 7 p.m.!!! A restaurant that closes at 7 p.m., even on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Ive never seen that!

Very disappointed with the service, I called 1 hour after ordering they told me it was on its way 30 minutes later still not received my order I called back the restaurant was closed and I did not receive my order I waited 1h30 to receive nothing from the champions!

Les poutines sont excellentes: frites croustillantes, sauce savoureuse et abondamment de fromage en grains. Les pogos sont enrobés d une pâte maison, mince, croustillante et ils sont super bons! Le personnel est gentil et n hésite pas à nous apporter la commande à la table. Belle petite salle à manger très propre pour casser la croûte sur place. Ça vaut le détour!

Had poutine and hot dog combo. Had to return the hot dog, the bread was so hard on one side. They put gravy on top but at the bottom there s none. I m a poutine fan and poutine without a bottle of ketchup on the table especially when there s barely any gravy is not good. They have those little envelopes but who likes to open a dozen of them . Will definitely not go back

Lots of cheese in St-Albert But, the sauce wasnt very hot.

They have options for vegetarians which are blessed. The fries are good, the curds are chewy and very good sauce. A 100% vegan option would be really nice but no fake cheese, thats not good. Just something a little special for vegans which makes up for the lack of curds.

Easily the worst food I have had in a very long time. Dont be fooled by the current rating, I promise it is not accurate. How can you mess up a corndog and a hotdog so badly??

Very disappointed with my experience. The sizes of poutine are no longer up to date with reality, a large poutine with 2 pogo cost me $20. Homemade pogo was ok, the poutine lacked flavor.

Might be the best poutine we ever had. Good sauce to curds to fries ratio. Pepper sauce is ohhh so good. They have 4 kinds of sauce. Had some awfull poutine before and this the complete opposite. 100% guarantee that you wont be disappointed. Would be willing to put $ on it. We wont be ordering anywhere else ever again when the craving for a poutine hits. +++ washroom was spotless and the service was with a smile and friendly.

Great Poutine, just by the highway exit so great for picking up. Only letdown is that there is no priority line if you called in your order, you still need to wait in line to pick up - which in part defeats the purpose. Ill say its still worth it, no doubt.

In our quest to find the countrys best poutine La Poutineries offering was flavorful and unique. As for the service they lost a star for getting the order wrong - still the food was worth the extra effort.

Good poutine with 2 layers of sauces and cheese . Ive been there 3 times and he doesnt have anything (Purell or other) come in or at the box to wash his hands. The interac machine is not cleaned between customers and we do not have the choice of touching it to choose the tip.

Ordered a chicken wrap with ranch sauce and lettuce. It had a brown piece of lettuce and and one very small piece of chicken and had chipotle sauce so not very good awful went straight to the garbage. Poutine were good tho but thats about it.

My daughter and I ordered burger combos with medium poutine and a drink. There was slight miscommunication and the order was not exactly as I had ordered. As far as the quality... The burger was okay at best.they were obviously preformed frozen patties. They were dry and tough, the toppings were fine and it was dressed well. The poutine was okay. The fries were not the best. The brown sauce was nothing to write home about. The cheese was a pleasant surprise. At first, we had thought that they skimped on the curds, which were very fresh and squeeky. There were other layers of cheese hidden below. We were very satisfied with that. However, it wasnt hot enough to get the cheese to that melty point. It was warm, but not warm enough.

Jai toujours adoré cet endroit. Aujourdhui par contre cétait horrible. Ma fille a prit un pogo et me disais quil goûtait drôle. La saucisse est grise! Je lai senti et le coeur ma levée. Des saucisses clairement passer date ! Si ma fille est malade ce soir je saurai pourquoi. Les frites goûtait le brûler... Cétait juste pas bon. Rien de ce que jai connu.

I ordered a club with poutine fries. First experience of this restaurant, the meal was super good, both the poutine and the club sandwich. However, according to the consumer office, this restaurant does not respect the laws. The club is listed at a cost of $8.50 on the menu but the price they actually sell it for is $12.50 (at the counter) then the poutine is an extra $4 which is normal in my opinion for poutine fries. So if you order a club sandwich claim your displayed price of $8.50 or otherwise the restaurant must change its displayed menu. $19.50 for a club sandwich with poutine fries is expensive.... But at least its excellent.

Cold hot dog, uncooked sausage and uncooked bread in a lake of mustard. Steamers should be avoided. Disgusting.
