As a delivery person this is the worst McDonalds to deliver from , not to mention during nights the staff blocks the entry and we have to wait in the cold sometimes to get our order instead of going with our car! They keep denying it’s not theirs everytime i ask them but i saw the owner with my eyes getting inside ! the manager is too nice with them
Do not come here, especially if you want to use the drive through. Longest wait time ever, about 20 minutes, and there were only 2 cars ahead. I got a moldy fry in my meal as well.
Good food and the guys serve well. but the most terrible thing is that the bathroom was full of excrement. the cup and a horrible smell. They should have someone to clean the bathroom. That's why I give it one star.
I was really disappointed with my experience at McDonald's. I ordered a buffalo chicken poutine and fries were quite cold ( approximately 1-2 hours old ), which was frustrating. I thought it was just a one-off issue, but when I brought it up, they offered to replace it. Unfortunately, the replacement was also not hot. It’s unacceptable to receive cold food twice in one order. I expect better quality and service from a well-known chain like McDonald's. I hope they can improve this in the future! Time of occurrence - 3 October 2024 1:45-2:15 AM.
If i could give it 0 stars i would. I have never seen an establishment this disgusting. Floors are sticky, tables sticky with food stuck to it. Employees on their phones not doing anything. I would not touch this place with a 10 foot pole. Absolutely disgusting.
Update. ⛔Avoid ordering here🛑 This mcDonalds is the absolute worst place on the planet. Avoid at all cost. 24 hour service isn't real. You will get there with your app order in hand , only to be told they are closed. This happens every day for switch over. Whatever that means. Not 24 hours and you will waste the trip thinking your food is being prepared. False advertising. False customer service. Probably for the best. Just suck travelling to nothing. I attend this McDonald's simply for convenience, but I really should not as there is a laundry list of things wrong with this McDonald's.
Typical McDonalds, good fast food, place is a lot crowded and service is slow The soft drinks felt extra watered down for some reason, there is a top level floor for sitting that’s handy during busy times Parking is onsite which is very nice and helpful.
I ended up at this McDonald’s on the worst day ever. It was right after the storm that left many parts of Ontario without power. This location was a nightmare! The self serve machines were not printing receipts so most people didn’t even know what their order number was. The display screen was also broken and the orders were all over the place. I waited 2.5 hrs to get this breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee. The staff were nice but clearly under immense stress. It doesn’t help when everything is malfunctioning on a high pressure day like this. I wanted to write this review to say thank you to all the staff who pulled off the unimaginable in serving a sea of hungry, frustrated and helpless customers on a horrible day. They pulled through despite how long we had to wait and did it without a frown.

When I went back to the counter for missing food, the staff ignored me for a while. Missing several items in our meal. When the staff finally responded, they were very rude. Would not recommend coming here.
Clean bathroom
AVOID! 45 mins in drive thru that had 4 cars in line, people started cutting in line using a side entrance in the drive thru- I told the employee and they did nothing about it. After waiting 45 mins we finally got our food and drove away just to realize we were missing half our order. Idk who is training these people but that person needs to be fired followed by the person that trained them all the way up to the owner who should immediately sell and avoid ever trying to run a franchise again.
Very poor service today. I ordered through the app and specified to have it brought out to me at stall #2. I waited 10 minutes, and when no one was coming out, I went inside to ask if they had lost my order. She found it sitting behind the pick-up counter. Not one single apology, and instead lied about it, saying I was just about to bring it out to you. Yeah, right! And no, the restaurant was not busy in the least. It was around 13:30 at the time, so the lunch rush was completely gone. There was only one other customer at the cash. I can bet my order had sat there for almost 10 minutes because the fries were cold. The burger felt semi-warm.
So slow at the drive thru at 2 am on sunday, been waiting for 15 mins, peoples time is worth money too!
Service is slower and slower. More than 5 minutes waiting in the drive thru waiting to give my other and a other 10 to get it.

The worst McDonalds in the region. At the drive-thru, wait at least 5-10 minutes before getting a response, even without a line, to take your order, and thats only if you initiate by speaking first several times. It would be more efficient to take orders quickly. Always an error on cafes and the app offers never apply. Bad service, slow, and unprofessional.

The food is average McDonalds food. But this restaurant is DIRTY. No clean tables anywhere. Pop station is a mess. Touch screens for ordering are filthy.

My family is not from this city, were here visiting . We were staying at a air b&b next to McDonalds so at 9pm my son (13) and nephew (14) went to get food , McDonalds employee told them to get out that they had to use the drive threw and as they left the employee followed them out side and took his head set off and tried to fight them

COCKROACHES HERE. Ive come here many times over the years. Always subpar and grumpy service. Food is 50/50 chance of being okay. But after yesterday, I will gamble this location no longer. I sat in the dining area for 1 minute and had a cockroach crawl on me.

Terrible service, slow staff, bad attitude, and very, very dirty everywhere tables, bathrooms, condiment bar. The company really needs to pay attention to this because it greatly tarnishes its image.

Worst location Ive been to. I asked for 6 donuts. They charged me for 6 muffins (6.99 + tax) and 6 donuts. I asked for a reimbursement for the muffins because I only asked for donuts. Everyone was scrambling around and serving the vehicles in the drive through. It took the manager 15 minutes to get my money back. They reimbursed me 6.99. I told the employee that they should reimburse me 6.99 PLUS the tax (15%). My dad was waiting for me in the car and came in because it was taking them so long. She then proceeded to reimburse me the cost of a small pack of fries...?! NOT coming back. Ps, I dealt with the MANAGER. She couldnt figure out how to do the math. She was smirking, rolling her eyes at me and completely ignoring me. I felt really disrespected. Please put more focus into hiring competent employees. I rarely write bad reviews but this was atrocious.

Has to be the worst McDonalds store I ever been to, I ordered a Big Mac Combo at the drive through and wait 30 minutes+ to get my order, and at the end they gave me a a chicken sandwich with a poutine!! This location was filled with gossiping young women working there, giggling, etc. Its nice to see people who enjoy their work, but I didnt like the way they treated me. I spoke in english, not thinking someone might take issue. This lady behind me (who turned out to work there, but must have been on break because she was just sitting in the seating area (not eating)) said loudly in french after I spoke She speaks english?? And repeated that a few times like there was something wrong with me and she couldnt believe I spoke in english. I switched to french (as best I could), but then my server was talking about it to the girl who said it and was talking to the other girls who worked there about it. I had no idea why it was a big deal. The girl who served me understood me fine in english, so its not like they needed to find someone to translate. Plus I can speak enough french to at least order food. They were talking really fast, so I didnt catch all of what they said, but the tone made it sound like they were making fun of the fact I had spoken in english. They all kept saying,She speaks english. She speaks english. to each other. Not sure why it was such a big deal, but I didnt feel welcome, so I will not be returning.
Dirty. Service was slow and they missed several items - had to place 2nd order to get what I wanted. Even my 6 yo wanted to leave because it was so dirty. Its like they dont clean during the day.

The evening shift is in need of training or staff it way too slow, 5 minutes per orders in the drive-thru.
Went a few times out of convenience. The three times I went, there was a homeless person making a scene in the restaurant, who was violent, and harassing customers. Last time was two days ago, and it felt really unsafe. Wont be going back.
The hot cappucino used to be great. However, it is not anymore. One time, they added whipping cream on top, which made it too sweet. Another time, it was too strong and another too weak. Many times, they dont have ice cream, very disappointing when it is very hot outside.
I placed an order on the McDonalds app around 10 p.m. When they arrived on site, the employees had barred the doors and blocked the entrance for the drive-thru ordering. The employee initially told me she was a manager, but then admitted to being a shift manager. The McDonalds has been under renovation since the day before, but they are still accepting orders... Moreover, it is not a 24-hour McDonalds as the signs indicate. In short, no other McDonalds in the surrounding area were open.

Didn t fill out order which was only 2 drinks and an ice cream They fount the ticket crumpled up. We had to ask after 29 minutes of waiting.Then didn t have what we had ordered. No one knew what they re doing AT ALL. Also no tables wiped very dirty place. Skip coming here. Food
