This is the best restaurant for Nachos in the entire Outaouais and Ottawa region. You HAVE to taste their Nachos. Still sad that I cant order them through Uber Eats anymore though. The best Nachos I have ever had.

Subpar burger. Don t waste your time. It s just a mall style burger place in a rundown mall. I know the Ottawa-Gatineau area is a great burger desert but this place is not your oasis. The bun was stale. The meat had clearly been frozen before. The tomato and lettuce dry. I d rather starve than ever find myself here again. Also the service was absolute garbage despite me being one of 5 patrons in the massive floor area. She seemed pissed to even take my order . How could it be a false review when everything I said is reality? I ate at your place, it was horrible. What do you want me to say? That I liked it when I didn t?

The atmosphere is as fantastic as the food.

The atmosphere is truly exceptional: warm decoration, well-chosen DJ music and a friendly atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. The service is just as remarkable: the team is welcoming, smiling and attentive, which adds real value to the experience. As for food, the hamburgers are good, but without much surprise. The flavors are simple and well executed, but perhaps lacking that little something to really stand out. That said, if you are looking for a place to enjoy a pleasant time with impeccable service, this is an excellent address!

The culinary experience was satisfactory. However, there was a discrepancy between the information provided over the phone regarding reservations and the actual seating arrangements upon our arrival. We were initially informed that reservations were not accepted, but upon arriving in person, we were denied a booth due to reservations. Furthermore, we were seated in close proximity to the DJ booth, resulting in excessive noise and vibrations from the subwoofers, which hindered our ability to engage in conversation. The subwoofers were pointed directly at us, causing distortion and gusts of wind right in our faces every time there was a beat. While the food met our expectations, it is recommended that the establishment reconsider the placement of the DJ booth to ensure a more balanced and enjoyable customer experience. Drawing from my experience in restaurant and club management, I recognize the significance of maintaining an appropriate distance between DJ equipment and dining areas to strike a harmonious balance between entertainment and customer comfort.

Excellent service and delicious food!

I ve eaten here countless times and have mentioned my vegan diet each time. Today, I learned that the patty of which they were sold out contains egg. This is puzzling, as it excludes anyone who is vegan from eating here. What s even more concerning is that I was never informed of this before, meaning I may have unknowingly consumed egg, which is quite appalling. I am very saddened that I will no longer be able to dine here given the new information I have received today. To be very clear. I have more of a problem with the fact that your choice of veggie burger prevents all vegans from dining here. I do hope in future that you make the small change that would benefit so many, as having a vegetarian option vegans cannot eat is a bad choice.

The atmosphere was okay, nothing extraordinary. The service was average and the drinks were honestly really bad. A $35 bill for two drinks half filled with ice and too sweet. Usually we go there to eat and the food might have earned this review a star or two.

Poor service. We had to wait 45 minutes to be seated in the middle on the uncomfortable stools. I asked if we could sit somewhere else to be more comfortable and they never said yes. The waiter was stupid. I wont go back there again. We went to eat at the restaurant across the street.

Great grunge/70 s/vintage atmosphere, sports on big screens and a menu that satisfies everyone. But the big positive point of the place is its customer service! On each visit, I am really well received and served (something which is becoming increasingly rare, especially since the pandemic). In short, a very nice place to eat with family, friends or lovers. Congratulations to the whole team!

Terrible service...being told thats not my problem by one of the hostesses when they make a mistake with a reservation is really bad. I will never go back to this restaurant again. Rotten service.

Very busy, there was a lot of noise in the restaurant and the terrace was less noisy... the heat too. Dishes, everything looks exquisite.

We came Wednesday evening to enjoy the last terraces, we definitely made the right choice for our first time at this place, Mélodie our waitress gave us exceptional service to a point where me and my husband didnt even remember how long we had been We were also well served despite the several tables she had. Ive been in the business for years and what more can I say than wow, thank you that there are still some like her. Excellent food and generous plates, cocktails of unique beauty and taste. We will return there for sure.

40 mins to get drinks waitress poured half a glass on the floor. Food almost beat the drinks so koodos to the kitchen. Staff drinking on shift no wonder things take time... nice things for my teen to see wont be back

Very satisfied with our restaurant outing as a couple. My wife really liked her salmon bolle... which was way too big. She brought back the extra and had 2 more meals at home. Could you add a smaller portion choice to the menu? Very nice atmosphere and our waitress was very nice. THANKS ! See you next time.

We had dinner. My husband and I shared the plateau. Lots of food in that shareable plate. My kid had the chicken fingers. Food was excellent Ambiance was fun and great for a family dinner. They actually have board games available.

Food is great and ambience is too good to complain.. only downside is the way the front desk employees treated a person who came for a food pickup , maybe skip or Uber .. they kept him waiting for ages and didn t care for his time all along. The guy looked decent and the least he expect them to be courteous. I am not ordering food from this place because of how rude they were to the person that come for a pickup .. poor guy

Where to start This restaurant has seen me on my birthday for more than 4 years now. The food is great, generous and filling. The service is always perfect and I love the very random and friendly ambiance. I recommend this restaurant for a good time with people you love, they have lots of options.

Food really not up to par. Excessive price for what is received (ex. changing the fries for an onion ring = $6 extra... . Warm draft beer = $12. Pickle dipped in Coolaid served with meal is a total ruin of pickle taste. In short, several desirable improvements...

Bumped into some service issues and took 1h+ to get a drink and an extra 1h+ to get food after. Manager was nice to take over and make sure everything was speady after and gave us a free desert and cocktail for the delays. Food and drinks were really good. Place is fairly loud on a busy day, you have to yell to be understood at your own table. Its changed a lot since the opening... it was a rock restaurant bar that stood out from the crowd. Became a restaurant since children were accepted on the bar side. The food is good but a lot of good things have been taken off the menu.

It is very difficult to find a decent place to eat in the Gatineau and Ottawa area. Being from Montreal,I expect good food,great atmosphere,good service and decent prices. This place is it! We had a fabulous lunch with the kids,and will definitely be returning not just for the food,but also drinks later on. If you want a Montreal kind of place and experience,try this place out! You wont be disappointed!

I love this place but I can t go anymore cuz the music is just too damn loud. I don t go to a restaurant to dance and party, I want to catch up with friends and u need to pick another place if you don t want to get a headache at the end of your evening. It s a shame.

Lovely food and and amazing service everything awesome

Had a good time here. The menu has plenty of options for both food and drink with lots of creative twists. Our food and drink were both good and the atmosphere was really interesting as well with lots to look at. Our server was a little lacklustre, he didn t seem like he wanted to be there or wanted to interact with us but at the end of the day service was timely so that was at least good.

Impeccable service, the waitress was number #1. She found us a bench seat for you little old ladies. She informed us of the delay, she came back to us regularly to make sure we all had what we wanted during the wait. The cocktails were stupid The gargantuan plates... Clearly it s on my list to reproduce the experience.

The food was delicious, and the aesthetic of the space is fun-very cool decor. However, the service was very slow, we were a group of 8 and we were there over 2 hours!

Hamburger was good but I didn t get the right salad. I don t want to give the driver a bad review, not his fault. Restaurant get your order right. Difficult to be happy with a meal when it s not what you ordered.that is not a cobb salad.

Eaten here a few times and have also had take out and, always amazing. The drinks selection is huge and delicious, the food portions are large, the atmosphere and staff are lovely. Thank you and will return soon.

Really sorry but we didnt like it! We had the Philly burger and we were disappointed!! We expected better, we had seen the reviews and we couldn t wait! A mountain of mushrooms, a not bad steak and taste-wise it was not what we expected. For the accompaniments: The fries werent great, but we dont know if hot they would have been better. However, they werent even seasoned. The coleslaw didnt convince us either.

Friday nights, the DJ plays great music to go along with the delicious burgers and sides they serve here. Also, the server I had here was one of the most intuitive servers Ive ever had without being annoying or intrusive, just pretty awesome. The food is, as usual, very good and very enjoyable. I ate their best keto poutine in 2020. I called to order one this week only to be told, no maam, we dont have that! Google indicates that one of the only places that sells them is Belle et la Boeuf! And no! So I called back to ask them to update their information to avoid confusion and false hopes. And . In the choices below, it says keto poutine!!!!! Lmao! This is nonsense!!!! Updating your information on the internet would be the least solution!

The burgers are excellent, there are a wide variety of cocktails and the formats are very good for the price. The atmosphere is really good.

My review is for the fact that we did not get to try it , since when we got there at 4 pm which we expected should be a slow period. However they said that we ned to wait a minimum of 2 hours to find a table . Service

Always a great atmosphere. The drinks are good and the burgers are still delicious. Great service by our server. The Mimi gogos are definitely worth trying. Parking: The promenade parking lot is so large that there is no problem finding a place to park.
