Découvrez notre restaurant italien Pacini de Gatineau. Notre cuisine italienne authentique saura vous charmer à chacune de vos visites!
First time visiting this restaurant. Everything was excellent. Our server Rosalie was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and professional. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. Will definitely be back for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend!!
Wxcellent service even at the end of the night, would definitely recommend, pasta were really good, and the bread bar is always as great!
Wow you must go to Pacini in hull area. The food is delicious, cooked to perfection. The veal with mushrooms and pesto pasta was fantastic. The bread grill your own bar with 4 choices of butter is such a nice touch. Julie and her staff make everything a wonderful experience. I highly recommend going there you will not be disappointed. I am so glad I found this place .
Pacini, an Italian restaurant on the Gatineau side near the Lac-Leamy casino, will surpass your expectations. This wonderful quaint restaurant caters to families and fine dining enthusiasts and brings to life the Italian culture where you would least expect it. Upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted by a host(ess) with enthusiasm and kindness. If you have kids you might even be surprised by the interaction they will have with them making them part of the experience. Once seated servers will bring you water at a moment's notice. They have a great wine selection to allow for perfect pairing with your meal. The unfortunate side is not all of the staff is as knowledgeable as they should be. That said, they make it up in professionalism and energy. While waiting to have the server take your order or for your appetizer/main course to arrive, you may enjoy a rare perk that many restaurants now lack. They provide an all-you-can-eat "bread bar" with a variety of different butters such as garlic, tomato basil, pesto, and regular. This time around the appetizers chosen were the "Fried Olives" and the "Arancini". These deep-fired dishes were cooked to perfection. The fried olives and arancini were nice and crispy with a golden colour. To the taste, the breading was not overpowering and did not taste like frying oil. They instead complimented the taste and stayed true to its natural flavours by blending in and enhancing it. Next, the main dishes served were the "Alle carni Pizza" and the "Grain-Fed Veal with Truffles and Mushroom." The pizza was made on flatbread that seemed to be cooked in a wood-stone oven. The ingredients tasted fresh and were not overpowering. Every bite allowed you to taste each ingredient and the combination blended. The only downside I found to this dish was how salty it was due to the bacon and cheese. That said your taste puds love a slightly more salty taste this pizza is for you. The grain-fed veal was more for me, the taste of BBQ veal in a gentle truffle sauce that is light with just the right amount of truffle, wine, and mushrooms was a perfect match for the meat. The pasta was well cooked but the alfredo sauce was missing a bit of parmesan aside from that the consistency was remarkable and the taste was great. Lastly, the apple crumble and caramel sauce. Not much can be said about this dish, aside from AMAZING! Like the rest of the food it was prepared with great attention and the taste did not disappoint. Of course, I have my own opinion of this dish and that is it lacked the crumble part. Yet again I might just be a huge fan of that specific part of the desert. Regardless of this the dessert tasted great and was the perfect choice to finish the meal. Service-wise, a big shout-out to the server who was serving us that night. Marie-Andrée (I hope I didn't misspell your name) did a great job at serving us. She was professional, courteous, kind, and fun. She knew when she was needed and didn't overextend her presence. She was a ghost when she needed to be and made herself known only when the time was appropriate. Thank you for the amazing service given that night, it made this review possible and erased any doubts we might have had due to previous experiences. Good service has been hard to find since covid but the Pacini holds to offering great service and amazing food. Great job and keep up the good work. I highly recommend this restaurant. Me and my wife will be going back, and this review will be updated to reflect my thoughts on this great Italian restaurant.
What a delicious meal we all had! The 4 of us had pizza alla carne, gluten free pizza and ravioli Rosa. Not one morsel of food was left. That’s how delicious everything was. The mini-desserts were good too. The bread bar was a cool concept. There was ample parking. Our server was very sweet.
Mostly good. Parmigiana fondant and Minestrone appetizers were good. Pizza and Mille Feuille lasagna were awesome. Side pasta with red sauce was lackluster, typical red sauce from a jar. Desserts were awesome. Service was pretty good with a couple of misses. The unlimited bread bar with four different butters (regular, pesto, tomato basil, garlic) were very fun. Great atmosphere, very clean bathrooms. Table d'hôte price was definitely reasonable for what we got. I'll go back for sure!
The service was fast and the food was really good. The raviolis with rosé sauce was really tasty and the gratinated garlic snails were too. The apple crumble was very sweet, but delicious. There wasn't much people since it's tuesday night, so the atmosphere was calm and the music wasn't too loud. Loved the place.
First time there. Service was very slow, I felt bad for the server she seemed to have a big section, she did the best she could. She was very accommodating to speak English as well, not all restaurants in Gatineau are. They ran out of calamari so we ordered the Parmesan dip which was very disappointing. Arancini was good as well even though it was supposedly truffle flavour and there was barely a hint of truffle. Both the mains were okay.
Great experience, reception with a smile, servers are awesome, they are like busy bees. And the food!!!! wow, compliments to the Chef! Great experience, reception, received with a beautiful smile, employees are like bees and the food, wow, compliments to the Chef!
For the price you pay, you expect better quality of food, and Im not saying that it is an expensive restaurant.
The meals are small despite the prices and the service is very sloppy. The bread bar is the only positive note of the restaurant
As far as I know, most of the restaurants in Gatineau are mediocre, comparable to the standard in Ottawa. Pacinni has restaurants throughout Quebec and Ontario and I would expect better quality food. I had portobello mushroom spagetti sauce and it looked like I had made it at home. It tasted like a sauce from a jar, no imagination in the flavours, overcooked spagetti. The other dish was the same - lasagne looked and tasted like microwave food. If a professional chef from Italy came to taste their food, he would be ashamed that they carry the brand of an Italian restaurant. Anyone from Europe knows this. Otherwise, the atmosphere and service are very good. The waitress was, of course, nice and willing to go the extra mile to make customers happy.
Slow service. Need to ask for coffee refill.
had great service with our waitress mia but the food was not very great but great service from the staff
Me and a former work colleague always have dinner at this restaurant and a few times during the year
Despite the excellent service, the alfredo pasta was overcooked and the sauce tasteless. Chicken well cooked but too salty. For the price, I expected a lot better.
Our server Mia was amazing and made the experience that much better!!
Great food, great wine. Linguine was perfect
Always the good bread bar. Good food, clean and relaxed atmosphere
I ordered my steak rare, it arrived well cooked. I turned it over and said again that I wanted it rare. He came back as a medium. I asked to see the manager. During this entire wait, my partner ate his plate alone. I asked for compensation. The manager flirted with me and offered me a measly 10% off the steak plate only. I will never go back there.
Always pleasant. With family or between. The kids love it and the atmosphere is great.
Excellent
For the quantity of food its too expensive and not good and the service not so bad. No flavor its bland
Our plates were delicious and the service was friendly and fast.
30 minutes of waiting when we had a reservation for a week.. Food that leaves something to be desired. Extremely slow & poor quality service. Disappointing.
The lunch was really good, and the service impeccable.
We really appreciated the welcome, the good service and the food. The location was comfortable and well suited for our group. In addition, the use of technology has been very useful to us. Well done and thank you very much.
Excellent atmosphere for a friendly or romantic meeting! We recommend this restaurant because the quality of the Food is great and the service exceptional.
Great restaurant
The staff is very friendly
Pizza was amazing. Pasta was verrrry bland
Everything was perfect! And the waitress is super nice!!!
Wow! What good service, our waitress gave us good recommendations, very smiling and welcoming! Beautiful atmosphere and very good as always!! 10/10 we will be back

Breakfasts are different and lit more tasty than other breakfast restaurants. Wish I could had taken a picture of my meal...
Food is really good, good atmosphere, great place for family.
Wonderful dinner at Pacini! Really good service, delicious food and great atmosphere. Looking forward to going back!!
Impeccable food and service
We were very disappointed. The waitress didnt have a big smile, we felt like...order eat and leave. Well never go back. The food, the taste has changed a lot...still very disappointed
Pasta and pizza are both pretty good but you come for the free bread and butter bar!
We attended a dinner service for a birthday party of 42 people on July 27/2024. The atmosphere and food was very good, but the service was absolutely AMAZING. We were served by Maha and she is a Rock Star. The efficiency and speed of her service was mind blowing. I have been to many establishments in my time and she gets the highest rating. I left her a substantial gratuity and she even said it was too much. Now thats CLASS. Maha, thank you for your great service, warm smile and pleasant personality.
Excellent value for money. The dishes are excellent and well presented. Lots of space on the beautiful terrace. Fast and attentive service. We still love making toasts on the grill!
It has been a marvellous lunch with my grand children... Parking: Easy access Kid-friendliness: Very friendly with kids
Nothing to say... everything was perfect plus it was our nephew who served us. Parking: Very good...we found a place straight away Kid-friendliness: Yes several children were present... really too much noise
I was very disappointed with this place. When paying the bill, the manager approached us and asked for an additional tip, even though we had paid a bill for over $100.
I paid $120 for a dish that had more potatoes than anything else and for a pitcher of sangria. I left a small tip and the manager of the place came up to me and told me to leave more money as a tip, raising her voice a little while everyone listened. I think it is not obligatory to leave a large tip. I finally gave her another $5 and got her off my back.
We were 7 and everything came together food was delicious 5 stars.
We were a group of 42 and were served quite a bit at the same time! Everyone appreciated the service and the quality of the meals!
Our first visit here, but wont be our last!! Good food, great service, a nice casual atmosphere. A good selection of wines, although a bit on the expensive side. Overall would recommend!!
A sure value and this for years...
Excellent service! Nice atmosphere, good portion and very good taste!
Always good food, services and ambience.
I adore
Always a great place with great food and an atmosphere that is not too loud. Dietary restrictions: They do offer gluten free Parking: Small parking behind restaurant but can use the parking from the business beside them. Some street options to Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Excellent food our waitress Mia super professional excellent service from her!!!
Very poor table service, the waitress didnt clear anything from the table until we asked for the bill and then cleared a few of the appetizers we had before our meal. She didnt tell us about the bread bar and didnt do a table check after we got our food. She didnt offer us Parmigiano, so I had to get up and get it myself from from the service station. There was no salt on the table and the salmon tartar was tasteless. We had several drinks, appies, and meals and all was still sitting at the table when we asked for the bill. We could tell the waitress did not care about if we had a good experience there or not. We will not return.
While passing through Gatineau we had dinner there then lunch the next day. Presto midday dinner; Soup and salad for my partner and duo of all-dressed pizza and spaghetti Bolognese for me. Business lunch (cheaper until 9:30 a.m.) Duo+; Two eggs, potatoes, choice between sausages and 2 thin pancakes, All-you-can-eat bread bar at all times Everything was excellent in quantity and quality. Excellent service. We ate on the terrace. The restaurant was busy but not crowded.
Lovely lunch
Comfortable seating, friendly atmosphere, staff is very accommodating to english-only diners. Great quality and meal portions for the price. Highly recommend the kale salad.
It s been a long time since I ve been to Pacini, but it was exactly as I remembered. I ate the Caesar salad as a starter, the goat cheese/blue cheese proscuitto penne and an apple crisp for dessert. The pasta was delicious as for the other two dishes, they were good, nothing more. The bread bar was like in the old days! It looks like the same restaurant, but with a more modern decor.
Good experiance
The food is very good and I enjoyed the service. Parking is rather limited.
I have been going to Pacini since I was a child and I have never been disappointed with the service, the good dishes and the bread bar.
Great restaurants very good service food is great super atmosphere.
Had feast for 2. Beef was way too cooked.
Food is always delicious and its great that you can cook your own bread and pick your spreads to make sure its just how you like it and to burn time while waiting for food. Food has always been delicious but heavy and filling which isnt a bad thing. I love that they have options between a big dessert and their mini pot desserts for when you just want something small and sweet after dinner. Atmosphere is clean and nice. They bring a bottle of water to your table so you dont have to constantly ask for refills which is great.
I recently had dinner at Pacini and was very impressed with my experience. The variety of the menu was superb, offering something for everyone. In addition, the presentation of the dishes was neat, and the prices were completely reasonable considering the quality of the dishes served. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, making me feel at home. The service was exceptional, the staff were attentive and friendly. Overall everything was perfect and I highly recommend Pacini Restaurant to anyone looking for excellent food in a pleasant atmosphere.
First time at a Pacini for lunch! Our server was very kind and attentive although it took us a while before he came to see us to order. The food was salty (bacon and potatoes) but other than that I enjoyed it. Beautiful festive atmosphere as another customer celebrated her 50th birthday. Parking: Several parking spaces available
Hadnt been there in years. I have to say that I was disappointed in the food quality. Tried the ravioli and lasagna. I prefer the one I make.
We had a very nice time and the service was excellent. Food was good as usual and the atmosphere was nice.
I had a thoroughly great time here the other night. Above all, I was most impressed with the price. Well def be back, Thx Food
Phew... the dishes are bland, tasteless, and the portions are minimal. Disappointed with my experience, I who previously adored Pacini, I think they have just lost a customer.
The food is excellent, the service as well. I have been eating here for at least 15 years. Only once did I not enjoy my meal and they immediately offered me a different menu item in exchange - the issue was picky me not the item. The bread grill is awesome! Garlic/pesto/regular butter on bread then you crisp it up on the grill. The prices are remarkably reasonable, atmosphere is lively and my entire family adores eating out at Pacini. Kids meal desserts are served in tiny little mason clasp jars. How cool is that! Considering? Just make a reservation.
Exquisite and delicious. Very good service
Impeccable welcome..impeccable service and perfect food
Went for breakfast and it was surprisingly really good. Not too expensive versus last time I went for dinner. I recommend trying Pacini! The bread bar is good as always!
Love this restaurant. The food is delicious, service is excellent. I also like the restaurant style and atmosphere.
Always well received, affordable meals.
The best pizza in town!!
No choice to give just one star for everything... I order a duck confit pizza, which should also have honey, green onions and purple onions, mozzarella, plus extra goat cheese on it. What I got served... A pizza with mozzarella on top and pieces of supposed duck that literally tasted like old, extra dry canned meat. I feel bad enough for complaining that I end up eating a tiny bit of pain and misery by dipping it in my little ones leftover soups. I decide to look for the waiter to inform him of the situation because it is inedible, but by the time he is available, everyone has finished eating. I thought we agreed that it made sense for him to return the pizza, but that I wouldnt order anything else in exchange since dinner was over. When I come to pay, the pizza is on my bill. After stubbornly putting it on they ended up taking it off me. Theres no way its acceptable to bring food with such low standards out of a kitchen and expect people to pay for it. Especially since looking at the tables around, all the duck pizzas looked like that.
Consistently good. Good selection, good service, decent pricing.
Bread bar!
Always impeccable service
Top notch family restaurant.
The Pacini option to end a Friday well! The family-friendly and relaxed atmosphere will make you want to return! A very nice variety of meals, outstanding service & several alcohol-free options! A guaranteed recommendation for this restaurant!!
Its okay and very expensive for lunch.
My favorite Italian restaurant with a welcoming and efficient renovation
Excellent little place.
Thank you for welcoming our group with great professionalism!
A Sunday evening. I had a delicious and special cocktail. The menu has changed. There are many more vegetarian and even vegan offerings. My meal -- Mille-feuille lasagna roasted tomatoes, walnuts and shiitakes -- was refined, very tasty. The service was exceptional.
I used to be a frequent customer before Covid. Loved it but now it is a waste of good money. The food is way over priced and not even good. The lasagna was just awful. So very disappointed.
Always very good service
Its a very good restaurant but dont waste water because you have to pay for the bottle and it costs $7 for a bottle of water the size of a bottle of wine but the food is very good and it There s an all-you-can-eat bread bar!
Excellent meal, impeccable service and Im going back Friday March 22!!!
Charming, courteous and warm service. Excellent food.
What a nice place! The food was excellent, the service was polite and courteous. Always the bread bar, a must... thank you for the good meal!
Good Parking: Good Food : 5/5 |
We booked the meeting room for an event. The waitress was attentive and simply lovely. The food was delicious. Overall, it was a great experience.
The meals we had were not seasoned enough, they lacked taste. The waiter took it for granted that we wanted a bill without asking us, which I found disappointing. Otherwise the atmosphere was pleasant.
Had the chicken breast with the fries, chicken appeared to be be processed chicken, rubbery, veggies undercooked, fries were ok. Just felt like a cafeteria meal, below expectation for the price and prior experience. Had the pesto goat cheese pizza, it was pretty good. Had the apple crisp, was below expectation as well, felt like it was made with canned apples, also cafeteria level food, below expectation for the price and prior experience. Did not feel like 100$ meal Service was ok, so was the ambiance, I did like the couches at the table, although they are getting worn out.
Food and service was amazing! The only complaint I have is the bread bar. Everyone touches the tongs with their hands. How do you know they have washed them lately ?!! Oh and only I bathroom.
Great experience, our server Eliandre was exceptional. Great service, good food.
Always enjoy our Saturday breakfast here. Our server is very friendly and the food is always hot.
Nathalie was our waitress. She gave us excellent service! THANKS!
Nice Valentines surprise
Good service
Yesterday evening was the first time I went to this restaurant. I was initially excited due to their large amount of gluten free options. I wanted a steak, and on the menu it states that if you are gluten free that you can substitute the fries for a salad or more grilled vegetables. But then I saw on a different part of the menu that the parmesan and truffle fries were gluten free.. so I asked our server about it and she said it is except for the seasonings they put on the fries. So I said sure, I ll get that. I get my order and there s no truffle or parmesan on the fries. The server said that the kitchen said it was not gluten free, yet it says it on their menu that it is? I think it s very confusing and I ended up feeling very unwell ever since. If you are gluten free, I would be a bit weary for going to this restaurant.
The lasagna tasted like it was made with a tin of vegetable soup. All meals looked pre-made and were served in oven ready containers. Bread bar was great!
I loved it just that its gotten too expensive for me.
Restaurant Pacini, Boulevard St-Joseph, Gatineau Ambiance: The atmosphere at Pacini is warm and welcoming. Modern decorations add an elegant touch to the place. Service: The staff was attentive and friendly. They provided impeccable service throughout our meal. Cuisine: The dishes were delicious and prepared with care. The fresh pasta was particularly tasty, and the sauces were authentic and well seasoned. The vegetarian options were also excellent. Conclusion: The Pacini restaurant on St-Joseph Boulevard in Gatineau offers a fantastic culinary experience. The combination of a pleasant ambiance, attentive service and delicious dishes makes it a must-visit destination for lovers of Italian cuisine.
To celebrate New Years Day 2024, we had dinner at Pacini in Gatineau. The atmosphere was relaxed and, as usual, the meals were delicious. What is more noteworthy however is the service that Maria provided us that day. The patience she demonstrated given our indecision between the lunch and dinner menus, the different choices of dishes and specials, and the service of our choices was truly exemplary. The service at Pacini is always excellent, but the one Maria gave us that day was an even higher mark. Thanks again!
Always a great pleasure to be served by Élodie, she always offers excellent service!
Excellent service and lunch... Warm and efficient welcome and service! A family event not to be missed...
Best place to eat no matter the time of day. I highly recommend you go there. You will appreciate their excellent service and the quality of the food not to mention their more than affordable prices.
Food was expensive and not high quality. Upsold on lots of plates without being told of cost. Pizza sausages were not good. Took forever to receive our food. Restaurant was cramped and hard to navigate in some places.
This experience was by far one of the worst Ive had at a restaurant. My first time here as well. I ordered the mushroom truffle pizza for $27. In the picture it looked big thick and really good. I got my flat bread no truffle dry pizza. Something that they reheated it seemed. I would be embarrassed to serve it honestly. Prices are ridiculous for what you get. I understand everything is expensive but this pizza was like like a microwave Michelina. Very slow service as well
Make reservations on the weekend! Mediocre food. Well, at least what we had... Caesar salad and lasagna. The salad didnt have dressing or VERY LITTLE. (Realize now, we should have said something.) The lasagna was flat, not very tasty... well, it tasted like tomato sauce. The bread bar is fun!!!! The atmosphere is friendly. Staff are great and attentive!! (Absolutely prefer Naples in Hull for their Italian food & pizza.) Vegetarian options: Plenty of non meat items to choose from Parking: There are plenty of spaces but weekend can be a challenge to find a spot during peak times lol Kid-friendliness: They have a special that if you buy a main dish, a childs meal is 5$. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking at the door, and the door would be wide enough to get in with a wheelchair. Better to call the restaurant though to confirm they could accommodate a wheelchair.
We have been to Pacini 3 times over the last few months to celebrate birthdays and the food, service and atmosphere was always excellent! Julie and Mia, I can t thank you enough for making our events so memorable! We will be back for sure!
Every time I visit Gatineau, we always go to eat at Pacini. The pizza is so good. The servers are friendly and the atmosphere is so warm. Always a great evening at this restaurant. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.
We ate well. With a 3 year old child, the atmosphere is different than between adults. Classic Pacini as found elsewhere in Quebec Kid-friendliness: Wax pencil and placemat offered plus bread bar
We received exceptional service. It was very quick to receive our order and it was really delicious. A big wooow!
Very good, smiling and courteous service! The bread bar is a must
The food was disgusting but the waitress we had was very nice and the private room was good. The price is ridiculous for the quality of the food I wont go back!
Bread bar too much lol Veal meatballs too hard Wheelchair accessibility: Only one reserved parking lot
Bread bar was underwhelming but service was ok to say the least but my pizza cutter was really bad so blunt prob couldnt even slice my hand if I tried
We were heading to Papelli bakery at St.Josephs blvd, after some activies with the kids, but the place was closed and I decided we go here instead. It was our first time there and the place seemed more like fine dining. We were hungry and ended up going anyway! The kids enjoyed the food. Portions were good (not like Dintys big) for comparison but they had supply of bread which seemed unlimited. The boxes for the different bread types were empty probably cause of the timing. We were there at about 8pm and the place closed at 11 according to the directory. I didnt see them getting replaced. Service was good. Unfortunately no pics. I meant it when I said we were hungry
Kid-friendliness: It has a menu for kids but It all comes in regular glass platea and glasees, so it s not very kid friendly. However, the atmosphere is great for kids and the attention is impecable! Food
Very good service by Nellie 13
Easy to find restaurant, on St-Joseph Boulevard, near Riel Boulevard. The hostess at the entrance was smiling and very welcoming. The food there was delicious but somewhat frugal (regarding the main course, in this case, ravioli). The service was slightly messy and especially long (the fact that they make all the dishes for one table at once in the kitchen can be a problem). Our waitress was courteous and had a good sense of humor. The atmosphere was generally pleasant, despite the somewhat disrespectful behavior of some customers near our table (taking up a lot of space and speaking loudly).
Nice atmosphere, good food, good service, to have a good time.
Warm atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent food! We are not lucky enough to have a Pacini that offers lunches in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, it was a must during our stay in Outaouais! I recommend
We had a horrible experience with the food we ordered The steak and shrimp and sausage platter was not fresh at all even the French fries was old and dry . when we went home my husband had food poisoning and almost went to the ER the sausage was horrible We paid $120.00 too expensive for this food and portion. I dont recommend this restaurant at all
The place for an unusual lunch or a dinner in a warm atmosphere. The owners are very welcoming.
Worst dining experience
There were 16 of us & we all agreed... lack of sauce for all the different pasta dishes.
Pizza is delicious and just the right amount of sweetness. And there are free toasts.
Amazing
Good food and great service will be back.
Pacini is a family restaurant with excellent service. Waiters (waitresses) always smiling, the food is very good whether for lunch or dinner or dinner. I recommend going to this restaurant for a very nice atmosphere and good food!
Warm welcome and impeccable service. Delicious lunch! Parking: Ample parking spaces
We attended for a birthday on a busy Saturday. The service was great, which made the night at least a little better. It was so busy that there was constantly a line up for the bread bar. 7-8 minute wait everytime made it so that people started hoarding toasts. The lasagna was ok but defintly a small portion for an adult (and 23$ !). For kids, I would warn parents that there is a huge difference in size between the bunny pizza and peperoni pizza. This did create some conflict amongst kids.. There are better spots for pasta
Good food, great service from Chloé!!
Small, relaxed Wednesday evening dinner, very popular with the well-appointed bread bar. Definitely the nicest Pacini Ive been to date with great food. What more could you ask for for a mid-week outing with the parents!
Very ordinary lasagna... My wife and I had gastric reflux all night...
Service was excellent, food was ok.
However, the toast bar is over rated.
We have been visiting the establishment for almost 30 years. A general public restaurant where we have almost always been well served. The new decor is very successful, it is less cramped than before. The new owners are former employees who have managed to maintain a sense of customer service and who are very present on site. For celiacs, it is good to know that the restaurant offers gluten-free dishes and bread. Dietary restrictions: Several gluten-free dishes
There was no host/hostess at the front, so we waited for a rather cool reception. We are both Anglophone, and I feel that was not received well. We were given 2 French only menus, which I asked politely to see the English menu. I felt that from that point on, the server could care less. She went to every table, and sat another couple behind us before bringing us back menus. I felt like the service was pretty bad, she didnt offer any suggestions, when I asked about a plate, she said she had never served it. She did not greet us by telling us her name, and she did not come by once to inquire whether the food was okay. The food itself was decent and fast, but the service was poor. I work in the customer service industry and this was sub-par. Based on our treatment, we would never come back. Save your money and visit a restaurant where the staff treat you well!
Unpx too fancy for me the food is correct but its not the big deal in short its expensive its taste ske its taste
You cant beat the all you can eat toast. Food off the menu is absolutely some of the best Italian food in the ottawa area. Friendly French staff very well spoken English. Only two English menus so that maybe something to consider if in a large group of non French speakers. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area Dietary restrictions: Keto pasta available Parking: Lots of free parking available Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available in French Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic operators and a ramp
first time ..eggs Benedict were delicious. toast bar unique. Great breakfast place! Service was excellent and attentive! Kid-friendliness: crayons and coloring placemat
No variety in the vegetarian menu.
Quality and authentic product, which gives us excellent cuisine. On the other hand, I found it to be expensive, for what we ate. The staff is affable and available. Parking: Accessible, quite spacious and well cleared of snow Kid-friendliness: This is a family restaurant
