Amazing food, the bbq chicken sub, pizza, wings, curly fry poutine is to die for, everything is so delicious! You can’t go wrong if you’re hungry!
Friendly service, plenty of parking. The pizza wasn't that great compared to mom and pop pizza shops. You could tell it's more of a chain. Still ok tasting pizza , I have yet to try their other menu items.
Great! Big pizza slices and tastes fresh! Was looking for an evening snack and were not disappointed! Keep it up!

Ordered online, took 1h20 to get pizzas. 40mins later than expected time system gave me. Called to asked where was our food and the guy said yeah it's on it's way, but never asked who I was nor my address. Pizza arrived 30mins later and was cold. Honestly, their crust is great, love the taste and they are generous on toppings, but disappointing service. Even for pick up it's never ready, They start making it when you arrive 30-40mins after ordering. 1 ⭐ Follow-up: got a credit for a next order, all went well. New follow-up: 4⭐ this place works really hard to provide great customer service and make sure to fix any mistakes if they happen. Thank you.
I order from this place online about each other month. Aside for one time in about 5 years, it was always high quality. They missed one of the topping in my last order and fixed the issue in a way that exceeded my expectations. I always thought that customer service went down the drain for many businesses since the pandemic but this one kept it up. Not the cheapest pizza but that's okay since the pizzas are great. Easy to order online.
I do not recommend this take out!! We received a pizza with a hair built in the cheese. We called to address the situation, they sent someone back to our home , stating we were lying because none of the cooks had hair, even after we showed him the pizza we kept with the piece of hair. He then told us we wouldn’t be able to have a replacement because we through it out our pizza. He went back to his car to call his manager, brought us back a pizza and told you to never order from there again. i have never been treated like this by customer service. Do not order from here!
I've eaten from 1 of their ottawa locations and was always satisfied. This location however caught me by surprise. 10$ for 2 small over cooked pieces of fish and fries. We gave the rest of 1 piece to the cat and threw out the rest. Presentation was horrible, quality was disgusting. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Posted the pic of what we got and the pic of what is advertised on their site.

I love this pizzeria!! I have been a customer since the opening and we are always well served and welcomed! We usually order pizza, crispy wings and poutine! Dietary restrictions: I asked for half a pizza without sauce for my dietary restrictions and everything went well, I actually received the pizza without sauce.
Very good pizza. The crust is good and also the pizza was not oily. I went back a second time, and the pizza was just as good. So I will go back again and again. The service is excellent too

The food is worth the trip! Small, welcoming restaurant with a wide variety of tasty products, and 5-star value for money. There are a few places inside to eat, while listening to the news. 2 places to eat outside. In downtown Gatineau, Gatineau sector. Large free parking lot. 5 min walk from the Promenades rapibus station. They kept the same style of 1for1 dinners. My favorite tip is the chicken and sc one. BBQ+ can $5. Thanks to the team for the excellent service!
Food is GREAT! BUT, hours are not accurate. On google, says it closes a 9:30PM, went there around 9pm and they were closed. Apparently they close at 6pm . Really disappointed..

In the photo of the menu, it shows slices of bacon, and when I received the pizzas the bacon was like little balls of ham, I was very disappointed. It wasnt worth the price.

When you spend 1 hour 35 minutes waiting for an order for a small pizza and chicken wings, thats where youll know that you shouldnt order, plus the food was cold and the customer service was incompetent. Ps: the restaurant is 5 minutes from my house and there was no reason for the delay

Worst service. Ordered a three topping pizza with no cheese and got cheese. When i called the man who answered the phone basically told me too bad. And missing the dip i ordered. NEVER AGAIN
The pizza is ok but the price is great. My main issue there is that Ive always had problems when ordering a delivery there. Never got exactly what I ordered and the delivery took a lot of time. Though, if you eat there, its very cheap and taste pretty good.

We always get our pizza there. Its not too expensive and is good.
Ordered online and specifically requested to have my order delivered at a certain time. It came an hour early and they messed up the sauces that I wanted. Called them back and they said they will bring it. An hour later still no sauce. Wont order again from them
Ordered on line and I ask for well done and It came not cook enough. Whats the problem with new generation they think it is better to have it faster but not cook enough ???????
The pizza is very good but the service is lousy... You order a take out, you arrive 30 minutes later and they start it even though they tell you its ready in 25 minutes

Was a repeat customer for a while... Called to make a complaint for the first time... Even though many mistakes had been made in the past and pretty much got laughed at on the phone and they offered me a 10$ credit.... So I ended up ordering 10$ worth a sauce with my credit as my wings had no sauce and they refused to send me a batch of fresh wings with the sauce on them... Last time I order there
Love to order there! George is a very nice man who keeps delivering and is always top notch! The place never forgets anything in my order and it usually still hot when it arrives! Would recommend for a quick eat!

The food is usually very good, but one thing Ive noticed is that if the pizza oven is off when you come in the pizza wont cook properly. Ive had difficulty with one of the clerks who didnt seem to understand english or french. It took seemingly ten minutes to get across that I wanted garlic sauce instead of tomato sauce on my pizza while using a variety of english, french and pantomime. This is still my go-to pizza place in Gatineau for value and taste.
