I was there for the first time last night and I was very disappointed, I ordered a flank steak for $40 and I said well done but it was burnt when it was served black and dry and thin I Was disappointed, the leather chairs for two are not comfortable, it hurts the back and there is a transparent window between the tables so its like enough with another family with us and I dont like that at all. We were served the dishes and the waitress did not come back to see us until payment time and it was us who called her for that. The portions for the meat are not really satisfactory, the waitresses are too undressed their skirt is so short that we can see their cellulite and their buttocks especially when we are with our young children it is very inappropriate, In any case it was my first time and I dont think Ill return because me and my wife really wanted a restaurant with good steak but it was a bad surprise. thanks anyway.

Take that pasta off your menu. I used to make that as an 18 year old at 2 am. I though Id never see that again.

Mon amie a pris les linguinies aux fruits de mer. C était bon, mais le goût était malheureusement fade. En tout cas, belle ambiance, bon vin et belle soirée!

Wow, wow, wow! One of the best catering services ever. Really attentive, professional, proactive and attentive staff. Service worthy of what I expected when going to this place. The manager was present and made sure to come and see each table in the middle of dinner to make sure everything was perfect, the servers helping each other and not being idle. The food arrived super quickly and was perfect. I recommend without the slightest hesitation. The food prices are high but worth it, the same goes for the drinks which are still great.

It took 20 minutes before our waitress came to see us. She says she has a beer special but cant offer it to us because were not seated at the bar... then ignores us during the meal we ask her for a glass of water and she doesnt seem happy with the request. At least the tartars were good

Despite good food and good service, I wont go there again. Too much noise, music that was too loud, the screams and laughter of certain customers at the bar spoiled our experience.

We called to make a reservation, the guy put us on hold and forgot us there. We went to the Resto anyway and we took a place on the terrace hoping to keep our small dog with us. They don t accept dogs on the terrace which is so rude. We left. Bad service and not accepting dogs on the terrace is sign of lack of civilization.

This place definitely isn t what it use to be. I have nothing bad to say about the waitress s service, it was great. On the other hand, I brought a DQ cake which needs to be held in a freezer, I specifically said in French that this cannot go in the fridge, has to be in a freezer. When it was time to get the cake, it was served to us completely melted. There s even a cake service fee (which was waved off thankfully). Every person from our group didn t fully enjoy their meal due to the fact everything didn t seem fresh. Unfortunately, I will not be going back..

Great experience like always. A bit tight as there is a LOT of table, and some with chairs that barely fit but once packed it is a great ambiance! Parking: Some don t know how to park which made it somewhat a clusterf. But plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: Kids meal available with drawings. Kids had plenty of fun drawing and playing the labyrinth and words games. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible restroom on first floor.

Good service despite the clearly obligatory outfit (just for the ladies, the men seem to have the right to pants, including the manager who restyled the customers making them uncomfortable by having difficulty pulling his own up) frankly non-functional and moved waitresses. The barely-to-the-point leatherette skirt, we would have done without it and Im glad I didnt bring children because I would have had a hard time justifying the whole thing, especially in 2024. The poor discreetly pulled up their uniform as soon as their hands became free. Unacceptable and shameful. Never here again, even though the waitress was nice and the steak was tasty. The lack of ethics of the management and the awkward manager were enough to take away our appetite. Kid-friendliness: IN NO WAY.

We were seated quickly and the service was prompt. The food came out quick and the service was great and attentive.

I would not return to this restaurant. I was sitting near the kitchen and heard the management speaking very inappropriately to their waitresses. No respect for them. Animals are treated better than them. I even saw a waitress leave crying.

The atmosphere was pleasant. We had three plates of steak and unfortunately all three tasted burnt. I dont understand how a plate of filet mignon costs $52 and if we want a sauce with our steak we have to pay an extra $4. Also, I cannot understand the fact that the restaurant does not sell wine by the glass, but only by the bottle. Finally, when we left the restaurant, there were three employees at the entrance and no one thanked us or wished us a good evening, I find that a lack of professionalism.

I was disappointed the last two times I have eaten here. Poor quality veggies with my underdone steak. This time, I got chicken fajitas, and the tortillas were so tiny you couldnt wrap them. Service was less than adequate. Restaurants want more money for less quality. Hope it changes soon.

We went to take advantage of the Raw Wednesday 2 for 1 promotion. As part of this promotion, dishes like tartares and carpaccios are 2 servings for the price of one. My friend and I enjoyed a beef tartare and a salmon tartare. All accompanied by an excellent wine from their exclusive selection. The dishes were refined, slightly spicy, absolutely delicious. The service was discreet, respectful. Tipping made me happy. A great habit to get into!

We went there around 2pm on a Friday so it wasn t busy at all and the service was fast and reasonable but again it could be because they weren t busy. The interior space is really nice, however when you look up the lighting looks a bit moldy which isn t nice to look at but I guess just don t look up lol. But the main meals were so delicious. We got the fajitas and the steak medium rare with peppercorn sauce and they were both 10/10. The steak was even 11/10 perfect medium rare the spices were paired beautifully and the Sauce topped it off so well even getting the sauce with the fajitas tasted delish. We got the creme brûlée for dessert and it was over cooked and burnt at the top, I wish it could ve gotten remade but the server just took it off our bill which works too I guess. We also got a bottle of wine, Pinot Grigio..nothing crazy it s Pinot Grigio. But overall really good, would recommend and will go again.

The prices are very high --> 3 small shrimps for $15. The food is super good. The vegetable accompaniment instead of fries is mainly composed of potatoes...it was to avoid potatoes that I changed the accompaniment. The music is too loud after 6 p.m., its hard to hear each other...even on Valentines Day. We had excellent service and the food arrived within 5 minutes.

We came for a quick bite after work and had Vanessa as our server. She was great! Was very helpful in suggesting dishes and our food came out fast with her checking in on us frequently. The prices are rather high for the quality of the food. The cooking of my steak was not adequate, but thanks to our waitress Karine who was able to remedy the situation quickly.

It was my first time coming to Houston. Felt like eating a good juicy steak. Honestly this is the place to be. Beautiful looking place with good atmosphere. Great service, our waiter Justin was on point and served us with a great attitude and smile. Im usually a little critique on food. Everything was cooked splendidly,the steak was juicy medium rare as I asked and the vegetables crunchy and well seasoned. This definitely wont be my last time. 5 stars!

Great place for large groups

I attended a large group birthday dinner. We were seated close to the entrance in December so it was really cold- I ate dinner with my winter coat on. Food was small portioned and warm at most, for me; nachos lacked toppings, steak was the warm concern, vegetables were served in a minimal amount, and the Caesar salad was served with only romaine lettuce and Parmesan cheese (no croutons or bacon). I would not recommend this restaurant for a large party event. Parking: No issues with parking

We have been customers of the Houston in Hull for 10 years but yesterday Tuesday December 12th we noticed the new menu while sitting down. What a disappointment!!! There is no longer the tataki which was delicious replaced by the carpaccio which was very ordinary. The Aioli sauce and the drizzle of balsamic oil is delicious but the meat itself is ordinary compared to the tataki which was so much better!!!! Then the famous lime chicken which was one of our favorite starters also disappeared from the menu... Subsequently, they cut the steak menu, leaving only 4 cuts. The best piece is no longer there (The beef rib au jus) So I took a strip steak but my partner makes them just as good on the bbq, nothing special... Not worth the $48 at all. Lets talk about vegetables which have also changed!!! Now they are grilled and dry before they were delicious steamed to perfection! I didnt take any other aside because Ive been so crazy about these vegetables for several years but yesterday once again a disappointment.... We wont go back until the menu changes because its very disappointing for a steak restaurant... The sandwich and taco menu is bigger than the steak menu now. Yet it was supposed to be a restaurant famous for their meats... The service on the other hand was excellent.

We recently went there for a Christmas lunch with a group and it wasnt anything to rave about. We first walked in to be greeted by a manager, he was not very friendly or helpful. Tells us go to back up stairs. Sir its our first time here, he walks 3 -4 steps and says back there. We get upstairs and join the remaining group to place a beverage order maybe 15 min after being seated. Took about another 20 minutes after order for drink to come to our table. The service was not good either. No attention to empty drinks or if wed like water etc. We place our lunch order for food. About 1 hr after it arrived. We had 2 tables, our table had 3 orders of the chicken tacos or wraps that were all burnt. Under cooked steak, tartar was not good. My colleague spoke to waitress to give constructive criticism to maybe improve service being not once did they ask if everything was OK with food and we ate with empty cups. She had the nerve to roll her eyes at us! She replied oh well. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
