Its a nice place, good to watch the hockey game and share a pitcher or two with some friends. For food only tried the nachos and the jalapeno poppers, very very cheesy, if you love cheese then youll probably like it, for my taste too much cheese.

Extremely slow service. 1 waitress for dinner time. I left after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting for the meal and the restaurant was not even at full capacity. If you have time to waste, come here, but Im not coming back...the manager doesnt let me express myself and invites me out. She tries to explain to me that her boyfriend is in the hospital, it s not my problem, if you are not able to offer the service, close it or hire more staff. Restaurant to avoid, go to 138 instead, fast service and better food In response to the owner/managers comment, this statement is completely false...They are not worthy of operating a business! My colleagues mentioned to me that the waitresses had neglected to place the order in their systems/kitchen! You are doing damage control and obviously you are pitying shame on you.

Made reservations and showed up and they were not even open

Very disappointed. This restaurant confirmed my reservation via phone and email on a day they were closed. We had 15 people coming to celebrate my daughters 18th birthday. Not reliable. Edit: I confirmed with staff over the phone on 2 separate occasions (August 30 and August 31) and both times I was reassured that the restaurant would be open on Labour day Monday. Staff should be aware of operation hours. A courtesy call to ensure your cancelation email was well received would have been helpful. Especially considering Id been misinformed twice. The error that occurred on your reservation system was an oversight on my part, absolutely. But I wouldnt recommend shaming or blaming prospective clients for errors within your control. All the best!

Terrible. I received wings so cold that I asked for news. They cooked them again so it wasnt edible. The Tacos were questionable. Really disappointed.

Last night, I ordered a Rouge Lune Burger trio for the first time. It was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten in my life!!! Wow!!! The fries were cooked to perfection and the cheese sticks were melty and crispy. My only downside is that I ordered an extra Pepsi ($4). At this price I was expecting a 710ml bottle or at least a can, but I received my Pepsi as a fountain in a coffee glass. Otherwise, I recommend this restaurant 100%!

The waiter sat us at the table and took our order. We waited for 30 minutes before asking a waitress if we were forgotten. After another 15 minutes of waiting we left. On our way out we ran into the waiter who received our order, who then asked us if we received our food. Edit: I am not sure what the rush time or printer issue had to do with this, the tables around us and the people arriving after us all received their meals except for us.

We had a bad experience here. We were a group of six and we arrived just before 12 on a Thursday. The place was about half full. At 1:40 the first food came out for one of us. 10 minutes later the rest of the food started to appear. One of our group had to go back to work for a meeting before their food came out. While we waited no one offered water or to refill our drinks. I ordered the linguine and paid extra to have chicken added, and it was not added. At the end we asked the waiter to make some sort of accomodation for the long wait and poor service, but when the manager came out, he was unpleasant and refused saying that they were not a fast food place. He was right about that. But there are a few lessons they could learn from well-run service-focused restaurants.

Very convenient place to have dinner before Bluesfest. Parking was $15 right beside it, which is a short walk to the festival. Fries portion (particularly for the fish and chips) was meagre, and they were pretty mediocre. Fish and the spicy burger were tasty though. Servers were both super friendly.

We went for the promotion of $15 beer, burger and fries... after 60 minutes and the hot beers we claimed the food... and they said they had a lot of fuss... and they gave us 1 beer... it took them 30 more minutes to bring the food... the Potatoes arrived cold and not good at all, the burger was very good. So... we finished eating and we were already tired of being there... we ask for the bill and they tell me 51 then when I go to pay it says 61 and I think its my imagination... I leave them 4 dollars as a tip... and when it dawns on me I say eh my receipt and it was 45 plus taxes 51... I demanded that because she charges me 61 and she tells me that she takes 10 dollars as a tip... which is normal... and I tell her that she has taken a double tip and that On this occasion he did not deserve that because of the bad service... In short, it is the best way to keep new customers from coming to the establishment again. Tipping is done when you earn it, not when they have forgotten you for an hour and a half.

Extremely disappointed with the service. We were a group of 6, on dinner time WITH reservation. We were warned that the service was going to be slower and that it would take around 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes. After an hour, the meals were still not at our table, including an appetizer. We had already finished our allotted time for dinner so we left, hungry. They at least pay for our drinks, but its not enough.

Well have to change the staff if they want to stay open!! The ambiance was good and the food looked good, but unfortunately we didnt have time to taste it. After an hour of waiting, I still hadnt received my entry!

We ordered wings for starter and two burgers for main course. After about fifteen minutes the waitress who had taken our order came to warn us that our starter would be ready in a few minutes. A minute later another waitress was walking from table to table with our order of wings inquiring who had ordered wings and she returned to the kitchen with the plate only to suddenly return to drop it off at our table then she was returned to our table with our two hamburgers and placed everything on the table before we even had time to eat a wing each. The girl who took our order came back to our table to apologize, telling us that the kitchen had made a mistake. Cold hamburgers are never very pleasant to eat. I dont think I will return to this establishment one day

Worst experience in a restaurant I had in a while. Ordered fish taco, there was barely any fish in it. Only lettuce and a little bit of sauce. Nothing like the description on the menu. Fries so salty, it felt like I just took a sip right from the ocean. And to add up, it took 1h15 to get our food with the restaurant mostly empty.

So disappointing, first thing waiter said Hi - if we ordered in under two minutes we would get out order in before the BIG table. Talk about rush us .. but we did we ordered nachos to share it took 30 min for these and they were totally cold. Then - it took another 45 minutes for TACOS!! which I believe they shared one piece of fish among three of us. My boss had to leave before food came as it has been 1hr 20 min at this point. Then to check out - machines and their wifi wouldn`t connect and it took another 10 min. LOve how the manager kept just walking around - when he should have put an apron and gloves on and helped out in kitchen.

If I could leave no stars I would, we came to this restaurant for a team lunch. To start the waitress was rude, the food took over 50 mins on Taco Tuesday the majority of our party ordered tacos, when the food came out 4 people didnt receive their food until others were done eating. It was taco Tuesday so I asked for 2 chicken and 1fish that was not allowed. The food was edible, but not tasty. This place is horrible all around, if the waitress had been friendler or the food hadnt taken so long it may have been redeemable, but we got the trifecta of bad, I would recommend avoiding this place.

Terrible service: three servers and none came to receive us. We took a table and no waiter came until we called one. The food was poor: I ordered two chicken tacos and one fish taco. The red peppers in the fish tacos were rotten. Now my stomach hurts.

Visited Gatineau and Rouge Lune Resto-Bar as part of a conference. Our large group from across Canada had made a reservation several weeks ahead. Upon arrival, it became clear the restaurant had not prepared for a large group other than setting a table. While we were the only guests in the facility, yet service was incredibly slow with one staff member both taking orders, serving, AND making drinks for 20+ people. Meals came all at different times, and re-fills were not offered. The staff were sweet and friendly, but very overwhelmed. Check-out was confused and slow. As someone who has experience in the industry, it appeared the restaurant took a large booking but had no staff or plan to serve us - or forgot we were on the books.

Ordered a chicken burrito/wrap. Barely any chicken but it was LOADED with red peppers. Imagine how disgusting it would be to eat a bunch of peppers wrapped in a tortilla. I dont have to imagine it because thats exactly what $20 at this place got me. It was also supposed to have guac but they forgot that.

I can t recommend the hamburgers. I don t know what they use for meat but beef doesn t cook to a light grey colour like what I experienced. The prices were fine and the service good. With only one experience I wouldn t recommend it. It s fine but nothing notable. They do have a good deal at lunch for a beer and sandwich that s good value
