Wanted to take the time to give a shout out to staff at Montanas today. Was treated with such respect, which is not a common occurrence when you live with certain disabilities or have needs when in a public environment environment. From the 1st step in, greated by Maddy, a big smile and instant look of concern for me-in a good way!!! Could see whe was instantly thinking how she can accommodate me and my service dog/mobility aids ect. Her and Calen made sure we were most comfortable and able to be seated where it best fit my needs.. (WOW, so nice and thoughtful!! Without sideways looks or eye rolls!!) then had Karim, serving us.. absolutely delightful and made sure everything was top notch. Seriously best service..and food!! Food was amazing!! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience especially after a medical appointment. Service was good, ribs this time were drier than previous visits. Ordered antojitos expecting the normal ones but got lobster ones instead.

The hostess was nice and showed us to our seat right away. We waited 15-20 min and our server didn t even acknowledge us. The people across from us were also not helped and waiting to pay. Terrible service at this location. Will not return or recommend.

Let me tell ya, this frank fella is the most dashing server I have ever seen. He recommended the beef rib and Frank knows his meats better then anyone else. Frank is a meat lover who works in meat lovers heaven. Will definitely be coming back!

Very disappointing for a steak house. I went for lunch and ordered a sirloin. First, I tried to cut a small piece on the side, it was very hard, so I tried to cut right in the middle, not better. It was so hard to cut it, I looked a the steak knife and wonder it was the problem!!! The meat was too salty, never ate something with so much salt. After 3 bites of burning my tongue with salt and chewing forever, I gave up. I was offered a replacement, but declined. I was given 25% off. Bad experience with the steak. Will never do that again!

Ive been going to Montanas for eons. Since Covid, the food has gotten subpar, but way more expensive. I keep giving them a chance, but I think Im done. Steak was meh. Onion rings like the ones you get frozen from McCain (at best), coleslaw tasted yuck and old. The only part that was okay, was the garden salad, which is hard to mess up.

Very very slow and quality is way way down. We literally waited over an hour and a half for our food. The servers were hiding the whole time. Probably embarrassed of how slow it was. We were actually getting up to leave when the food came out. Cold. The honking rib was so tough. Will never return. Don t waste your time or money. Very very poor.

Our server Laryssa was excellent. We had her before as a sever and was hoping to get her again, and we did! She made our dining experience fun and very enjoyable. As for atmosphere, we would have preferred to have a divide between our table and the one beside us. We were pretty much sitting with the table beside us. Could barely walk between the tables.

I have been ordering the honking beef rip for over 20 years since they use to serve two rips in one order for $17.99. Though they only serve one rip per order now for $35, it s still the best Texas style beef rip in town. I also love the corn bread. If Montana stops serving it I will have to go somewhere else. Please keep it and lower the price. I used to come once a month but now we come to the restaurant only 2-3 times a year. Our server, Tracey who has been there for over 20 years is the best server in town. Very friendly and treats you like a special customer. What a wonderful person.

This place is just great anything with honey chipotle sauce is highly recommended specifically giant beef rib with sauce on the side!

Went out for dinner for mine and my girlfriend s birthday. Food was amazing but above all, our server, Daria was the absolute best! Coming from a couple that likes to go out weekly, her service was by far the best we ve ever had! Highly recommend!!!

Went in last night with a big group of friends, I ordered the chicken tortilla and the spinach dip it was amazing (keep in mind tho the dip ull get is a very small amount). My husband ordered the steak Turf with lobster and was surprised to the size of lobster u receive (very small) and his steak was very cold. Hes not one to complain so we did not say anything. And for the service we got, it was amazing very nice and friendly server.

Servers work as a team. Very attentive. Good food, good settings. I am always the DD. I pay for my first ice tea the rest are covered. Not all do that, but some do. My partner enjoys the night out.

My friend and I went to the Ogilvie Road location. I ordered potato skins and she had a chicken and rice bowl. The food was, as usual, delicious, but what made the dinner even better was our server, Laryssa. She was amazing: super friendly, knowledgable, slightly sarcastic, and an overall great person. My friend and I will definitely be dining there again and we will ask to be seated in Laryssas section.

Restaurant is fine. Problem is the AC. They refinished the floors 8 yrs ago, and when its warm, they are too slippery for servers to work! Really! So they crank up the AC more than necessary! Too cold for me! 8 yrs of salting the floors, using AC and no solution to the slippy floor problem. Amazing!

We had the most wonderful meal tonight, the all you can eat ribs were great and we left happy and full. The only thing that was better than the meal and the celebration was our waitress Laryssa. Honestly the best waitress Ive ever had... Kind, responsive, friendly and on point...wow!

Awesome place to eat. Came here when it not busy, around 3p.m. We got seated quickly and serve quickly. We order starters and let me tell you something. The size of portion is big. There is a lot. When it says it serves for 4. The menu wasnt kidding. I regret it lol couldnt finish my burger cause it was huge. I like where its a lot of food. You do get what you pay for. I used to love this restaurant but the quality of the food is getting bad. I ordered a fish and chips and it was over cooked. It looked like leftover from the weekend. The previous time my steak was way overcooked as well.

Great service. My friends and I enjoyed the Chipotle Fire Cracker burger...it was yummy. Great location as well with lots of free parking available. We visited on a warm and humid summer day; it was nice to stay indoors to enjoy the fully air-conditioned location. Kudos to the chap that served us; amazing service. Cannot order takeout here without having something missing in the order. As this is common we check the order in the car before going home and go back to point out the mistake which takes even more time and there is not much of an apology for their mistakes its more like we are asking for something free as opposed to what was ordered and paid for. The only reason to go there is the food is decent for the price. Wish they learn to use their online order system and pack the orders without missing items.

I received a steak dinner from here asked for medium rare... fries were sqeezed in with the sides ruining those. I got 4 tiny onion rings and a steak that Arrived burnt. Worst steak Ive ever had in my life. Bravo chef !!

My family and I came in around 645-7 for dinner last night. You think its a typical dinner rush time but I was surprised that my server was just running around and seemed very overwhelmed. I felt bad for him, maybe he was new? We were not the only ones waiting to be seen by him and it didnt seem to be that busy honestly. I dont know what happened last night but the manager that was trying to help and seemed frantic as well.

We go to this Montanas regularly. The food is consistently good and it does not matter which server you get, they are all excellent. Everyone knows when we go, if Danny is working, he is our guy, He has trained many of the servers there. He is friendly, charming, witty and personable. We have often told him coming here feels like family to us. I cannot recommend Danny, the staff and the food is this Montanas enough. Five stars all around.
