We were seated quickly but after 30 minutes of no one taking our order we left. We kindly asked someone to take our order on two occasions. There were only 4 or 5 tables of about 10 people total in the restaurant (half of which had received food). Poorly managed restaurant not coming back. Really not spoiled. First and last time Oops poor service no smile And what about the meal? Really not very good bitter taste The eggs were dripping, the sauces were not fresh, the cretons tasted like water. Bacon, no comment, according to me, there was some left over from yesterday. On the other hand, the toast was passable but cold. Sorry just a constructive comment If you want to improve. I was really disappointed Good day

I give one star because zero is not an option! Green ham I ask to have it changed for me. The waitress leaves with my plate, comes back 5 minutes later, the ham is even greener and she gave me back the egg from the first plate so FREEZE! Never!

I went there today to have lunch with my boyfriend. The service really left something to be desired, the waitress took our meal choices and left without saying anything while we had not finished ordering. I ordered a meal with pancakes and French toast and the waitress came to bring it to me without giving me any syrup. She left for a good 15 minutes, when she came back I asked her if I could have some and it took another good 10 minutes before she brought it to me... My boyfriend also had to ask for glasses of water because she never asked us if we wanted drinks. When we were done, I had some things left on my plate so I wanted to have a box to take away. For 25 minutes the waitress was nowhere on the floor, finally it was a bus boy who asked me if I wanted a box. When we arrived at the cash register to pay, the waitress reappeared and made us pay. Having seen that I hadnt left her a tip, she started to complain at me after I had to give her a 15% tip... Really very ordinary as a waitress honestly, it doesnt make me want to go back to this restaurant there.

We were a group of 9 people, I asked the waitress if there was gluten in the potatoes she told me I dont know I told her look Ill get you an omelette and dont put it on the plate which contains gluten!!! I was served an undercooked omelette with a piece of pineapple core to make it hard and a small wedge of orange! I asked for a glass of water twice which I did not receive!!!! And what about the other plate with uncooked eggs!!! Worst place Ive ever been!!! Never again!!!!

Lunch presentation of ordinary dishes, ordinary foods and services can be recommended many other choices of restaurants which offer more for the same price.

Very poor service. Our waitress was hardly present and really didnt have the profile for working in the public. Lots of mistakes. The bacon was like stiff cardboard. But the rest was okay. Im a regular here. The staff has changed a lot over the last few months and its definitely not for the better.

I went for lunch on January 21st I waited 55 minutes and the waitress didnt even come to take my order, the waitress who served in the section where I was a big 0. Im a pretty regular customer of this place! On the other hand, there is usually very good service, this was not the case with this waitress this morning! I was very disappointed

Plenty of table for the amount of space. We were at the back of the restaurant and there was no shortage of coffee, very good service.

The service was not really good I would have liked to have refiled 2 coffees but the waitress was too interested in arguing with her boyfriend my lunch cost me $26 some I wont go back

Good service and beautiful smile. The food was good temperature and well presented. The only downside is that the straw is not changed from plastic to cardboard (I had asked for drinks without a straw, but hey, nothing perfect). The experience was appreciated. A refresh of the premises would be expected.

We went with 2 young children. The host gives us a seat without asking if we need a high chair. Returns to the entrance and sees us sitting with the children on our laps. We wait 5 minutes to finally go get one. She is clean and sleek. We have to wash it ourselves. Meals are not served at the same time. 10 minute intervals. Very disappointing.

An hour later (very long, while other tables that arrived after us are already served), the waitress brings our dishes My partners vegetable casserole contains bacon. My partner pointed this out to him. The waitress replies that it comes like that. So, my partner tells him that there is Hollandaise sauce. So, the waitress, annoyed, goes to look at the neighboring table to realize that she has swapped the plates. She took my partners plate to bring it to the lady who had started eating hers. No explanation. The waitress is being teased by her bosses in front of the customers. Faintness ! I start to eat and my partner receives her plate even though I have almost finished my plate. No excuse, no compensation. We will not return there.

The worst lunch restaurant I saw, the food was not good. Uncooked, unseasoned potato, Creton served directly in the Olymel casseau. Dry bacon. My partner had a chocolate/banana crepe, the chocolate stank, it wasnt edible. Worst restaurant ever for lunch

Arriving at 2:32 p.m. I say for two people, the woman speaks loudly and says to the other employee: is the kitchen closed? Seriously, on the door it says 3:00 p.m. why would the kitchen close at 2:32 p.m. The waitress gave us good table service. And the view is great, given the large number of windows. Ps the plates dont look at all like the photos, which people sometimes post... for the fruit crepes, they dont really get wet on the plate like before, its really disappointing.

Cocktail leaves something to be desired for the price, the food too. The water at the sink comes boiling hot in the bathroom and my boy burned his fingers even though the tap was on the cold water side! In short, not a very good experience at this restaurant, really disappointed.

We went to brunch and it was really not edible. The bacon was dry and cold, it must have been on the stove for hours. The coffee was cold and tasted burnt. There was a dry layer on top of the baked beans. It looked like they had served us an old lunch that had been prepared hours before. The waitress came to see us twice; when she took our order and when she served us our food. We waited 20 minutes for her to come and give us our bill, she never came. We had to get up and pay at the cash register. She made us pay and didnt even say goodbye. In short, not edible, lousy service. I never give bad reviews, but I really recommend it to anyone. To avoid.

Eggsquis Granby is a restaurant that I will no longer frequent since I know that they make the waitresses pay the bill for customers who leave without paying. It really takes some nice TDC to do that!

So the service was ok, the milk in the cafe was curdled. In addition, the cups were very dirty, probably from the day before... A friend of mine found a hair on her plate and it was almost inedible... Another had salad in her salad... in short... avoid

There was an error on my Doordash order. They have confirmed that they made the mistake, but they absolutely do nothing to correct the situation, making it clear to me that it is not their problem and to look elsewhere.

Ordered 1995 breakfast. It was awful. Potatoes were cold and dried out, the bacon was also cold and was more like beef jerky. The beans were inedible. The eggs and the toast was edible. Wont be going back. There are way better options out there.

Terrible wait...we had a poutine which was not great (cold, dry and cheese not too fresh) as a starter. Then we ordered lunches which we cannot comment on since after an hour of waiting we left. Without eating. Great service though!

I had never been there in more than ten years in the region. If I had known, I would have gone there to eat long before! When we arrived, the restaurant was packed with people, but the wait was reasonable. At our table, the waitress was nice, the wait for the meal almost non-existent. Sincerely, pleasantly surprised. We will definitely return, my husband and I.
