We had reservations for a group of 25 people for Easter 5 weeks ago. We had a small private room reserved for us. We took the trouble to call back a few days later to confirm that the reservation had been made. This morning 3 hours before our reservation, we called to revise the reservation slightly downwards: we were then told that we had no reservation! We are in shock, impossible to place ourselves elsewhere. We are told to show up and that we will have to wait until a place becomes available for the 18 people... we call again 5 minutes later to ask if they have another time available, we are told 1 p.m.... So we show up at 1 p.m., we are seated at a table for 16 people, and it is impossible to add chairs because we are so stuck between the bench and the wall. We waited 10 minutes before the server indicated that the small room was free and that we could move around. We asked to speak to the manager; we are sent the assistant manager who does nothing except send us ONE glass of juice for the group... we are then told that the owner did not have time to come see us... We had a 3 year old child and a 100 year old grandmother with us, we ended up eating it was almost 2 p.m.... We left the rest at closing at 3 p.m., even though there was no one left in the restaurant, and the owner never came to see us. This is a great lack of respect from the company and we will not be returning to this restaurant again.

There are no gluten-free meals. We can get by with yogurt and fruit, but no more. For the service is desired. If you want syrup, wait until you have a load of syrup. So Ill give it a 1/2 star, but I cant. Good day

The lunches are excellent! On the other hand, great disappointment during our last 2 visits. Reserved 3 weeks in advance for Mothers Day, our small group was separated into 3 tables. The service was slow but the restaurant was full so we didnt bother. On the other hand, 1 week later we returned there with family and it took 45 minutes to receive our meal, without the waitress even coming back to offer us coffee.

The service is much too fast, you would think you were at Best Buy shopping for a TV and the salesman was breathing down your neck every 3 steps. I barely opened the menu when I was asked 3 times if I had made a choice. People came to us about ten times during the meal to ask us if it was to our liking. Barely the last bite finished, I didnt have time to put my fork down when the table was already cleared. In less than 5 minutes I received the bill, which was combined for both people I was never asked if that was what I wanted. Regarding the food. The smoothie is good but for the price we pay it is very basic. Something is missing. I have the impression that they only put the fruit in the blender or that their mixture is bland. Plus the fruit tastes frozen. The meats of the meal are excellent but the potatoes are without spices and without garnish. They taste like frozen McCain potatoes that were quickly reheated before serving. They have no taste and the texture leaves something to be desired. Its not a bad place, but given the many points I wont go back.

Good service and good lunch. The welcome was great! Several choices of dishes on the menu and the prices are pretty much the same as elsewhere. The only disappointing thing about my plate was that I wish it was real bacon and not the microwave type (thin and stiff). I like that we can sit on benches and mid-bench/chair tables. Otherwise the rest was great! Lots of space near a window and not too far from old Granby. Plenty of parking space.

It is basically a restaurant specializing in lunches. On the other hand, it is open at lunchtime and there are not only lunches.

Unfortunately the service was very slow and the lunch potatoes were not cooked enough. Its really not my habit to give bad comments but I have to admit that I was disappointed with this restaurant for lunch. I worked as a lunch cook for several years and even today it still happens to me, it s my favorite meal to eat in a restaurant. For plates with bacon and egg I found the service very slow. I hope I had a bad day and if I go back it will be better.

Je suis aller déjeuner, et le serveur ne mettait pas son masque!!!, et quand es venu le temps de payer, jai payer argent et il mas remis des 20$,10$, 5$ pour avoir son pourboire ,normalement il nous laisse des 2$ et des 1$( ou lieu du 5$) jai dit au serveur que je navait pas de change, comme je ne laissait pas de pourboire il mas insulter,!!! Je ne retournerai plus jamais la!!

We booked today for Mothers Day. The reservation was taken at the beginning of the week and we were a group of 15. Given that there were a lot of us, we really had to search for a long time before finding a restaurant that accepted reservations. We even called once mid-week to make sure the reservation was good. So we all arrived on time. In line, we hear a woman say that given the traffic, they had decided to operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Without first notifying people with reservations. Which turned out to be quite true because when we spoke to the hostess about our reservations she told us that she had no control over groups that stayed longer so she couldnt guarantee us a place. Finally, after 30 minutes of waiting, they managed to put us all in a room with 3 different tables. We waited 30 minutes before our order was taken. We even asked for orange juice for our 2 year old who was starting to get impatient after asking for it 3 times. Honestly, the experience could have been worse but could very well have been 10 times better! The food was good, like several other lunch restaurants. We understand the difficulty with the lack of staff having, my husband and I, worked in catering. But when customers make a reservation, the restaurant owner must honor the reservation. Either by putting up a sign saying reserve or by notifying the preceding group that a reservation is arriving at X time. We could perhaps return there but it is very likely that we will also find another restaurant.

Unfortunately, bad experience. We asked the waitress her opinion on certain dishes and always got the same answer: I dont know, I havent tasted it. For the rest, she was nice. Burnt bread, bacon in a thousand crumbs, bacon that tastes like water, white potatoes. Thats probably great for some, but its not my style. Thanks all the same.

You arrive with a 7 month old baby, you have to take the baby chair yourself and they place you on the platform and you have to assemble it yourself. You dont know who your PCQ server is because you dont have one assigned. Its really not clear. The waiters shout across the tables to ask other customers if everything is okay instead of going straight to their table. Hairs in a mokaccino, no sorry , no discount. Nothing at all Service in 1 word: REGULAR.

From the outset our waitress informed us that she was new so we gave her chances (lots of chances), but she was friendly. 2 items we wanted on the menu were not available. What really disappointed me was that I ordered scrambled eggs and I received a flat omelette that was way overcooked and then cut into strips. The baked beans tasted like water. The children enjoyed their strawberry waffle and chocolate banana pancakes.
