Rôtisserie St-Hubert in Granby

on November 22 I picked up 2 holiday treats from the car. I ordered and showed up at the delivery window and almost immediately I received my order. $45.88 with tax. Which surprised me. Arriving home at first glance I noticed that my thigh had been fried by the appearance of the skin. Despite everything, the thigh was cold and hardened by frying. The fries were also cold. The other thigh was also cold. I suspect this order was a phone order or something that was not claimed. Because I was served very very quickly. You have to be wary. We didnt eat it all, it was so bad. I invited a friend to share a meal with me and he didnt eat half of his meal. I have never been so disappointed and angry to have chosen St-Hubert. On my first experience with St-Hubs ribs, I was very impressed. Perfectly tender and tasty. I went back 3 weeks later and the magic was no longer there. The meal was bland and I wondered if they were reheated ribs. I will stop suggesting this dish to my friends.

Really disappointed with my meal today. I ordered a poutine with the ribs (+ another meal)... From 1) There was almost no rising side. 2) The pieces looked more like small pieces that were lying around and that they got stuck in them. From 3) I didnt even finish my meal, because it had even better cheese. The taste of the past date in my mouth really lifted my heart... I usually like to eat at St-Hubert. But today was really bad. I find it really a shame to have paid $55 for 2 meals, 1 of which I didnt even eat...

I highly recommend you. Its delicious. Ribs and Chicken Parmigiana.

Weve been going to the drive-thru a few times now; unfortunately it happens that the chicken is really not cooked enough, like this evening; we did not finish our meal.

On nous a immédiatement dit que nous ne pouvions pas être assis.Nous avions dit que nous accepterions 3 tables pour nous répartir.Ils ont quand même dit non, mais ont placé 5 tables après nous de 2 et 4 personnes dorigine blanche.Il s agissait clairement d une discrimination parce que je n étais pas blanche.31 août 2024 14h.

They DONT deserve a ONE star, a lady was mean to my 7 years old son asking him not to eat his McDonalds burger instead of talking to me. Its not at all professional on his part, speaking in an unpleasant way to a child is MORAL HARASSMENT, thank god my son doesnt speak French. Please educate your staff how to be nice to the customers.

Super accueil au bar par Océane qui est souriante et dynamique mais surtout très organisée. Sandra et Sylvie sont les Queens du service à la clientèle. Pas de niaisage, elles offrent un service rapide et très efficace avec un beau sourire. Cest très agréable aller souper au bar malgré la facture salée....On va y retourner cest certain!!

Our waitress was super nice, but at the reception ouf. My little 17 month old girl hung a blind while walking and a waitress came to us stupidly telling us to close because the customers were blinded by the sun... the restaurant was not full but there was a lot of waiting. We were disappointed to be welcomed this way. We even thought about turning around. Dietary restrictions: They have an epipen in case of allergies

I called Granby after a bad experience in Cowansville, which had not delivered the order, time of call 8:20 p.m., time of delivery mans arrival 12 minutes later...the fries taste like old oil, undercooked chicken ...and the salad had a funny taste...I would never recommend Saint Hubert in Granby or Cowansville again!!!

The floor was sticky to the point that my mothers shoes stuck to the floor, the edges of the table were dirty, sticky, salt and pepper shakers dirty. The waitresss response was that it was due to be renovated but its not that old.

Everything was good except for the wanna be bacon that you put on the cesar salad which tasted just like the old burnt chicken oven bottom, but the rest of the meal was perfect!

Do not take into account people with requests

Last night, we ordered lobster rolls at the restaurant, the promotional photo does not represent reality. Bread almost burnt, no taste in the lobster mixture. This was my favorite roll from last year. Very disappointed.

A classic, good service and the choices are interesting.

During the week, service in the bars dining room is slow. Notice to people in a hurry. Meal with just the right taste.

The person who seated us didnt have a smile... On the other hand, our waitress did & very nice! The food was really good! Their st-hub bowl was good! I took it with piripiri. It was worth it. Then the poutines were also delicious. Kid-friendliness: There is a small play area for children!

Souper en famille apprécié de tous. Service rapide et courtois. Le prix, comme partout monte inexorablement de par l inflation, mais on y va juste moins souvent. Ambiance relaxe et une table pour bébé dans la toilette des hommes (et celles des femmes). Je n en ai plus besoin, mais c était toujours apprécié, cette pensée que les hommes aussi changent des couches. ;)

Faites attentions, sils font lerreur doublier votre sauce côte-levé dans votre poutine St-Hubert, ils seront heureux de vous faire un crédit de 2$ seulement. La poutine au coins de ma rue coûte pas 20$ du tout, et en plus ils ont du vrai fromage en grains. Duhamel est un meilleur choix.

Worst service ever had in a St-Hubert. Welcome without a smile, it seemed like we were disturbing. They made us wait 20 minutes even though there were plenty of free seats. Our drinks were probably mixed with water. The chairs were sticky, the table poorly cleaned. In short, worst experience in a St-Hubert. We wont go back there.

The atmosphere was terrible. Kids were running around and we were seated right next to the childrens play area. They were screaming, throwing objects, banging on the windows and no parents were watching. We were ourselves with our children and they never behave like this! Marjorie is really professional and was really helpful with my two children. the FAST and DELICIOUS cuisine go if on Saturdays around 1 a.m. and ask to be served by MARJORIE she will take good care of you ps proud you not in the opinion below PEACE

I really enjoyed my evening. The meal was excellent as was the service. The only thing for me that is a problem is the price. $70 for 2, a table dhôte and a meal without drinks. It is therefore obvious that given my budget, it will be impossible for me to return there for several months.

St-Hubert is no longer what it used to be. I loved this restaurant, but many things have changed there over the past few years. I went to dinner with my family. Despite very light traffic (there were only 4 tables occupied) the waitress seemed overwhelmed. She responded to us with detachment and without enthusiasm. She seemed eager to take our order. The quality of our plates was questionable. The chicken pieces were small and the amounts of fries seem to have diminished over time. I would have liked to order a second drink, but the waitress didn t come back to see us before dessert. Dinner with rather disappointing value for money!

I ordered online asking to be among the last deliveries.... 20 minutes later, I received my order. The delivery man tells me that nothing was said to him on this subject.... I receive my order 20 minutes later... I call back to express my dissatisfaction... I know very well that I am talking to the same girl. .. she tells me: its not me and I cant do anything AND... HANGS UP ON ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Piri-piri breast with an extra $2.95 for sweet potatoes = total $23, and about 10 fries!! Honestly, a real steal! Plus they were soft. I called the restaurant, and the girl told me there was nothing she could do. Last time St-Hubert for us!

After 55 minutes of waiting and in the evening there was no rush, the order arrived cold and very cold. The delivery guy was really sorry and you could see it. I wont start there again.
