We ordered the Holiday box for last Saturday, very good for the whole visit to enjoy. Both the quantity and the taste. Very satisfied with our choice. We will do it again. Thanks to the Normandin team. Jocelyn Jacques.

Poor experience! Never seen before in any other restaurant! We made a reservation well in advance, and when we arrived, we were promised service within 5 minutes by the waitress. That said, we waited 45 minutes WITHOUT ANY SERVICE OR EVEN A LOOK FROM THE STAFF!!! They completely ignored us. We ended up leaving this establishment which was disrespectful to its customers, as this represents a duly unacceptable situation. We strongly suggest that you avoid these dismal places at all costs in order to obtain at least acceptable quality service. I expect to receive food during my visit to a catering establishment.

Would be nice to respect these delivery times, wait 30 minutes for a delivery which ends up being canceled, thank you very much

Very disappointed with my experience. Prices have increased enormously and the quality has not kept pace. My ham and cheese omelette was in fact a large egg pancake on which yellow cheese was added (all melted in the same corner) and sliced ham for a sandwich.. not breakfast ham and this one is not even in the omelette, just sprinkled on top. Also my extra Hollandaise sauce was nothing like a Hollandaise sauce... It tastes like cream of chicken... Also my partner had a fresh fruit crepe. The fruits present were watermelon, honeydew melon and grapes... Hot hot melon is great...

Disappointed with the $20 hamburger menu lack of choice however I like the frozen products to provide excellent

2 hours before being served for a plate of fruit, supposedly started again because of the poached eggs.. yet when the plate arrived they were still poached hard and the toast soggy with butter. Disappointing

We had the crepe with fruit bowl for children. In the photo, it was a beautiful mixed fruit salad. When it arrived, it was only pineapples. Super disappointing. I wouldnt go back.

The service is good until we receive our meal. Once served, the service is non-existent! We had to wait 45 minutes for our bill and our pancake to go. We give Normandin another chance, but its the same scenario every time

The children wanted to eat in a restaurant where there is a play area for them and it totally met their expectations. Their colorful menu is perfect for those who cant read yet and its very quick to receive the meal. It s the most Kids friendly restaurant!

My friends got stomach issues from eating there food they order

Nothing to say for a chain restaurant. I was there for lunch with a group. Courteous service. Breakfast sausages are really good. Celiac bread offer! Nice waitress but on the other hand lousy service, we were there for almost 3 hours and never had a coffee reheater, the waitress never came to make sure everything was fine. And there were few customers on a Friday morning. I went there on a Friday evening 2 weeks before with the same waitress and had no service either...we started with a bottle of wine at 5!. We never asked him again! She came to carry the plates and only came back to pick them up. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

The hostess placed us away from other customers in an empty section, so we waited 25 minutes before the waitress brought us water. Since we had waited 25 minutes, we couldnt order the lunch specials. The waitress forgot to bring us drinks. The food was cold and tasteless.

Restaurant that could be described as family-friendly in that we find families, single people, couples and seniors. Relaxed, always well received, fast and courteous service, varied menu quite traditional for this type of restaurant, good food. Its my father (85 years old) who likes to go there and I accompany him for breakfast (even late in the afternoon) or for dinner. He likes to buy prepared meals that he heats up for his meals. Affectionately, we say that we go out to Ti-Norm: it makes him smile. A sure value! Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian choices (salad, pizza, veggie burger, granola, gluten-free bread) Parking: Large car park, spaces for reduced mobility, drop-off area.

Last time I order from this place. I ordered a bambino pepperoni cheese for my kids with fries. $18.70 plus tax for a bambino. The total of my bill including 18% tip: $32 . I want to believe that times are tough but I find that really exaggerated.

Really not nice waitress, really intense stupid look. Didnt receive what I ordered and the waitress looked at me stupidly and told me that it was me who ordered that. There were 6 of us at the table and they all understood that I had not ordered that. So I told him give me the same, Ill eat it. I didnt feel like she was spitting in it. Pasta was cold. Ive been in the restaurant for 46 minutes...a waiter arrived with the cups of coffee after 33 minutes of waiting. The two grandmas at the next table have been waiting for their pancakes for 50 minutes...I never went back to the Normandin restaurants. And Ill make sure my friends dont come back either. ****update**** We had just two bacon eggs. The half-raw eggs...I counted 9 slices of potatoes and a slice of watermelon from last week, probably, judging the color and smell. I didnt have the stomach to taste the water molon... And, for everything to be successful, payment by Samsung pay was impossible, so I paid with another card: it took 10 minutes, including 5 minutes of waiting next to the cash register until someone realize that I want to pay! That you dont care about the customer service I can understand somewhere, but that you dont want my money, I dont understand that!! Its sad that we cant give zero stars for this bad experience. I wasted an hour and 16 minutes of my life for an ordinary meal and a glass of water...

The staff was super welcoming and accommodating. Our waitress was simply sublime in her service. Our one year old baby was a little noisy and was getting everywhere and when we apologized, she told us that it was a family restaurant and that it was no problem. Superb service, I highly recommend! Kid-friendliness: Presence of a games room. The staff is also very accommodating with children. Varied and complete menus for the little ones.

I had lunch at this restaurant. The waitress places us at a table and as she passes by, she sees on a customers plate that she had two toasts too many. She takes them in her hands saying there was a mistake. Then I have my lunch and when I remove the pineapple that was on the melon I realize that the melon was already eaten. So, my conclusion is that this restaurant recycles food. It wouldnt surprise me if I was the one who got the neighbors toast. Truly unacceptable and disgusting. The waitress offers to change my plate but she brings me back almost the same one. I will never set foot in a Normandy again. I dont recommend it.

The meal was good. The maple table dhôte was a welcome addition and surprise to the menu. The service was good and the atmosphere very good for the place (not too noisy). A good experience except parking. Normally its fine for parking or exiting, especially in the disabled space, even if the spaces are few in number, but here a large pick-up truck parked just behind to wait for its order (no parking zone) and blocked the spaces. We had to wait until, luckily, the car just ahead got out, as we had just sat in the car. Not so bad but it somewhat defeats the pleasure of a good meal...Its a shame. Parking: Normally plenty of space but not many disabled places. Wheelchair accessibility: Access ramp available.

Very disappointed with my lunch, I had to refuse my plate 3 times By putting spices on the potatoes there were some on my egg, my fruit even on my toast The waitress blamed me for not telling her that I didnt want spices, how could I know there would be spices? For the third time we tried this restaurant and walked out. After 45 minutes of waiting, we werent even served a glass of water while waiting. On top of that, waitresses were walking up and down our ally. Then a waitress served a customer who was seated after us.

The service was very courteous and fast, our waitress Kathy was so nice and all the employees were also very courteous. This is the restaurant that we will adapt in the future, plus the plates were beautiful and really good. Congratulations to the whole team!!!

I was looking for an efficient and good restaurant to go to for dinner with my children before a show. We arrived on a Saturday evening, it was almost full, but we hardly waited before being seated. The waitress was very nice and even saved us money by reminding us that our choice could be in the table dhôte for less. The service was quick and the food delicious. I will come back to it.

Saturday morning, December 2, I called to make a reservation for dinner for 2 and I was told for 2 no need, you just have to show up at the entrance without any problem. I arrive in the evening at around 5:50 p.m. and we go home. We arrive at the entrance and ask for a table for 2 and we are asked if we have a reservation and I say no and we are told there are no more places. So I asked to be told this morning that we didnt need a reservation for dinner. I found it quite ordinary to be told 2 different things and it doesnt really make me want to go back there.
