3pm on a Thursday afternoon, restaurant still busy, fast service, the croquettes and fries that I received were so freshly prepared that I came to give a 5 star

Its a Macdonald like all the others. Very busy for a Friday

Impeccable customer service, but often misses things in orders

I am writing this review not for myself but for a friend. He was at the main mecdo in Granby on Saturday September 28, between the hours of 4:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. I give a bad rating, because it just doesnt look good... already that the food has become expensive, can you not eat a piece of the customers food. And I would like him to just go to the doctor and who is looking, to employ them to know who did it, to limit slap him on the finger and make sure that employing him never happens again. Worst place seriously, after 30 minutes not even able to make a MILK SHAKE, in addition, every order they are so incompetent that they dont put the food when theyre ready so om waits so much more. BIG WIN... POOR QUALITY IN GENERAL, DONT GO. In addition, they always talk among themselves without doing anything even though they have plenty of orders

I ordered 3 trio big Macs, a trio double big Mac and a trio wrap... the wrap was not in my order and a big Mac was missing... its great...

Long service but otherwise everything is good

They charged me $30 for 2 trios instead of $23. I called back to get a refund, the manager just offered me a sandwich barely $3 or NOTHING. instead of refunding my $7. Never again . Very poor service for my own money. What you are not able to accept, do not do it to others.

Le pire Mcdonald! Notre commande de trois items (sans les boissons) avait été servie après 30 minutes d attente! Notre numéro de commande n était en plus même pas marqué sur l écran en haut prévu à cet effet. Lorsque notre commande fut prête , il manquait un hamburger et une boulette de viande dans le double burger que nous avions commandé! Et sans parler du personnel .

No but what a bunch of incompetents order from the car.. 40min to get 3 lunch sandwiches without trio.. the breads arrive hard as a rock.. you have to go back inside to ask to make them again.. get done answer that were just going to do 2 again since the last one was well done so they knew that the first 2 were badly done damn!! If only it was the first time... but no it happens 4 times out of 5!! 12 employees behind the counter but there are 8 going around in circles.. We are far from fast food.. Being the owner... I would be ashamed of my restaurant

A good little McDonalds, fairly clean, fast, with smiling staff. Parking: Not a lot of parking but there is ample parking for other stores right next door.

On this JUNE 15, 2024, I was served, at the drive-thru, in English!!! The young girl was unable to speak to me in French, even though it is a right that I have!!!!!! The service just doesnt make you want to go back to this place anymore. The manager should have placed this English girl hidden in the kitchen and left her there, above all! This is very insulting!!!

Very slow and unprofessional service. When it comes to mobile ordering, its amazing how I always have to go back inside for something that doesnt work with my order. One of the worst McDonalds in the region. Without targeting anyone from the store, they dont know how to read. Orders made via the McDonalds application are never correct on arrival. Sorry, but I had to make an official complaint to McDonalds Canada. Its not with a free medium-sized fry that the problem will be solved. I really hope the problem is resolved quickly!

I would like to thank the person at McDonalds named Marc and his teammate who was extremely kind for a very unpleasant situation for us on the day of my 7-year-old daughters birthday and did everything to remedy the situation and allowed my daughter to have a great festive dinner if there would be more people with this good positive and for reassuring me thank you

Finally the return of the classics and me who kept ordering the land and sea and which made me look like an alien. Finally my moment of glory has arrived MC NASTY, LAND AND SEA

Worst service ever, 1/2 hour to receive 3 carafes of coffee that I took the trouble to order 7 hours ago, plus the attendant threw the bag of condiments on the counter, pretty ordinary, well never come back!! !!

9:00 p.m., we went to order our meal at the drive-thru, double quarter pound bacon trio, 6 croquettes and junior chicken trio, everything is going well so far. However, it was upon arriving at the 2nd window that it took 10 minutes before we got our damn meal, when we were waiting, we noticed the employees CHILLING IN FRONT OF THE DRIVE-THROUGH SERVICE and the employees looked at us several times and did not come to see us to give us any news of when our order would be ready. anyway 10 min later, a girl with a red, yellow and black McDonalds jacket with writing on the sleeves and big M on the shoulders, anyway I ask to speak to the floor manager and tells me that its her. so I mention my complaint and explain to him that its not professional to act like that in front of customers without news who are waiting for their orders. she answers me, I DONT KNOW I JUST ARRIVED ON THE FLOOR, I said at this time again to be careful its not correct and we wait for our lunch and we waited a long time without news she answers me, -BIN SA METONAIS!!, and SLAM the window in my face with ZERO professionalism UNPLEASANT TO SEE HOW EMPLOYEES ARE TRAINED IN OUR DAYS. Very lacking in fries and mayonnaise was missing in my junior knowing that I have already worked there, it is very disappointing and unpleasant.

I eat there once in a while to please my son because there is a large childrens play area, its still a good place to have a bite to eat and let the children play. Vegetarian options: They have options for those who are vegetarian or who want a slightly healthier meal Parking: The only thing is its rather hard to find parking there, especially during meal times. Kid-friendliness: children are always happy to eat there while parents can eat there in peace

La commande à lauto nous transfert tous dans le stationnement pour avoir des bons temps de service. On fini par attendre pendant 5-10min dans le stationnement et un autre employés cherches les bonnes voitures qui vont avec les bonnes commandes. Ça fini par créer des erreurs et notre commande fini par être froide quand on la reçoit. Cest vraiment décevant comme service.

We ordered for the whole family at the counter, mentioned the allergies because we are celiac, we were all very sick, its the last time were going there, lousy service, extra 1oz sauce for a big poutine... they once served raw chicken in a sandwich, avoid this unhealthy place!!! Pain and reactions for at least 2 weeks because of illiterate young people who dont care about anything Dietary restrictions: Without gluten we all got very sick
