Very slow drive-thru with incomplete order.

McDonalds, the slowest in town, no common sense, waiting 30 minutes at the drive-thru for only 3 cars!

Dont take the $50 bills!! I had to leave my order at the drive-thru!!

A small Mc Do opposite Lake Boivin. The view is superb but the restaurant is very small. The service is fast and friendly. On the other hand, there is never a milkshake, which is a shame. We will return without hesitation. Parking: Very easy and free parking nearby.

My burger was missing sauce, but overall the food was good. I was served quickly and despite the fact that I was missing an item, the staff gave it to me as soon as I told them Vegetarian options: There are few vegetarian choices, but the possibility is still there, if you want to eat there all the same Parking: There is plenty of parking space, a little far away, but available for McDonalds. It is also located on the edge of the cycle path with spaces for bicycles.

By far the WORST drive-thru of all the McDonalds visited. If they tell you to park in location X to wait for your order, dont go there, you will wait at least 10-15 minutes.

I just asked you for a very large 4 creams you gave me a large one....I ask you to correct your mistake you gave me a very large 4 creams with sugar....I am allergic to sugar.. .. I asked for a double bigmac and I got a single.... your immigrants dont care about the customers and dont understand half of what they said, you are simply incompetent

First time I came here, I would say that it is the most original McDonalds I have visited so far! There isnt a lot of seating available, but all the space has been maximized. I can imagine that when the beautiful summer days are here, the terrace must be popular!

They made my order quickly and efficiently and I received everything I ordered. I really liked my experience. I made a mobile order for outside parking and within a very reasonable time I received everything. Thank you very much to the team at this restaurant, keep up the good work

Courteous employees but we feel the lack of staff. The service was long, despite the hour. It was thirty minutes past twelve. We were there 15 minutes before getting our order.

I went to the drive-thru around 10:30pm and the service was very fast, the employee at the window was smiling and very respectful. My food was piping hot. It was impeccable. Hats off to this great team! Keep it up!

Lack of seating space

35 minutes for a trio of mac croquettes and a trio of fish fillets, they lost our order, I had to go three times to get my fish fillet, fries and cold poutine

Rather correct, as for the wait, the experience and management of the employees must also be taken into account....1 important point to improve....the fries.. outside rush hour are done as needed to avoid it being cold, hard and dry...maybe remind employees

2 times in 2 missing the 2 poutines from order #1 and 2nd order missing the 2 fries its all well and good that door dash credits but it ruins a dinner!

The employees here are completely useless. Last time they put onions in my cheese without onion and lettuce in my junior without lettuce. This time I ordered 10 croquettes with a large fries, telling myself that they wouldnt be stupid enough to miss that... Obviously my large fries were half empty and they only had 9 croquettes in my box of 10.

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. I was served a crispy chicken sandwich instead. Not being familiar with the MacDonalds menu, I was disappointed when I was told that it was their version of a grilled brisket, only to realize at the end that I had not been served that. that I had ordered. I went to the cash register where I was told they were sorry, nothing more... At almost $14 for a trio, I would have appreciated some compensation... they wont blame me again!
