Only when you don’t have a choice

I’ve gone to this A&W many times before and I was always satisfied with my meal, but this time I was quite disappointed. I ordered a beyond meat with no tomato with cheese, and I indeed got what I ordered, but usually, this burger comes with a good amount of pickles and onions, but I only got one onion and one very small pickle in my burger. I consider this A&W to be sub-par to the other restaurants nearby. If you’re craving A&W, I would definetly reccomend the other one 5 minutes away in the mall.
Waiting time at drive was extremely long 15 minutes we were the only car in line and this is what the onion rings looked like , a real joke !
I've always loved A&W burgers, I like their tend toward more natural ingredients... But there was just lettuce and mayonnaise in my chicken burger compared to lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles in the regular hamburgers.
We had the beyond meat (vegetarian) combo and it was satisfying: a good size and tasty burger, fries and root beer. We love their fries and burgers; they’re much better than their competitors. The indoor service was a bit slow because it’s a busy place nearby the Grandby Zoo. Nevertheless, I had a very good experience with the serveur/cashier, Ms. Clarence. She’s very friendly and helpful despite I speak only a little French.
I ordered the new egg chef BLT on English muffin, I received it on a hamburger bun, I asked for it to be changed, I received it so much theres no way it had been redone, they just replaced the bread with a hard old English muffin. Disgusting!
Paid for the cashiers mistakes, thats really not my strong point.

When ordering from the car, we waited 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches, a fries and a slice very slow but still courteous service.

This place is tough so I go there for take out. Each time its very long, a car before me and when it was my turn I waited more than 5 minutes. But hey, the onion rings are the best and everything is very good but if you want Beyond meat youre going to wait and they dont cook it enough so its poorly digestible... The service is always perfect, its just too long

Entrée à travers les poubelles au sol, plancher absolument sale et collant (tu sais quand tes souliers laissent des traces dessus?), toilettes nauséabondes (odeur durine forte), Tables collantes, Machine à ketchup pas fonctionnelle (nous ont remis un tapon de sachets), frites de patates douces pas assaisonnées, frites de patates trop salées. Le burger a sauvé larrêt.
I placed my order and they made me wait 35 minutes to finally tell me that they had deleted my order so I asked for a refund. Mean girl wins if she loses. Very disappointed.

Worst A&W! The drive-thru is forever long. It makes no sense to wait an hour for 2 threesomes... On that note... I dont recommend it, it takes less time to go back and forth to the guardian angel there!

DISGUSTING..COLD AND VERY DRY.. I love A&W and Im a regular customer because Im often on the road.. BUT THIS BRANCH IS COMPLETELY CRAZY ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Even worse than at MardeDonald! I ROYALLY RECOMMEND YOU AGAINST... I went back to tell them and they answered me; Well, you just had to bring it back to us in that time... I have other things to do with my life than turn around just to tell them that they are completely careless about their customers and above all INCOMPETENT!!! IT S UP TO THEIR MANAGER TO DO THAT. It was definitely reheating...in addition to being very DRY AND COLD TOO! IN SHORT..DRAINS!!!
