Food ok, but for the price I would have expected better. Service ishh we will put it on it was a bad evening at least I wish them. The atmosphere was very good, several birthdays were celebrated there. Might revisit their birthday song entrance music Basically it wasnt wow or arkk it was okay

Ive only been there once but I really liked it. Apart from the fact that its a little expensive, the quality is there and we even toast our own bread ourselves with the toppings we want with lots of choice. Which creates a nice little atmosphere of getting up with someone to go toast a little toast. My pasta (penne with duck confit) was very good. They even have a large professional glass space with privacy for groups.

If you go there and see more than 3 groups dont go. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for 3 meals because it passed the priority groups. 1h15 for a mini pizza and pasta is a bit ordinary.

We went to this pacini the week after it opened and were pleasantly surprised. This evening disappointment... after 1 hour we had not received our starters.. I dont know if its due to lack of staff but for a Wednesday.. restaurant quite empty... that has no reason to exist average dinner nothing more.. slow service and we had to repeat a few times that we were still waiting. In short, we are not ready to go back. Especially for a bill of almost $400...

Not great... the food is very average, we asked to change the fries for salad in a $70 dish and that wasnt possible. The dolicis for dessert are tiny and far from exceptional for the price. Fountain drinks were non-carbonated. The restaurant was empty on a Friday evening, and that only half surprises me. Apart from eating bread, I see no point in this restaurant.

The food was not good. Price quality is really not there. Very expensive for what it is. The waitress was nice but nothing more. The poorly cooked steak did not ask if the cooking was correct.

We recently dined at this restaurant with a group of 30 people, and the experience was disappointing due to the service we received. The waitress seemed stressed and unaccommodating, and she even expressed disagreement in serving us, although the owner insisted that she do so. Even more concerning, when it was time to pay the bill, she handed it to the children rather than the parents, and insisted that they had to leave a tip, which was inappropriate and incomprehensible to them . His attitude was not only rude, but also unprofessional, which significantly affected our overall experience.

I went to eat at Paccini this evening with friends for the first time since the banner returned to Granby, and it was delicious. (I ordered a Spaghetti Bologna au gratin). We were warmly welcomed at reception, and we were treated to first-class service from the lovely Andreane L. This waitress was a real gem. Finding that the gratin was a little too dark, she had the kindness to ask me if I wanted to have it redone. I loved my experience, and you can rest assured that I will come back from time to time :)

We had a reservation for 5:00 p.m. When we arrived, the restaurant was practically empty. The restaurant was clean, bright and the general atmosphere throughout the dinner was very peaceful, despite the fact that there were more and more people there. We were seated at a bench (note that the benches are small, the table is not very big either). The service was OK, the person was smiling, however throughout dinner, she did not come to see us, except once, because we accosted her. Another negative point was the fact that we were just starting our starter when they served us the main course. In short, the drinks were good and the food too, the bread bar was clean and well stocked! Nothing to say on that side! I recommend for a one-on-one dinner or a dinner with children or even family (there is a room that you can reserve for a dinner with colleagues or family) Dietary restrictions: There are gluten-free, keto, vegetarian and vegan options.

Despite the excellent atmosphere at Pacini in Granby, the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. The portion of lasagna, smaller than that of the frozen meals, consisted of three small shrimp lost in the dish. The risotto, on the other hand, had an unappetizing texture and the simplistic taste of a hastily prepared dish, vaguely reminiscent of industrial mac and cheese. The linguini with cod, far from fresh, and the supposedly innovative truffle dish had an aftertaste of burnt plastic. For an average price of $30, the portions were paltry, insufficient for a complete meal, even with unlimited starter or bread. The presentation of the dishes was sorely lacking in care. Furthermore, our waitress, who was not very forthcoming, did not inform us that adding extra gratinated pasta would lead to an additional cost on our bill, which borders on dishonesty. The beer selection was limited, and we felt a bit rushed from the obviously impatient waitress. In summary, this first experience at Pacini in Granby was deeply disappointing. The establishment left us hungry and dissuaded us from considering a future meal there. Fortunately, Granby offers many other Italian restaurant options that place more importance on the dining experience offered to their customers.

At Pacin, the pizza is always excellent, firstly because of its soft and thin crust.
