delicious food professional service reasonable prices
This place is incredible and the Italian dishes are not only delicious but they are mouthwatering. I loved the pasta dish with fettuccini and the penne arrabiatte. The chef and cooks did a superb job and the staff is simply friendly and full of smiles. I would definitely go back some day. Price is fair.
My friend ordered coqiulle St Jacque and allowed another friend to have a taste. they both got food poisoning and were extremely Ill. they put plastic water bottles at everyone’s place. If, for some reason, they had to use plastic they could have at least put it in a glass. We would not recommend this restaurant.
Food was decent, but their service needs a serious improvement. One of the servers (a middle aged waitress) was extremely rude to me and my family simply because she didn't like us speaking English (my wife and child are fully bilingual, but we were speaking English amongst ourselves since I don't speak French). The waitress repeatedly insulted us behind our back by making fun of us in conversation with other customers near our table. She probably assumed my wife and child wouldn't understand French well enough to understand what she was saying. The whole experience became disgusting due to the presence of the ill-natured staff. I strongly recommend anglophone to stay far away from this establishment until they improve their service.
Ordered two exact meals, ravioli gorgonzola cream sauce. While my wife's dish was quite tasty, mine was drowning in heavy cream. Three stars for lack of consistency but good ambiance and service.
Great food, great service. Food was a bit slow to arrive for my kids; when it did it was great. One of my kids was raving about giving them 5 stars! Another couldn’t stop eating his pizza.

Terrible service! Visited last week and left without starting the meal. The restaurant management is not open for other cultures and religions and narrow minded at best. Refused to exchange plate that came with pork which was not included in the menu description. Instead accepting the return, the manager argued that "they cannot be held responsible for what the guest does not eat." Will never ever return!!!
Everything was perfect until a service dog came and shook himself next to our table and nuzzled his nose under my arm as he passed.
Food is ok. Making adjustments to dishes is complicated, even dissuasive. The service is courteous but very very long.
Very good restaurant. I really liked the food and the service. Unfortunately they placed us (couple) in a large room with a table of 20 people, a family who were celebrating a birthday party with several children so as soon as they arrived it was very festive and noisy. Luckily we were already towards the end of dinner and we were able to pay and leave quite quickly.
We arrived at 6:30 a.m. and were served at 8:30 a.m. . We didnt go to the Palace which is right next to the restaurant so we were served very last. We were told 3 times that our starters were coming. Didnt get the starters before but after our meal was served. Luckily the food was good. That said, it was not possible to pay by card because nothing worked anymore. In short, we had to pay in cash. Not a very good experience, never again we will go back.

Very ordinary dishes (my gorgonzolla ravioli tasted like Cambell soup), frozen fries, etc. The soup was delicious. Very expensive for poor quality.
There is a pleasant terrace to enjoy simple cuisine with generous portions.

Quiet and friendly place
2024 return 3 people and subsequently as a couple, very good all round, 2023 again for dinner, there were 10 people, everything was: A1, My favorite restaurant. For a relaxed, unhurried and relaxing meal. Food, service, welcome, the attention of the waitresses, the atmosphere, the ambiance. The whole thing. Fresh products. I recommend. Its far from being a fast food restaurant if you like to eat quickly this is not the case. I like to savor and take my time while being Relaxed.
Excellent service The pleasant atmosphere Very ordinary food As a starter, parmesan fondue which didnt taste like parmesan enough Main course, veal escalope which was thick, more of a steak than an escalope, the meat is hard to cut, hard to chew, shouldnt a veal escalope melt in your mouth Spaghetti Bolognese as a decent accompaniment For dessert, pecan pie which looked pale next to St Huberts pecan pie In short, a restaurant to avoid if you want to eat good Italian cuisine.
Good food and good service
Where to start? Perfect atmosphere. They didnt try to overcrowd the place with tables. Room to breathe and we can talk without shouting. Simple but tasteful decor. The food is excellent. The lasagna with bolognese sauce was excellent. The spaghetti carbonara sauce was delicious too. Generous portions. We were even a little sad that we hadnt thought to bring dessert home. The service was on par with the rest. Quickly, we came to see us several times to ensure that everything was perfect. The last time I had such good service was at the ITHQ. I will come back for sure. I gave it 5 stars but for a rare time Im sad that we cant give it 6 out of 5.

Very bad service, the waitress assigned to us never came to see us, it was the other waitresses who served us when it was time to charge I gave $30 in cash for $23 she gave me to steal 3 dollars.

Excellent value for money, table dhôtes at $35 on average, there were 6 of us and they all loved our dishes, perfect service, favorite for young Gabrielle, she was perfect! Parking: Granby city center easy to access

Our group experience was a disaster... Passive-aggressive service, endless waiting times before being served and the dishes were not good at all. Di Carlo has lost his feathers and its a shame. Go your way.

We went to get a pizza there for a change, pizza ready at the scheduled time, hot pizza but phew not great, among the 3 worst pizzas eaten in Granby, plus, expensive.

I have always loved this restaurant... I dont know if they have changed chefs but I have been going back there three times since 2020 and I am disappointed with the dishes and the service of the waitresses... . Seafood pasta...two miniature shrimps that were supposed to be Tiger shrimp...Extremely tough scallop...overcooked...

Disappointment! We went there this weekend. I give 2 especially for the service which was good and the place. We were thinking of going to a real Italian restaurant, but we were disappointed. The Caesar salad was soaked in its sauce, the veal was too thin, only tasted like its tomato sauce, to put it mildly! No finesse on the plate. Unfortunately, its not worth the price paid.
Cesar salad is not romaine salad dipped in Hellman s mayonnaise, for $20 more, it s indecent. My partner and my son were not more satisfied with the escalope and the scallop. Ordinary, tasteless, too expensive, dated decor, bathrooms never renovated since opening. The only positive point: the waitress who does her best to fill in the gaps in the entire restaurant.

Beautiful, intimate place, very attentive staff, excellent service. As for the food... impeccable, everything was excellent, from starter to dessert. The dishes are homemade (even the vinaigrette in my Caesar salad). Its truly exceptional, I highly recommend it.

Really disappointed. After 1:15 we had our first glass of water. 1:45 we had our entry. 2:30 we had our meal. Veal escalope looked like it was made from recomposed meat. Hard as a rock. Caesar salad with synthetic bacon bits, not even real bacon and no cheese. Disappointing for a restaurant that wanted to be upscale and renowned at the time.

One of my favorite restaurants in Granby. We have been going there for several years. Several authentic and unique dishes. The configuration of the dining room gives good privacy. The service is impeccable. Consider at least 1h30 for a table dhôte experience. Also note that the place is dark. These are points that I appreciate, but which might displease others. For a restaurant of this quality, the prices are very affordable.

They are very accommodating, they prepared takeaway meals for us even before opening time. We tried 2 pasta dishes and a pizza and everything was excellent! In addition we received a small dessert for free. Thank you very much, we will come back to encourage you soon!

We have just returned from Di Carlo and honestly, I have rarely been so disappointed with a restaurant. First of all, totally poor customer service. Our waitress was more busy chatting with a table than doing her job. Half the time, it was her colleague who had to come see us, seeing that she was in deep discussion. The restaurant was practically empty and we waited 1 hour to receive a childrens dish, a pasta dish and a pizza. Very ordinary food for the price.

Here are our comments: Decoration: Outdated Service: really too familiar and the waitress is abrupt and uses language not appropriate for this type of restaurant. Food: ordinary. We do not recommend this restaurant. On Sunday night, my husband and I went to this restaurant. Both of us ordered the table d hôte . Below are our comments: Food: just ok Decoration: outdated (new major facelift recommended) Service: too friendly! The waitress was rough and her language was not appropriate for that kind of restaurant. FYI Menu was only available in French and the staff wasn t speaking English. We are not recommending this restaurant.
