It was our first time and last time. Disjointed and slow service, we did not receive a plate to share our dishes. Small bowl Wonton soup for $8 for 3 wontons with no taste Sushi pizza, the worst Ive ever eaten.. no taste, a few pieces of salmon on top and thats it. $200 thrown in the trash. We went to eat at Mc Do afterwards.

The owner gave us wonderful service, very very friendly. The makis were delicious, but quite expensive.

Since the time I passed by without entering, we finally let ourselves be tempted and I confirm that we have no regrets. From soup to dessert, each course was a delight. The service, which was provided by a young waiter (Lee) as well as the owner of the establishment, was on point and took place without pressure. Very sociable and well informed, the team received us like long-time friends. We of course intend to return there often.

Really a great discovery. Super warm welcome. The owner is a charming gentleman who is easy to communicate with and knows how to entertain. Always a nice word for his customers. In short, the best. Were going to go back there. And what can we say about the cuisine: brilliant, good, exquisite, fantastic. In short, 5 stars minimum. We loved it and were going to let people know. Lovely people.

Good little restaurant in the city center. The food was good. Our group was served by the owner of the restaurant who was very nice! The dishes were very hot, they arrived at the table with crackling sounds, it was impressive! There was no sauce with the tempura shrimp though, it was dry. They brought us soy sauce as a sauce. In short, we had a great evening with good wine and good food.

I love sushi. Make it, eat it : And I am extremely disappointed with my sushi order here. The rice is overcooked and tastes old. It doesnt taste fresh at all. Pay $100 for what I received. Its sad.

This evening I tried a new order from doordash. After 1h30 of waiting seeing that nothing was happening, I decided to go to the restaurant! The owner greeted him by claiming to have never received my order, despite me showing him the order form, receipt and application. I recommend never ordering from this restaurant which has a reputation for having extremely long wait times both in the dining room and for delivery. In addition, the owner is extremely unpleasant.

We went to dinner with a couple of friends on 2022-03-05. Well we waited at the door when I finally asked for an answer. I was given my table. The service was very long but after speaking with the owner, we realized that following this pandemic, like several others, staff is scarce. That these people are doing their best, that its Saturday and that Im in good company, that I have wine to keep me hydrated all evening so, I will survive. So after careful consideration, I really liked my experience. The owner is very friendly and it was delicious! Thank you so much!

1st order by dordash for a sushi platter for 2 people, supposedly, 30 sushi for $74!!! With a bonus hair. Not to mention the more than doubtful taste quality, it tasted like oil and without flavor, to be avoided.

There were 2 of us. After an hour and a half of waiting, the preparation of the sushi we had ordered had not yet started, we left without eating. I understand that there was only one person for sushi, but you have to notify customers if you are unable to serve them. First and last time.

Beautiful restaurant, we are very well received, the kindness is there. The dishes are excellent, it is the best Japanese/Asian restaurant I have ever eaten at. Everything is truly homemade and you can feel it. No false notes from the beginning to the end of the meal. Starter, main course, dessert everything is excellent! Even the coffee is super good and its rare in Granby to be able to drink coffee that has flavor. I warmly recommend this restaurant which is really very, very good, very good, more than satisfactory.

Big disappointment this evening. We were loyal customers, but now we will be less tempted to repeat a dining experience at this restaurant. We made a reservation for 6 p.m., for 6 people by phone around 3 p.m. When we showed up at 6 p.m. the owner kindly informed us that he had no room for us. He simply told us he was out and didnt have our reservation. So dear sir, sorry, but you are no longer in our top 5. In the future we will eat elsewhere.

Very good restaurant, the food is delicious. The Won Ton soup is the best, the sushi, the Thai grilled chicken, the succulent OSAKA crispy chicken. To try! The service is a little slow, but lacking in staff like in all restaurants, you get used to it. Make a reservation because it s always full.

Undoubtedly the food is good and quality....a downside the service was very very slow, a wait of 1:30 hours after the order was taken. There are adjustments to be made in the service. I doubt I will go back, it was an unpleasant evening, I am sorry. For the price, the table cutlery, plates and utensils should be of better quality....

We waited around 1 hour between our soup and our sushi.. when the sushi finally arrived, it was bland and small. I understand it was busy but paying $30 for what we received in terms of food and service was disappointing.

There was no one to welcome us. No hostess at the entrance. It took 30 Minutes before someone attended to us 8 people. Another 30 minutes before the starter and soups. The service is terrible and the sushi is downright bad..

If you like sushi, dont go there. Terrible service, no welcome, our soup after an hour and we had to ask for it. Our Sake came back lukewarm and nothing to keep it hot. The worst sushi Ive ever eaten. Even the ones at the IGA counter are better. There will be 8 of us who will never return there.
