Worst Shawarma bowl I ever had. Wet and uncooked rice, pickle tasted bitter and not much chicken. Bad customer service and he just drop my change into his tip bowl. And worst part I drove to a park and no cutlery in my take out bag.
The service really bad. I asked for ketchup and the man told me no because I already have garlic sauce . I told him I would pay and he gave me a look . I gave him 1$ for 4 little pack of ketchup. The food was not good at all. Will never go back . Pricey compared to to Amir and Boustan . Not worth it .
I really like the seasoning of the beef and chicken (usually I feel it’s not seasoned in Boustan nor Amir). Service was nice and a bit of waiting (probably 7mims) but fully understandable cuz the guy was working alone that day
Very helpful lady serving who spoke English(!) explained what the dishes were. Being new to this cuisine, not sure if it's supposed to be served luke-warm? Would have preferred the meat to be hot. The portion sizes were inconsistent given only $1 different in price but the food tasted very good.
Really nice and clean, service is always very friendly. they got way more than just chicken pita's to eat like the kafta Kabob, really dam good. I would suggest to try for sure. I am now a regular =)

Its excellent! Fresh food, consistent menus, generous portions and impeccable cleanliness. The boss is always there and they are very welcoming. Among the half-dozen restaurants of this type in the region, Basha Granby is clearly superior to its competitors.

Administrators have a big challenge to give. Good meal without more. Cleanliness of the place to improve, plastic covers on the benches and they seem to have been there for a long time. Payment area in a mess, in short I will not return.

The employee seemed eager for us to make our choices when we had just arrived. The food was cold and there wasnt even a decent portion of chicken on the shish taouk plate. Big disappointment, we will not go back!
Not fresh humus probably out of date with the sour and sparkling taste it had. Soft and cold potatoes. Chicken skewer, the chicken was raw in the middle. Worst Lebanese restaurant I have ever tasted. Ok its fast food, but its exaggerated. $20 that ended up in the trash. I strongly advise against it and hope that my digestive system can handle the 4 mouthfuls that I swallowed.
I took the shishtaouk plate. The chicken is okay and the rest is not edible.
Lots of salad choices. For me everything is good. Potatoes and garlic sauce are my big hobby!! Very smiling and friendly owners!!!

Unfortunately the meat was full of fat and contained very little meat. Additionally, the cucumbers were cut into huge pieces, which made the dish difficult to enjoy.

Coming from Ottawa where Shawarma is absolutely amazing, this restaurant was a disappointment.There was little to no garlic in their sauce, very little flavour in the other ingredients and left me craving a real shawarma
Disservice! We dont even ask the customer what they want. We also make the customer wait. Even Google promises us a 4-star restaurant. This is far from being the case.

The garlic sauce isnt what it used to be, I dont know when the owners changed but here, its a kind of mixture with ordinary commercial mayo... yuck. The tabbouleh also tastes very strange...
Stopped in on the way to Bromont. Definitely a hidden gem. Shish Taouk was great and takeout portions are very generous! Service very friendly in English and French!

best service I have had. I ordered via doordash. I thought it had bugged after 3 minutes the drivers were on the way I received my order after 10 minutes of having registered it I had it in hand and my plate was overflowing I have never seen that. We ate a half-dry meal, the potatoes were wet and molten, when we arrived at the scene we noticed that some of the dishes in the display were mixed with pieces of other dishes which must have fallen into each other. others..... First experience and last for us! This is by far the worst Lebanese food we have eaten! Very disappointing !
Very not recommended 1 I took the poutine trio a little over $15 with drink included at the time To pay for the locker say that we change the prices without displaying it on the screen and without a drink Which was extra when it was displayed when I paid the amount was rounded when I paid With credit card they just went to another restaurant.

The quality of the food is bad, the potatoes are dry, its a shame at the beginning its a good restaurant but the frequent change of food and the number of spices on the chicken... when I visited the chicken was yellow
Good food. Be sure to check your invoice carefully. I took 2 pitas and they charged me for two trio pitas.
Rice was hard and uncooked. Both meats (chicken and beef) had a funky smell and didnt taste very good. Would not go back.

Our team went to dinner in the car near our site and received a very friendly and warm welcome from the owners and very friendly courtesy. The restaurant is very clean and up to date. As for the food, we all found it super good, plus its very nutritious and the portions are quite generous. The atmosphere is very friendly.

Its new ones are good to be careful those who dont like to eat it.. the potatoes are not sprinkled on the mall..it fills the plates. There is a normal side is your vegetarian. Is the price its good.
