Restaurant redesigned and renovated with modern and warm decor by the owners of Attelier Archibald! Super welcoming staff! I tried 5 ready-made take-out meals and it really saves me during the week. It s so good compared to factory-made boxes like Goodfood or Factor. Well done!!

Super good spaghetti but for the old ones who loved delicatessen, you will be disappointed with the portions being reduced by half and the price having doubled. The portions are never the same every time. The waitress never came to see us to give us coffee or ask us if everything was okay for a restaurant that wasnt too busy. The bill is for the small plate of spaghetti.

Nothing to do with, Our delicacies....if you think youll find the taste again (despite the 1965 recipe..I think..nothing to See!) sorry, not the oregano pizza....NO, we wont go back there again ,unless Nick or Michels recipe comes back...1965!

They were closed for a while because they sold out. They are now the Deli. I call to see if they are open they say yes you can come. We go there, we drove 1h30 to get there and to be asked if we have a reservation, we say no and the young girl who is new and not experienced tells us oh well its just reservations this evening... What? But, we are only 2 people....we called before coming from an hour and a half away.....you said yes we are open you can come, she never mentioned that it was by reservation only, otherwise, well, I would have booked it... when we get there, we get kicked out like that? Plus we took the trouble to call ahead to ask. Really very disappointing and not professional at all. So for us, the Déli is over.

Reopening since Wednesday November 6 with the new owners, I ordered a smoke meat spaghetti: damn, they changed the sauce recipe, thats a no no, plus you have to scratch to find the smoke meat and the quantity of spégatte to decrease, WHY CHANGE, WHY, everyone around me said the same thing, believe me the new owners were informed via the waitresses, to be continued!!!!

The benches are small but we have been told that improvements are coming. Portions are small for the price. The pizza is a small for $19.95. The Caesar salad is a bowl for $19.95. It was good. In conclusion, we will probably return there but rarely.

The portions of pizza are very small, we ordered a pesto pizza from the starter menu at $17, it was ridiculous in size. The other pizzas on the regular menu are good, but still a little small for the price. The pasta dishes are good but a little too salty. The day we went most cocktails were not available. There is potential, but a lot of adjustment to be made.

A new owner, everything is renewed, beautiful, clean, lovely welcome and service...very good overall, delicious gratinated onion soup/smoked meat, pizza..

Dans restaurant specializes in smoked meat but if you want to enjoy a really good pizza, order a special Délicatessen. Its an all dress with spaghetti sauce and smoked meat, its the best in town.

Its still so good Good home cooking where almost everything is made on site. Possibility of buying sauces etc A big downside, however, is the poor quality and freshness of good air conditioning (it is very hot inside this restaurant which could be unpleasant.

The young girl who served us was very nice and was in no way responsible for my dissatisfaction. My friend was served a good 15 minutes before me. His hot chicken was barely warm in the middle. My Hamburger was good but also lukewarm. I definitely wont go back there. There is no shortage of restaurants in Granby.... I will go elsewhere next time!

At Delicatessen its the place for the best pizza in town, lasagna, smoke meat, poutine, top quality food, just a step back in time with the decor, but with the welcome, everything is ticking! !!

Worst service ever. A rude owner. Seriously wait 2h30 before getting a plate and the children are served last... Its ordinary! We asked for a drink to compensate for the wait and they said yes but charged us. (and no! it wasnt a mistake, we mentioned it to him and he replied, we dont give anything free here). Lots of errors in orders and not to mention all the products on the menu which were unavailable. I do not recommend this restaurant. He is an owner who does not care about his employees or his customers. But go and experience yourself and come and add your comments

Extremely disappointed with my experience, me who when I come back to Granby to visit family, I only think about coming to eat at this restaurant whose quality I have often praised etc... Unfortunately it will have been my last time! Spending almost 3 hours there, terribly slow and disorderly service... Yes, we were a group but we had notified in advance! Being told by the owner that he couldnt do anything for us when we had been waiting for 2 hours, clearly no worries from his customers (his livelihood) and his employees... No compensation offered, mistakes to be made in addition end up in the meals and on the bills (overloaded, not received the childrens desserts included in their meal...) In addition, threatening one of his most loyal customers to bar him from the place because the latter, our group, told him it was a real disservice... My family and I will not return to this restaurant and do not recommend it! (There were 38 of us in the group, oufffff thats a lot of people lost and their knowledge etc... Having worked in restaurants for a long time, 1 unhappy customer is several fewer...)

like my family laurianne and karine we write bad service and agree 100% with eu. yes yes I have been a customer for over 40 years and I have brought a lot of customers there. I went to talk to the owner to talk to him about the problem. HE ANSWERED ME THAT CANT DO ANYTHING WHICH IS SORRY. I CONTINUE TO TELL HIM THAT ITS NOT NORMAL TO WAIT 2-2H30 TO GET OUR PLATE AND THE OWNER ACKNOWLEDGED IM GOING TO KICK YOU FROM THE RESTAURANT. A GREAT LACK OF RESPECT ON THE PART OF THE OWNER ENDED UP I GIVE ZERO ZERO STARS

The pizza sauce cant be found anywhere else, the best in town! You have to go beyond the decor which is stuck in the 70s and 80s, and appreciate the taste of the food prepared! More often than not, we have them prepared and taken home. Always good service from Micheal!

Je ne sais pas si nous sommes tomber sur une mauvaise soiree... ou sils ont changer de cuisinier? Habituellement la meilleur lasagne en ville...mais les legumes goutaient lhuile, la sauce goutait rien... meme chose pour le spagetti... sur 8 personnes, seulement la personne qui a prit le smokemeet a manger son assiette! Arrivé au restaurent, nous étions accueilli avec le sourire. Même si nous avons fait une commande pour emporter, le caissier nous a invité à nous assoir et il nous a servi des verres deau. Il a même jaser un peu avec nous. La clientèle semble fidèle. La pizza était généreuse, bonne et elle pesait lourd. On an a eu pour notre argent. Délicatessen à Granny est un incontournable.

Too expensive for what it is. Really cheap gratinated garlic bread and too watery pizza with too thin a crust. Really disappointing sauce. Very smelly toilet. Incredible waitress service though. It was courteous, friendly and fast. I clearly wasnt going back there.

We used to go there often because the taste and portions were excellent but this evening, 2023-04-09, one of us had a pizza/Poutine combo and there was nothing on his pizza, overcooked crust, and neither the neither the server nor the owner did anything. And the taste has changed a lot, a lot less storage on the pizza otherwise dice. For us it s over!!!

Classic delicatessen, it revives the images of the 80s. Decent food, price a little too expensive. Anemic pizza-poutine portion but the poutine is good.

Order to take away. Sandwich only smockmeat. Syboulot at least 3 inches of smockmeat. EXCELLENT! fast and courteous service. Im definitely going back :)

Ils sont capable de la meilleure pizza en ville mais pas capable d y mettre des ingrédients frais en tout temps. La dernière fois qu on a mangé une pizza, les champignons étaient noir tellement c était pas frais. Le genre que si j avais ça dans mon frigo ça irait direct à la poubelle. On a été amèrement déçu et n y retourneront pas non plus.

Best smoked meat spaghetti in the region....

Rice and chicken accompaniment. That chicken was horrible, dry. Three different dishes of food and all three were terrible. They served us old food, on a Friday at 3 in the afternoon the toasted bread on the Caesar salad was old. I will never go there again in my life.

Hello this restaurant banned us for a simple reason All this for a review on his chicken rice which already had soy sauce without us knowing it but the service and clean

After covid we couldnt wait to find this restaurant again, we really missed it, renowned for the best smoked meat sandwich, it is really very excellent and what about the pizza or Italian poutine with smoked meat, the service was perfect as well as the welcome from the owner which I find a shame they are closed Monday and Tuesday like many restaurants so I highly recommend this restaurant and we have a guaranteed return and a big thank you to the whole team once again. Honestly the worst restaurant we have eaten at so far! The lasagna was tasteless, a meat sauce that tasted like water. The Caesar salad dressing had a very pronounced garlic taste!! Not to mention the worst which was the famous pizza... pizza with a ball of minced meat in the center and slices of yellow kraft cheese on top with the bonus of mushrooms, peppers and bacon cut only in half... it was make yourself sick just looking at our order I strongly advise against it!!

For a quick midday lunch, I should have had the smoked meat but I opted for a very dry grilled chicken meal salad, not very good! next time I take the specialty, service ok.

Good food but service too slow. Waited 45m for a pizza. The waitress never came back to see us after bringing the pizza. And I had to get up 20m for her to see that we were finished. It should renovate, especially the toilets because they smell very bad and change most of the waitresses.

Best pizza in town. I love take out but on the other hand to have dinner there on a Sunday evening.... I came across a waitress in her fifties who wasnt worth a damn.... I had to get up to get some sugar with my coffee since she was doing other tasks and didnt wait when I called her and she wasnt making rounds of her customers....And my beer that I wanted as an aperitif arrived at the same time as my meal. ...or after 25 minutes lol
