Not edible. The worst pizza Ive ever eaten

Restaurant fermé. Jai passé ma commande en ligne. Nul part cétait indiqué que cétait fermé définitivement. Jai même reçu deux courriels de confirmation que ma commande était reçue. Jai attendu plus dune heure, jai appelé, sans réponse. Et jai fouillé sur internet et jai vu un commentaire su Google dune personne qui a vécu la même affaire que moi.

The restaurant is permanently closed, but nothing indicates this on the internet... we waited unnecessarily for our order, what a lack of respect! Aaaaarrrgggghhhh!

Barely 15 fries in my dish. Shameful plate, very poor service

The pizza was good. No one at the entrance had to go to the back where the counter is located and finally someone came out of the kitchen to answer us. We were told to know where we wanted. After placing our order we were brought our drinks. To get straws we had to get up and wait for someone to notice us to ask for them. When our pizza was brought to us, things were missing. To get butter I had to go back to the back and waited at least 2 minutes before anyone came out of the kitchen. The place is not suitable for disabled people. There is a small step at the entrance that I caught my feet on. The bathroom is not suitable for a person with reduced mobility. You can barely enter the bathroom where there are two small cubicles. The bathroom floor was so sticky I wondered if my shoes would get stuck. There was soap to wash your hands but no paper to wipe them. If I had gone to the bathroom before ordering I probably would have gone back out and eaten elsewhere.

The shawarma tasted a bit like wood, I got cancer but the poster from Paris was very nice.

I never thought I would eat chicken that tastes like wood, but the Paris poster is very nice

in a pizza all garnished normally you dont have mushrooms in the pizza its ordinary delivery service number 1

I order 2 deluxe 12 inches and receive 2 all dress with practically nothing on them. When I received the order I thought the boxes were empty because they were so light. I called to say there was an error on the order and they said it will be credited to the next order a big $5

Just a shame not to be able to see the menu on the site when the restaurant is closed. We wanted to look into ordering for a group the next day and we couldnt.

I received my sub cold and without sauce, I called them and just offered them a $2 credit. I wanted them to re-make my meal to make it hot with the sauce or to take back their food and reimburse me, but they refused. It was either wait for the sauce and for the meal to be ice cold or a $2 credit. Anything their service!!! I am going to file a complaint with consumer protection.

The taste is not the same on weekends and during the week. Sometimes super good and well stocked but other times there s nothing on it. Fast delivery and friendly delivery man but the opening hours on Google are not good.

Wow, I am disappointed with your behavior after having paid an additional $20 to your delivery person for an invoice of $35.65 and my boyfriend did not understand the exact amount and gave him $60 because he heard $55. He comes back into the house I ask him where my exchange is, he says he has to pay for everything. We called the restaurant back, told them the situation and told them to return at least $10 on it, after which they told us that the Old delivery man didnt get $60 and they cut off the phone sad behavior on your part

Honestly.... I had a gratin lasagna delivered that came with garlic bread.... its the worst Ive eaten in my life and obviously the bread was not the ...20$ for a disgusting lasagna and I still cant believe it

Terrible poutine. Heres her look when picking her up at a take-out 7 minutes drive away. Poor quality/quantity of pizza toppings. I wont go back there.

Cold pasta without sauce, ultra dry garlic bread I dont recommend this place at all. A shame to charge the price for the poor quality of the product. I will never order from this place again.

Here is my opinion, I ordered a pizza with modifications due to food intolerances, first delivery, no modification of ingredients. I called again to mention the error no problem we will replace your pizza, guess what the second one still incorrect (different error LoL) Follow-up with the restaurant, no return call. Their pizzas are really excellent but the customer service is lousy. Summary: if you have no restrictions this is the place, if not move on to the next one, you can find just as good with better service for less expensive on a street corner.

Its a shame, the pizza is good and the staff is friendly... but there are ALWAYS errors in our orders. Either something is missing, or they dont follow the requested changes, or they have the wrong type of pizza altogether. Last time we got a cheese pizza instead of Hawaiian (dont judge me, I have a family with weird tastes). The other time before I asked to be careful when ordering, specifying that they always forgot to remove the mushrooms... we still received a pizza with mushrooms. Delivery is fast, but I would happily wait 10 minutes more to receive a correct and complete order! Next time we will go there to check the order before leaving with it. And if we dont have time well just order elsewhere.

They changed owners and since then the service is really bad, errors on top of errors and if not an error then its bad service and the food has been downgraded in quality I went in there twice, they have fish and the aquarium is in no way maintained, you cant even see the piece of decor in the middle of the aquarium, not to mention that you feel it at the funeral home and you could hear a fly steal, theres lots of paper scattered all over the tables honestly, a big ZERO since the new owner, going from my favorite restaurant I ordered every week, now I hate it because the service is mediocre

Very disappointing...we ordered a seafood pizza expecting to eat seafood, and all we received was a white sauce and mushroom pizza. Frankly for the high price, its anything but acceptable. Furthermore, when we contacted the restaurant they told us, in a non-catchy tone, that just this once they would give us a $5 discount . The pizza costs $32.50 very disappointed, they provide lousy and poor service to their customers.

We always ordered our pizzas from Pizza Granby until today. Now its over we will no longer order from them. Our pizzas have always been great, except last time, my partners pizza was charred, we were offered a $3 credit. Today we ordered again and the same thing happened, when my partner called we were told that it wasnt their fault since their pizzas were already cooked? Then they hung up on us.

We went after a show, around 10 p.m., on a Friday night. We ordered a deluxe pizza and an appetizer starter (2 wings, 2 croquettes, 2 cheese sticks and a fries). The server was really very friendly and attentive. The food arrived quickly. The cheese sticks were delicious, really! The fries are excellent when you like a good fry from the local restaurant that tastes like good wt potatoes that are fried to perfection. The pizza was absolutely delicious. We believe they have a real pizza oven, it tasted like wood fire. 10/10 for a good local restaurant!

Fries really dry and bland, I ordered a chicken sandwich as a trio and they could have made the effort to add a little sauce with the fries and the chicken in my sandwich was dry and the sauce inside tasted water with garlic

Error in our order upon delivery. Ok, mistakes happen, it s understandable. On the other hand, when we called to tell them of the error, the girl who answered was really stupid and told us that that was what we had ordered (even though it was wrong, we had the invoice as proof). After calling a second time, still the same tone from another server. Disappointed.

Best pizza Ive ordered in a long time in Granby. The prices are very affordable and the quality is excellent. Very good service and fast delivery. I recommend the deluxe and seafood pizza. I will recommend without hesitation.

The worst experience of my life I ordered 3 plates of dough and it cost me $100 it was marked that the second plate is 50% off and that I have the right to fries and a liquor with it my never give my 50% by saying that we are obliged to mention it but it is written or its your discounts why it would be up to me to tell you to put it its not supposed to be done automatically no I didnt even have the right to have a liquor and whats more he forgot my fries when I called to get them he was supposed to bring them back to me and I waited until closing I liked no delivery man came to bring them to me seriously his sur 100% that I recommend it more it makes me feel solid

An onion ring was missing from our last order and we were told no problem we will give you a credit for your next order but today we placed an order and we were told no we have no credit for your name. They just lost a customer

Today we ordered two 18-inch Quebec pizzas according to the menu for $32 according to the menu. When we received the pizza, it cost us $55 without taxes. We called to understand this difference and the manager explained to us that there was indeed an error in the menu and that we should go see the menu on Facebook to get the correct prices. Furthermore, this difference is not mentioned on the phone. He explains to us that he cant do anything for us even if its a mistake on their part. Then we noticed that our pizza was missing our extra bacon and the person in the kitchen refused to believe us. We had to send a photo in order to prove our point. After a hectic phone call we obtained a credit for the extra bacon not present. In short, they lost good customers with this poor collaboration.

Very disappointed with the experience. We ordered two extra large pizzas with some topping modifications. We relied on the prices displayed on their new paper menus. When the delivery man arrives, he tells us a price much higher than the price displayed. We called the restaurant to ask them to explain what they are spending and/or receive a refund of the difference. Nothing. The manager didnt want to know anything, even though they told us to check their prices online or on Facebook before ordering. Also, the cashier never said the amount to pay when ordering Also, there was an error on our order. They charged us the extras, but it wasnt on our pizza... They even asked us to send them a photo of our pizza to prove to them that the bacon was missing!!! We will never order from this restaurant again. Signed: 7 clients.

Poor service. After placing our telephone order for delivery, we received our two 18-inch pizzas. It was only after the delivery man left that we noticed a price error. We therefore called to understand the error and see what they could do to compensate. It was the manager who made us understand that their menu distributed throughout the city contained a price error on the 18-inch Quebec pizzas of $18. Although we explained that it was impossible for us to know that it was not the correct price on their leaflet (since we did not receive this information either when we called to take our order), this manager told us said it was obvious it was a mistake and we should have known. Unresponsive to customers and unable to get compensation for their mistake, we hung up. Then we noticed that there was a mistake on one of our pizzas as well. We had asked for extra bacon (which we were charged for), but unfortunately, no bacon on this pizza. We then called the restaurant again and were asked for proof by sending a photo of the pizza. We were made to feel like liars. They finally agreed to give us a credit of $7.48 after receiving this said proof. We will definitely use this credit on a tiny order and never go back again. Unfortunately for them, they lost a total of ten customers.

Truly the best pizza in town! Their stuffed crust is delicious and they are very generous with the ingredients. Also the poutine is amazing. Exactly how poutine is supposed to be!

It was good when it opened, but since then, it has deteriorated enormously in terms of the quality of the pizza.

The pizza was super good and so was the poutine. Very quiet and not very busy when we went there. A little expensive, an 8-point pizza with 2 large Poutine and a drink cost us $78 and thats before tip. And not a lot of choice on the menu in the dining room but a lot more choice for take-out and couldnt order the choices for take-out, for example a starter.

It could be edible !! I ordered a club and it just tasted like frozen bacon fat and my spaghetti is disgusting, it just tastes like canned tomato paste !!! Medpizza was much better, please close this restaurant.

I stopped by to eat after my hiking and seriously the food was incredibly good the kebab dish and the Mexican pizza was beyond my expectations better than the big name pizzaria or shistaouk worth the detour seriously

I have always loved their poutine even two months ago they were super good but for the last two weeks I dont know whats going on but I noticed that the quality of the fries has gone down and in addition in the last two weeks I have ordered three times and the three times (in addition to the fries of less good quality than usual) some of the fries were raw. Please sort this out because you make the best poutine but now I find they are no longer edible. THANKS.

First time at the restaurant and I dont regret anything. Small restaurant specializing in take out but with very good quality food. The deluxe pizza is excellent, the pizza dough melts in your mouth and also very well garnished.. just as good the next day for dinner. The owner was very welcoming and made us taste her specialty Turkish kebab meat, which was also very delicious. The staff is very nice too. THANKS.
