If i could i would put a zero star just because my pizza just didn’t come and when i called to ask where is my food all i got was “ it should be there” and hang up

Service was great. They also had plates and utensils for take-away. Pizza was good, I just wasn’t a huge fan of the BBQ CHICKEN. Had too much onions…but my kids loved the Pepperoni Pizza.
The pizza was cold, dry and the dough was like eating a dry piece of bread, I can't even eat more of this pizza. The poutine was half cooked and not enough of sauce. A large pizza and a small poutine cost me $46, I will never consider going to that restaurant ever again.
Good evening. I'm very shocked by your pizzas! Exactly a week ago ordered small 4 pizzas. They were delicious lots of toppings and sauce was added! I was very pleased! Today ordered the same 4 pizzas, but with different flavors. I have a shock! Twice sealed packaging, little filling in most one dough (I paid money for the dough, for flour one? ) And worst of all this after the pizza gives the taste of pepper! I have all the tongue of the peak. I could not finish the pizza until the end! The question to the institution where were these little 4 pizzas, what does the tongue bake from them?
Salvatoré Pizza...its my favorite pizza...really and 100%! <3 the staff is great and its always so good!!!
ordered a pizza at lunchtime, paid by credit card, called me back 1 hour later to tell me that she didnt have a delivery person, so no pizza for me even if she was paid, told me that she would reimburse me within the day, 4 days later. still not resolved, quite ordinary service, for my part not acceptable,

Insane customer service!!! Salvatore de Granby is not very hot! Ive been waiting for my pizza for 3 hours, I called to complain after 1 hour, it was far from being prepared, well done!!! My last 3 orders were like that, I gave it another chance but now its very very over for me Salvatore
For delivery 2 hours is way too much I should have made my own pizza Disappointing Its always too long for delivery there They give you an approximate time and in the end it always takes longer
Is it normal to see a delivery man with a can of Budweiser while driving because I was in the light and I saw a delivery man drinking this beer as if it was ok TF!!!!

Vraiment déçue, jai commandé à 2h20 de laprès midi et jai reçue mes pizzas à 4h05... je nai jamais dû attendre aussi longtemps, elles étaient rendu tièdes. Jai appelé et on ma dit quils allouent 1h à 1h45 pour le temps dune commande ce qui est absurde si tu vends de la pizza fraîche ....je nai même pas appelé lors de lheure de pointe, très très décevant !

We waited over an hour for delivery. The food was cold, the pizza tasted like cardboard and the donut bites were dry. The delivery people were friendly, but we are clearly not satisfied with the rest unfortunately.

Order placed online at 6:41 p.m., it is currently 8:20 p.m. still nothing received... it is Wednesday evening and the order is a small pizza and a poutine... when I call I am told 10 minutes of waiting before the delivery man arrives but 30 minutes later still nothing! 2 hours of waiting Total rubbish!

Extremely efficient customer service, more than 1.5 hours of waiting for my delivery, I call the restaurant another 15 minutes of waiting on the phone to ask whats going on with my order. I am told she will be there in 20 minutes, I wait 20,25,30 minutes, I call back. Another 15 minutes of waiting, I lose my patience a little (I think its normal after more than 2 hours of waiting) I speak with the lady she tells me sir I have more than 200 customers we are currently breaking records .. ok, but when will my pizza arrive? I ask for a discount since I consider that 2 hours of waiting is completely unacceptable, I am told that they do not give discounts and that it is up to me to be patient. As a result, Ive been waiting for my pizza for 2.5 hours now, Im currently cooking grill cheese for my wife who is pregnant and my 3 year old daughter. I cant wait to see the delivery mans face when I refuse the delivery. Hell get 2 free pizzas for himself I guess.
More than 1:30 later, no delivery received! Order at 6:15 p.m., its 7:50 p.m. and nothing received. 2 calls at 6:50 p.m. and 7:20 p.m., each time we are told that it is in progress.. and it is 7:50 p.m., nothing received yet.

I placed an order online around 6:14 p.m. My order had to go to my home. 5 minutes later, I found myself by chance near the Granby restaurant where I had made my order. I went inside to see if she was ready yet. While I was waiting, I saw that the kitchen was messy, but what struck me the most was an employee in his forties who was yelling at his co-workers by throwing pizza pans on the shelves. I finally left the restaurant and returned to wait for the pizza at home. Around 7:15 p.m. I called to find out where she had gone. I am informed that it has just come out of the oven. Finally I called a second time around 8:20 p.m. to cancel the order, because I still had not received it. My partner called another pizzeria around 8:30 p.m. and the pizza arrived 15 minutes later.
Very good quality pizza for the price. This is probably my favorite fast food pizza.
Thursday passed 2:56 hrs before receiving 2 pizzas that tasted like the cardboard box. Well done supposed pizza champions. Never again.

This was our first experience at Salvatoré and the experience was beyond our expectations. We had heard that the service was good, but it really exceeded our expectations. The beautiful smiles of everyone, both at the counter and in the kitchen, and the friendliness of the employees really made our evening. We come from Montreal and we were going through Granby to get back but damn there are no more Salvatoré on the island!

I ordered two pizzas at 6 a.m., the wrong order (poutine, etc.) was delivered to me at 7:40 a.m. so I called to be told that he would deliver my correct order as quickly as possible, because I had already waited more than 1 hour 30 minutes. My order finally arrived at 8:15 a.m. with items missing!! I called to complain and was told the boss would call me the next day, obviously I received no call! Im really disappointed, disappointed with the customer service. Next time I will order elsewhere.
Order at 10:14 p.m., wait 1 hour 45 minutes, call the branch to see if it happens, the person says that the delivery man left 10 minutes ago.. finally never received our delivery after 2 hours 30 minutes of waiting. Amazing

Big thumbs up to Pierre the delivery man. By far their best delivery person. Always on time, place the order on the check mark and he doesnt spend 20 minutes looking for your address. Always in a good mood even in the big rush. One of the reasons why we order from Salvat.

Je suis aller pour une commande en personne, première fois que jy allais de cette manière, je nai pas eu de service avant presque 30 minutes et jétais en avant du comptoir. Après avoir pris ma commande, il a fallut 20 min dattente. Meilleur service client il y a 3 ans je nai pas de misère a le croire..... Il ne sont plus au top du service clients aujourdhui...
