Cantine Chez Richard in Granby

Refuses to give me my fries which I paid for with my plate of gyro (They forgot). Forget my forks for takeout. Not very clean.

I was really craving lasagna, while comparing the menus on DoorDash I came across the lasagna from the canteen at Richards, which had the best price. The lasagna arrived at my house super quickly, in less than 20 minutes, the meal was hot, delicious and as a bonus a gratinated garlic baguette!!! Excellent value for money. This was my first order but it wont be my last!

This evening I am ordering as usual: ALL Dress extra onions, surprise natural Pizza and yes extra onions. I contact them to inform them of the error = wouff nasty surprise the error is on my part when ordering. However, I have never ordered anything other than all dress. No opening on their part. I inform them that I am not returning the order, but I inform them of the error. No reception from them even an aggressive attitude = Never again and I will inform those around me

Delivery, terrible white meat club sandwich, not good at all, zero tomatoes and it wasnt bacon...I dont know what it was...my partners spaghetti was passable but nothing more...I do not refer this restaurant to anyone!!!

A friend ordered a pizza last week. He places 3 to 4 orders per week with Richard and he told me that everything has always been correct but not world famous lets say. But when the delivery guy left, he opened the pizza box and saw a large rusty screw in the topping. He had a reaction of disgust and threw the whole thing in the trash...it cost him $33 with tip. He didnt want to make a complaint but I told myself that I would make one because not only is it extremely negligent on the part of the canteen employees but it could also have been very dangerous if he did. had ingested without seeing her first. You can imagine that the Richard canteen is over for life. No but how can this happen in a clean and well-maintained kitchen, Ill let you guess the state of the place, that says a lot I think.... deplorable I told him to order from the Au ptit hollow canteen a the place....in my opinion its the best canteen in town and the quantity is really generous....

Quite disappointed... weve ordered 3-4 times and weve had the same remark the portions have clearly decreased, and few fries in the poutine. Im not the type to post opinions, especially negative ones, but now its starting to get boring. Very disappointed, we really liked ordering here, it was good, and well stocked. Were going to find another place unfortunately.

Richard hot dog not recommended! In the photo of the menu you can clearly see that the hot dog is filled with ground meat when in reality there is very little and they add fries to fill the hot dog and when I called they said it was is normal and the quantities are standard. On the menu description there is no mention of fries in these hit dogs. Very disappointing after-sales service.

Visited for the first time on Thursday April 18, 2024 around 4:00 p.m. Once the pizza was returned to our table, we pointed out to the owner that it was not very hot. He was suddenly very offended by pointing out that I had seen that it came out of the oven. (I doubt it was already prepared and cold out of the fridge, so maybe the cooking time should have been longer) He didnt even offer to check this one. I am 76 years old and I know how to recognize a pizza that is not hot enough, I have eaten others before and I was very polite in pointing out this situation and we were the only customers at that time. First time I order from this restaurant and it will be the last...I order the special pizza and fries.. first my order arrives cold...the pizza has just enough sauce for a mouse loll...the pepperoni phew which he had practically none...and worst of all he charged me $6 in delivery costs without even telling me...and to say that pizza becco is near us...I would have had my lesson!!

I confirmed the price with the telephone attendant regarding my order for delivery, price listed on advertisement at the post office. Much higher amount upon delivery. Worst service ever... I went there with my mother, my 2 year old son and my partner. After 2 minutes we were there, the man at the cash register stupidly told me that my son was making too much noise and that no able to endure this since his depression I apologize and tell him I cant tie him up the man makes me look stupid... so I decided to cancel my order and leave I dont have a restaurant if you cant tolerate noise...

My girlfriend and her family have often ordered their pizza and fries special. I wanted to taste it despite the fact that everyone was telling me that they had changed and that it was far from being good for a few months. My pizza had a hint of sauce and definitely not enough pepperoni. Its a shame because before, everyone told me how good and cheap it was.

New attempt 2023-09-11 I was tempted by an offer for a 14 pizza + medium fries. What a bad choice! Disappointment again. The fries are cold. As for the pizza, there was a big lack of flavor despite an extra garlic request, although Im not sure there was any. The pizza dough is tough and flavorless. Only the sauce brings us a little satisfaction, when there is any...! Prices for extras are on average double the price of some competitors. My son called to order a large spaghetti au gratin with extra sauce and extra meat. The person on the phone broke his French and didnt listen at all to what he was saying. A little expensive for the style. Everything is just okay. Except the lasagna sauce, so sweet almost inedible. 2 months later, we had 2 club sandwiches delivered for $40!!!!... Dry bread, dry chicken... Another deal on the fairly average menu too.

I ordered pizza and a poutine asking for half all dress and half peperoni but not too difficult I received half all dress and half mushrooms and peperoni I hate mushrooms so dont eat it but my husband said the crust was not good too thick the rest very ordinary according to him does not result in a good pizza. Jai commandé un smoked meat car la photo était appétissante. Tsé normalement un smoked meat c´est 2 tranches de pain pis bin d´la viande. J´ai donc fait part au cuisinier de mon insulte face à son sandwich et il m´a montré la portion individuelle emballée qu´il nous sert. Pour 19$ je me suis fait fourré en tab...sais pas pourquoi, il était insulté que je déchire son menu pour emporter.

Order received: the big price ($42 for ONE pizza, fries and liquor) but clearly a cheap 2 for 1 place pizza. single row of peperroni, cheese stretched to the maximum with mushrooms and peppers sliced so thin that you can see through it. Really, I just cant believe how cheap it has become. Farewell at Richards, we had a very nice dinner thanks to you but its a thing of the past now... Plus, the original invoice has disappeared!
