Pitiful!! Its been exactly 2 hours since I ordered and nothing received. About an hour ago I called, receptionist told me its gone and there Im waiting to return it on board. I ordered elsewhere and never again!! $35 in a vacuum because I ordered online.

I support the young lady who was alone to do all the work. She was super professional and super smiling despite everything! Good job! More employers like her!

The club sandwich was soggy and limp. We found a hair in the poutine. In addition to the price paid for these two meals... its disappointing.

Je demeure à 2 minutes de la cantine, malgré ça, ma dernière commande est arrivé 1h15 après avoir été commandé. Aucun rabais ne ma été accordé donc jai appris ma leçon. Dommage car la pizza, poutine et sous-marin sont excellent.

CANTINE LA GRANDE GEULE I was a loyal customer But Im not anymore! VERY Bad customer service! We left a lot of luck but this goes beyond the limits. After several orders that arrived incorrectly, yesterday we experienced the final straw! Order made at 7:45 p.m. Waiting 1h15 !!! We call back and it s closed! So no Order We call back today. After 1 hour of waiting, the delivery finally arrives. We are asking for compensation for yesterdays mishap! IM DENIED ANY ACCOMODATION! We just had to call before closing last night according to the person in charge!!! As if we had the opening hours tattooed on our chest!!!

Disappointing, very poor service! We ordered the pizza 2 hours in advance on the website, but when we went to pick it up 5 minutes before the scheduled time, it was already cold. When we arrived there, we noticed that it was not the right pizza. We asked if we could change it, but were told that unfortunately nothing could be done. Unable to speak to the manager, he refused to speak to us. Plus, we asked for no mushrooms and the pizza was full of them. When pizza costs $50, it s disappointing to be shown the door like this. We were good customers, but this was the last time.

Ive ordered several times and each time it arrives cold and the pizza is undercooked.

its usually really good except that it depends on which team is in the kitchen because its really not the same when its the cook with a beard.....very disappointed with my last visit when you have a rag made twice without onion and it always comes back with onions and also soaked in mayonnaise....

If you have the idea of taking a roll dont expect much in it, I would like to believe that the prices have increased but Frankly its hard to serve that to customers.

Je commande là depuis un moment, leurs sous-marin sont très bon et la pizza est correct! Je reçois un sous-marin aujourdhui et la portion est grandement réduite (petit pain, la portion de frite minuscule...)! Jappelle pour passer le commentaire, le propriétaire se donne des excuses et est juste désagréable! Franchement déçu et je vais y penser à 2 fois avant de refaire affaire avec eux!

My comment concerns the Granby branch. 2nd time they made a mistake in my order. The first time I asked for a bacon poutine, but ultimately no bacon. Well I was too hungry to mess around with that and it happens. This time, a fry with no sauce and 2 bills which became 1 bill. I called to report it and finally I had the choice between 1 credit associated with my telephone number, 1 hour of waiting to have another fries with sauce or going and getting another one. I suggested that a delivery man bring me a cup of sauce at the same time as another delivery, but its too complicated I thus learned as I had never made a delivery, I couldnt understand the logistics of bringing a small cup of sauce with other orders. And that I probably had a lack of empathy towards the other customers who had also been waiting for an hour or more. I live not very far from the canteen. About 7 minutes. I didnt want the VIP service, I didnt want to travel, and I didnt want to wait another hour. With the receptionists very unfriendly attitude, I preferred not to have credit and never to do business with this place again. It cost me $3 to learn that the service would be consistently bad. There are several other places that offer better service and there is no shortage of good poutines in town.

This was our last order from this restaurant. We placed an order online at 5:30 p.m. 6:30 p.m.: with no news, we call, our order is gone. 6:45 p.m.: with no news we phone, our order has still left. 7:00 p.m.: with no news, we called, we were told that they had just received our order... they were going to prepare it... We spoke with the boss who was also not very customer service oriented. This puts the blame on the online application...SO why, telling us that our order was on its way...We would have appreciated an understanding, a discount, a refund, etc.... Once the delivery arrived...the delivery man asked to pay when we paid online and a liquor was missing... 7:24 p.m.... order received incomplete! Wow what a service...

Best club Ive eaten at possibly in life. The chicken is tender and juicy and the homemade Grande Gueule sauce is succulent. The poutine is impeccable. Sweet fries and tasty cheese a real delight.

The lack of staff in no way justifies the lack of professionalism. The prices are clearly exaggerated considering the quantity and quality of the food. Only the pizzas and fries (too limited quantities) are excellent but almost everything else is bad.

Poor service. We ordered 3 times. 1st time, we received the wrong order. 2nd and 3rd time, after an interminable wait (for 2 poutines), we called to find out what was going on and they hadnt seen our order.. Very frustrating.

The cooks lick their fingers after handling the fries... disgusting! Filthy floor. Net for their beard that does not cover the hair.....

I give 1 star because I cannot give 0 everything is cold not cold fret poutine not edible as regular as Italian hot dog was served to us plain bread sausage that s it...spaghetti pasta not cooked hard as in the packaging of the grocery store...submarine dry meat...the pizza passable but once again crispy no sauce first and last time...the only thing that was good was the bottled apple juice all for a nice bill of $100.66
