Best pizza we ate in Granby, by far! Comparable to Pizzeria Jacques Cartier on the South Shore, and Chez Normand in Waterloo. The poutine is also excellent, and the service is courteous. We cant wait for you to deliver to St-Alphonse-de-Granby!

A good little unifying canteen restaurant with plenty of space and friendly cooks. It was a friends party and the guy at the cash register took the microphone and sang happy birthday with us, a really nice atmosphere. Fast service.

It used to be my favorite brisket in Granby but not anymore. They changed the sauce, there is almost no cheese and the fries are often undercooked. It has also become very expensive compared to before. In 2019 the large poutine was $11 taxes included now it is almost $20. I know there is inflation but an increase of more than 40% is excessive in my opinion. Positive points: excellent pizza and friendly staff

If you like all-dressed pizza with lots of pepperoni and pizza dough with holes in the crust, this is the place in Granby!

Very good pizza we took the Québécoise which is supposed to have extra cheese but in my opinion there was no extra... I would have liked it better if it was just not written.

Today May 24. Very disappointed with customer service. The guy who responds very stupidly and almost calls me stupid for the menu choices. Dont want to deliver if its not under $20. I went to Ptit Creux on a Sunday at 5:30 p.m. and it was very crowded but the service was polite and fast, their size of fries/poutine is gigantic; my average Poutine Extra Fromage was excellent and garnished! The cheese underneath and on top was perfect! The Ptit Creux burger was also really good. Great canteen

I find it quite ordinary that the cashier herself decides to give herself 10% tips by using the machine in my place... twice this month

Surprised by the size of the dining room. Excellent for fast food. I know why the parking lot is always full! Parking: Sometimes you have to park on the street!

Fresh products, fast, courteous service

I ordered two 8 inch pizzas. Very fast service, that said. The pizza was FAR FROM 8 . The crust itself was like a good 3 and the pizza was not great. Otherwise the rest was OK (poutine and other). Call customer service or the manager to speak to me. A little arrogant and a lot defensive. I would have liked a little more compassion and better communication knowing that I called with good intention. First and last time unfortunately :/

Nothing wow, but it was okay. The burger was really small compared to what I eat elsewhere. It looks more like a McDonalds cheez. The poutine sauce would be considered bland according to my taste and comparable. Positive point, a queue of 10 people before our order and we were served in 12 minutes max. Several seats and everything was very clean. The lady at the checkout was very friendly. Not sure I would go back.

If you have a dinner party and you dont want to cook...O PTIT CREUX...is ideal for feeding your gang at a good price. They serve in the canteen like when I was young, the fries are excellent and they always put a large quantity with your order, the poutines are very popular and very good and generous, and what about the pizza, the prices are displayed for 2 pizzas...you want an 8-10-12-14-16 ....always in pairs and very good if you want to feed your army, this is the place for a feast without worrying ruined. Everything is very good and they are very courteous. For example a small poutine and I had enough for my big hunger..$7.65......really cheap and it is very good...lots of it. cheese ! So if youre in Granby and you have an army to feed, this is the perfect place to eat well at a low price! VERY GOOD!!!

Too slow!!! 1 average poutine, just ok, 1 limp hot dog with too many condiments and 1 hamburger that is too small and tasteless for a 25 minute wait. My children are very disappointed and so am I. You have lost 1 family and relatives because I spread my discontent.

Super good food and the people who work there are friendly. The only downside is when we call to have an order prepared, we have to queue in the same queue as those who order directly on site, so if there are a lot of people our food is already ready and is not not very hot anymore.

Great canteen! Everything is excellent! The fries are really good. Take a smaller size than you think. The petite$ fries share very well between 3 or 4 people. The toppings on the pizzas are REALLY very generous. The staff is always smiling. I think I would be ready to say that it has become my favorite canteen in town Vegetarian options: Poutine, Veggie pizza

Unable to use water. They blocked access to the water. They have to buy water. So long live Ben stuff Bedaine, McDonalds, Subway or other fast food.

I ask for a 12 inch pizza, so I pay for a 12 inch, Ill have to take our measuring tape, normally my senses dont deceive me, I even told the girl at the checkout that I found it small twice. turned a deaf ear and the guy who makes the fries told me, its a 12 inch box so its a 12 inch, but why is it smaller than the box, I couldnt wait to measure it the house, indeed I was right, 1 1/2 pcs were missing. The best canteen in town!!! Delicious . I rate 99.9% the only point to improve is the size of the hamburgers but otherwise everything is perfect!!! You should add a slightly bigger hamburger to the menu for burger lovers!!! Note that this is according to my tastes and takes absolutely nothing away from the ultra-fast service and everything else!!! I strongly recommend!!!

Bon service rapide mais la j ai été très decu j ai commandé 2 guedille pour en avoir été dans le milieu de la restauration rapide des guedille ses pas juste avec du chou ..ses salade tomate ognion chou et surtout de la mayonnaise la c était chou 2mini morceau de tomate et sans mayonnaise juste la vinaigrette de la salade de chou ..pas très bon.

La déco est formidable, les employés sont chaleureux, la nourriture est exemplaire. Un endroit où aller si vous ne voulez pas vous ruiner et en avoir pour votre argent. Je recommande fortement la poutine bacon, elle est époustouflante. Par contre je vous avertis davance quelle est très salée, donc si vous avez déjà fait des pierres aux reins ne vous y frotter pas.

Order a large poutine and there was only sauce for a small one, to finally call to let me know and tell me that they will send back a cup of sauce.... my poutine will be cold when it arrives give moo a credit for my next purchase but unfortunately its impossible.... too bad I really liked going there but they lost a customer for a few dollars

Hello, I am writing to you as part of my secondary 5 chemistry class to ask you ecologically. It turns out that you serve your poutine in polystyrene. Indeed, even if it is recyclable, it is only 17% recycled here in Quebec, because it does not bring in enough money since it is too light (it can contain up to 95% of air!) and moving air is not profitable compared to the cost of transportation. Ultimately these dishes end up in the trash and pollute as much as non-recyclable plastic. Until new technology appears, I would advise you to use cardboard dishes, because even if we cannot put them in the recycling when they have soaked in fat, we can still put them in the brown bin instead of in the trash.
