We had 2 medium poutine fajitas. We were disappointed. The taste was average and very little sour cream. The sour cream was on top and stuck to the top of the lid. We will not repeat this dish! Not at all like our memory! However the service was ok, the young girl was friendly.

We ordered a gluten-free family meat poutine. $52 Their oil was due and the meat was overcooked, It stank of old oil and everything was black . 10 minutes on the phone to obtain credit, because we are on the opposite side of town with 3 children, so go back to get another one in the old oil no thank you!! Not even sure well use the credit. P.s. Update****I am celiac, since dinner yesterday, I have been full of inflammation and sick as a dog DON T TRUST!!! They hire young people who know nothing about allergies, very dangerous!!!!

We were regulars at KETO poutines...but for some time the turnip fries have been BURNED...I spoke to the owner about it and he did it again with a worse solution than the first experience...then no news.... were going to make it at home....too bad I had to share because at the price we pay we deserve a poutine on the mark...whats pale in the photos is the chicken and the bacon...

Owner so nice, polite and helpful! Perfect for Mrs. and Mr. with the 2 communicating restaurants (Planète Poutine and Thai Wakame and sushi). Too bad we dont live in the area, we would always be there. Lots of choice and good quality of food. I recommend it to you.

Chicken in poutines made from mini balls of fried pasta with a very small piece of meat inside!! Losing points because of the supplier is not always great!

Usually, the service is very fast and the poutine is good. My last visit was painful. More than 30 minutes to wait for a poutine. I hope my next visit will be better.

It is a beautiful, clean and well-maintained little restaurant.

The service was really slow. Should have had 3 employees instead of 2. The place was clean, but for some reason it didnt offer refills with a fountain drink. Its so simple as offering another glass for a refill. In short, they kept their price but you just get less for your money. For food, the onion rings were good. It had a nice crunch and a slight onion flavor. Unfortunately, there was some cross contamination, as several of my onion rings had some sort of extremely spicy powder in them that ruined the dish. For the poutine, we should note that the potatoes were fresh and the cheese was correct. The sauce was absolutely horrible. It had a burning aftertaste. Its as if the sauce has been made for 2 days and kept reheating every day. Plus, they added too much, the fries were literally bathed in sauce. If your trademark is poutine, I dont think you can afford to offer poutine of this quality. The competition definitely offers a higher quality poutine at the same price.

I waited a little over 25 minutes to receive my order of 2 poutines, AFTER ordering. Much too slow, because the staff was busy processing orders for delivery. To the owner: if you are not able to have a sufficient number of employees to meet demand (we understand that there is a shortage) make a choice, either you only do delivery or only orders in person. This is just unpleasant for customers and for employees too. Its so frustrating to walk into an almost empty fast food restaurant and wait that long. At least if we see a long line, we can choose to skip our turn if we dont have time.

Going to the restaurant this afternoon around 1:15 p.m., (Monday August 2) very slow and poor quality service, is where the former employee very jovial and who gives impeccable service? The service was fast enough for my liking and the cashier was friendly. But I think he should put the ingredients of each poutine below their photos because the cashier has to say all the ingredients and personal. That would piss me off.

Cant say that its the best poutine and no longer the worst. I think its correct for the price of one with smoked meat to take away during the pandemic. I believe that the franchise aspect of the restaurant has made people lose the love of the dish and the customer relationship.

Fresh fries (not frozen). Served quickly despite a fairly high number of customers in front of us. We have access to the neighboring restaurant, Wakame Thai and Sushis, from the inside so it is possible to have a varied choice for family or friends.
