nice place but the waiters are unpleasant, we are two French who recently arrived in Quebec, so we do not know the system well, when paying we did not put tips (not knowing that this was obligatory), and instead of explaining to us how it would work, the waiter preferred to speak to us in a nasty manner, telling us that no one would serve us if we ever came back! It s a shame because we planned to come back often, we who loved billiards

What friendliness and simplicity of the employees

When it says on the internet that it closes at 3:00 but you arrive at midnight and they tell you that the last call is at 1:00 its ordinary damn especially when you called 30 minutes before to reserve the golf at half past midnight

Never seen that in my life! No service for 25 minutes next to the bar with maximum 15 customers in the bar. At the very least say that you are busy or in the juice or tell me to wait, not even eye contact or hello, never again in my holy life!! Firstly you have just lost a customer, secondly I will be happy to encourage people not to frequent your place. Good luck for your future .

To simply play billiards, good place. To drink or eat, you must be patient. The service is very ordinary and favors getting used to it or certain groups.

I went out to Doolys in Granby to play pool yesterday with a friend and I was almost attacked by the doorman and a waiter for no reason. I come from outside. We bought a pitcher of beer and had a few drinks. We were quiet, chatting together and with 2 other customers, we danced a little, then suddenly, the doorman came and grabbed me firmly by the arm to take me out. I asked why and if I could finish my drink that I had paid for before leaving, and then I noticed that the waiter had already picked up the pitcher at the same time. He (the 300lb doorman) said no we re going out while pulling me hard by the arm. He gave me no warning, no explanation, he could have started by calmly asking me to stop such problematic behavior (the fact that I danced, the comments I made? No idea, no one had previously warned!), he could have started by politely asking me to go out. Instead, they came straight at me. I had difficulty understanding and I found this reaction really disproportionate considering that I am a young woman weighing 100 lbs and I did not behave violently or dangerously towards anyone. Absolutely, I felt attacked when two men threw themselves at me, the big 300lb doorman and the waiter, with a borderline aggressive intimidating tone. I didnt hit anyone or do anything illegal. Never experienced anything like this anywhere else! This is truly a serious lack of respect towards a customer. I didnt have to suffer violence from these men regardless of the reason they wanted to take me out.

Really disgusting service but really disgusting. No one came to see us in 2 hours. I had to get up 3 times. I ordered a glass of sangria which was really bad, the girl didnt seem to know how it was done and yet its on the menu lolll she said; Im going to put a little 7up ok?. We ended up bringing our dishes but no napkins to dry ourselves with and no ask if we wanted other things or if everything was ok. I would have been less disappointed to eat ham sandwiches at home because it was so oily and yet there werent many people, so they rushed to serve us the unedible food probably to make up for their service if I can call it a service. Then a guy was violently taken out in front of us, by the Dormans. I have Dorman friends who know how to work professionally but that is not the case there. The owner was sitting next to us and no attention to bissness lol I had bissness and was a bartender. They dont know how to run a bar. I will never set foot there again. Ps: I gave one star out of obligation

I ordered a drink yesterday while sitting at the bar and it was good. Afterwards I ordered 4 shots and the bartender made his waitress orders, gave the order to one of his friends and sat and chatted with him for 15 minutes. Never made my 2nd order so I just left. I bitterly regret the tip I left him on my first order. I even offered to give one of my 4 shots there when I ordered. If the owner reads this, you will ask him what happened. There was no one and I think Im a relatively good customer, I work in catering.. I also tried to go order with a waitress after the 15 minute wait with the bartender, but she was just staying with a gang of customers and she seemed high on alcohol. She just never saw me. To be honest, I dont know what the staff had yesterday, but their service was average. Had I known I would have gone elsewhere and could have had what I ordered. It ruined my fun and my evening. AVERAGE.

I tried their cuisine for the first time. Total disappointment A great choice of menu but the quality is not there, yet with the price it should be. Burger with frozen cereal ball and what can we say about the maple salmon tartare which looked like corn soup. The service, however, is excellent. the place is initially for playing billiards and nothing to say on that side.

Pleasant atmosphere but very bad service, I had to wait 1 hour to get a pitcher of beer, I waited 20 minutes at the bar watching the waitresses take shots with each other. The waitresses looked stupid.

I had a lunch, a hamburger steak to be more precise. Soup of the day was onion soup = good. When the main plate arrived, AYOYE!!!! I understood the note at the bottom of the menu for moderate portion . The beautiful mega plate, the dumpling was over an inch thick cooked to perfection and the flavor....WOW!!! Tasty fries and a nice big salad. Without forgetting the decoration of the plate with a slice of bacon and onion rings. Simply excellent for my first time!!!!

I have been there twice this week and twice I had to pay more than the prices announced on the site. The bartenders are not aware of the promo prices. Both times they justified their lack of knowledge by the fact that the first was during the day and the other in the evening. The site advertises 9.57 per person for unlimited billiards. I got $10 per person before tax, but it was a favor according to the bartender. The prices announced on the site do not apply even if you show them what is advertised. Really disappointed with the Granby doolys. Really not sure about going back.

Place where you have to leave an ID but dont think about giving it to us. I called to find out if they still have it and yes they have it and didnt think to tell me I asked them to put it in the post because they can deliver it to me free of charge and no they cant doing this even when talking to a manager it doesnt work so I would give a big 0 star for customer service

Following the renovations that I had not seen, the setup is very good. The atmosphere is pleasant. The service was good. The food was good overall. The experience is good.

Reservation for job party around 60 people,,, no water was ever served despite the request... having to buy bottles of water if desired... having to ask several times for pitcher of tap water .. despite a large consumption of food and alcohol... big negative point in my opinion... as much for our health as for the planet... otherwise correct food and the waitress did her best with a smile :)

Very good service by Marie. Meal was long but the food was very good. For the waiting time, the manager offered us billiards. It was very nice of him. The only negative, there were children running and screaming around us. Even after their parents were notified, this continued.... I didnt think that this type of establishment, restaurant/bar/billiards, allowed children to be allowed to run and scream. Big disappointment when you treat yourself to a restaurant on Saturday evening to unwind. I love children, of course, but if I wanted to see them running around in a restaurant, I would have gone to a McDonalds where there is a play area. Even my friend almost got kicked in the back of the head, because one of the adults was flying with one of the children... otherwise, very clean place and very nice employees.

After sitting at the counter, a waitress will come and serve you quickly and ask you to pay for your drinks upon receipt....your experience ends there....the waitresses will ignore you, too busy chatting among themselves... and at the end you will leave apologizing for having disturbed them....and wondering why you stopped at this place even if there were few customers
