Wow beautiful decor I love the generous plate at the correct prices

After eating our eggs benedict on the way home we werent doing well for the rest it was great

We were a group of 32 people on Saturday December 14th. Our waitress, Mélanie, was really on point with her contagious good humor; she embarked on our madness and we had a lovely evening. Thank you Mélanie

Very bad experiences, its no longer what I was when I was a child where it was my favorite restaurant, now I never want to go there again. Bad waitress, who almost never comes back and who leaves the mixer right next to us, who makes a lot of noise during our conversations. Long service and small portion. Really more than it was! but from what I can see there have been changes and renovations I would have to go back to consolidate a new opinion.

We went for lunch. After 50 minutes of waiting for eggs we had to leave. Terrible delays from the kitchen and note that the restaurant was probably at less than 50% capacity. First time we tried this one in Granby and probably the last. To cook 2 eggs and bacon the longest we waited before this experiment was 20-25 minutes maximum. New record for you with 50 min

We hadnt been back for a long time and we were very pleasantly surprised. The interior of the restaurant is completely renovated, it is modern and bright. The service was quick and friendly and our meal was excellent. Really good, we will definitely return! Parking: Parking available right outside.

Very very disappointed I ordered a cesar salad as a starter with very disappointing soft and moist croutons and a rich taste of garlic Subsequently I received my meal in a plate that is put in the oven and the rice was filled with what he calls garlic butter With mashed potatoes and 4 vegetables and 14 dry and tasteless shrimp Very disappointed with the meal I imagine they are much better for lunches But for the service nothing can be said impeccable!

Very bad experience during our visit on Thursday. Very long service, tables arrived after us and served before, error in our orders. No butter on our toast, the waitress told us its because we dont put it on household bread... we had normal brown bread... and to finally get our bill and be able to finally leave we had to get up and ask a another waitress.. luckily in Granby we have plenty of choice for lunch restaurants..

I asked the waitress for lunch I just had one breakfast I had 3 breakfasts I arrived at 6:20 am when I received my bill it was for the price of a lunch at the regular price I I said that to the person who served me, she didnt know how to correct the price, she asked the cook, I told her, its going to be the last time, Im going to come and eat there because the price was the regular price, the cook replied: it doesnt matter, I dont need you to live, its no way to talk to a customer, I dont recommend it, we ate really badly, it wasnt even good

Short story I told her that its not always the men who pay (because me and my husband were overwhelmed by her attitude) and she replied well youre not lucky with arrogance. Beautiful, inexpensive lunch, great service. We went on a Sunday around dinner time with restaurant quite full 80/85% capacity. Within 5 minutes of arriving we had already ordered and received coffee and chocolate milk. After 40 minutes we had already left 2 adults and 2 children. Really fast

The service is great and the food is not great

Honestly I was disappointed, I went there 3 years ago and it was excellent. There, I found my plate rather sparse lets say...compared to 3 years ago and expensive for the little content on my plate. The breakfast sausage only tasted like fat. In addition, our waitress came to remove my partners plate while he still had his toast in his hand!!! And she brought us the bill before I even finished my plate. Its all really ordinary. We wont go back there again, sorry.

Im the type to make a few changes to my plate and sometimes its annoying given the waitresss reaction... even if I only ask for my meat well cooked and my potatoes well cooked, restaurants dont always respect what they expect. we ask them! On the other hand, here the waitress wrote everything down without seeming bored with my requests and the cook did what I asked! It was excellent, I recommend it to everyone!

La nourriture nétait pas le problème, le service par contre était très bof. Je nai pas eu un seul refill de café (déjà que le seul que jai reçu était rempli à moitié) et la serveuse nest jamais venue nous voir. Javais très soif. Ils nous demandent aussi des choses sans nous dire que cest un extra (ce nest pas tout le monde qui a 3$ à mettre dans du fromage gratiné).

Very disappointed, I have been going there since it opened with my family and now with my partner. Always been happy with the service but not today. We arrived, we were asked if we wanted something to drink, I ordered water and coffee and my partner ordered a freshly squeezed juice. She comes to us with a normal orange juice without mentioning that she no longer has any freshly squeezed ones, nor anything to put in my coffee. Then we wait 20 minutes, the table next to us who arrived at the same time had time to order and receive their order without anyone coming to serve us. So we left

Worst first experience of my life in a restaurant! Serve a coffee, 5 minutes later the cream for a cold coffee. 1 hour wait for our plates. When I returned to the table, a large piece of gum from a previous customer sat on my plate. Even my daughter could barely eat, she felt sick. We will never go back there again and not even in any restaurant for a long time. Its been 8 hours since the visit and my stomach is still churning its just not normal not to have seen that in the kitchen.

Really to be avoided, the chicken in the club sandwich comes from skewers cooked on the grill, does not offer water, if we ask for it the waitress answers us without looking at us when she is circulating, offers us 1 menu when there is any two, I ask for 1 coke and I get a Pepsi and many other reasons not to go back!!

TO AVOID. Extreme breakdowns on frog legs. The steak and bubbly steak not tender, full of tightness was TUFF. It was our first try.... No return. A 2nd chance on August 7, 2020 definitive never again. Pizza not even cooked, mushy throughout the center, scallops not edible, shrimp and squid tasted like the fridge. The overcooked walleye or not enough water disgusted the fish. The plates returned to the kitchen almost full, everyone was Very Disappointed and Unsatisfied. Paying for nothing to eat because its not good, youve lost all your customers and your credibility. There are so many good restaurants in Granby we will all be elsewhere NOT RECOMMENDABLE.
